Ce que je trouve regrettable c’est des que vous êtes MRE, vous n’êtes pas considérée en particulier avec la fille du soir, j’ai été à la piscine que j’ai réservé pour 1 h elle me dit au bout de 30 min il y a un guet je lui réponds j’ai réservé pour 1h ensuite elle vient me déranger il restait 15 min je lui ai demandé de me laissé nager que je vais liberer là piscine très hautaine celle du matin sont extrêmement gentilles Et la piscine c’est 1h pas plus ds la journée c’est trop cher et la prestation ne suit pas

The place is very organized, beautiful place, private pool, breakfast and dinner were delicious. I did the hammam and the place and the person who did it was an amazing experience. Waitress, front desk and all staff 5/5 🌟.

Lovely spa hotel. Great staff, service. Good food. Lovely treatments (we had the one hour massage which was superb). Just slightly challenging if driving as you can only get to within 4-5 minute walk to the hotel.

We were in a suite on the last floor (room 8) with access to a terrace, beautiful. The hotel is pretty close to a parking space. We used the pool which is heated and has to be reserved in advance. Breakfast was good. A great stay and I would recommend this hotel

This is a delightful Chefchaouen option at the top of a hill with a spectacular view. We were in Room 5, on the 4th floor with no elevator. That was inconvenient but the room and its view helped to counter that piece. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and included. Location within the spectacular Medina was excellent. All in all a great choice.

Each staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. We really felt cared for during our stay at Lina. Also, our room was sparkling clean, and the view from our private terrace was lovely. Call them ahead of your arrival to get help transporting your luggage. They will gladly assist you, and it's not easy to find if you don't know the medina.

Lina Riad is past its prime by about 30 or so years. The place looks really unkept - wrinkled curtains, dirty table clothes. Our room was in the process of cleaning while we were already in it 2 hours past check in time. Hostesses were tolerant but not polite or welcoming. We are really not a difficult guests and enjoyed all the places we stayed in Morocco, this one we were told is a specially good one - and that one was a miss..

We had a wonderful stay at Lina Ryad. The staff is helpful and accomodating. The hotel is very clean and offer nice views of the city. The breakfast at the Ryad was also fantastic. Would definitely recommend going there!

Hotel location and staff were excellent. Only issue is that it is a little loud inside the hotel. Doors opening and closing, people talking and pool noise echoed throughout. The accommodations are beautiful and the location is perfect.

Beautiful Riad, Nice staff but not easy to get to if you have big luggage. Right in the heart of the old city such makes easy to get to city just by stepping out of the door. Tasteful decor and colors. I would stay here if I’m in Chefchaouen again

This is the nicest property by far in Chefchaouen. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. The free breakfast was the best meal we had during our stay. However, the room was very warm, despite there being air conditioning. On the first night, we requested a fan, however it did not make much of a difference unfortunately. Keep in mind that Lina Ryad is located on top of a hill that is not accessible by car. Call the hotel once you arrive, so the porter can help you with your bags. Even with his help, the walk up the hill is warm and uncomfortable in the summer months.

It can be a tad noisy even inside the lovely Ryad. The staff were excellent, and we enjoyed the hamman. The breakfasts are generous and the dinner very tasty. My little complaint is that the bathroom was tiny and dim and there is no full length mirror. The room itself was large and comfortable. And we were even able to get CNN tv.

Absolutely beautiful Riad offering great service and excellent food. The room was spacious and well-appointed, the shared and outdoor terraces terrific. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. The staff were warm, attentive, & helpful. Highly recommend.

We just returned from a lovely stay at the Lina Ryad and Spa. This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location in the center of the Chefchouen medina. The lobby and rooms are absolutely lovely, and the breakfast is delicious. The most outstanding part of our stay however was the staff. They were extremely helpful when we became lost on our drive there, and so welcoming and wonderful during our stay . This lovely hotel should not be missed !

This riad was absolutely amazing. It’s in the perfect location to walk the Medina and it’s incredibly quiet compared to other riads we stayed at during our trip. The porter was helpful meeting us and our driver to carry our bags. He even helped when we had some confusion when we were leaving. Overall great visit. I would highly recommends a stay here

We just returned from a lovely stay at the Lina Ryad and Spa. This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location in the center of the Chefchouen medina. The lobby and rooms are absolutely lovely, and the breakfast is delicious. The most outstanding part of our stay however was the staff. They were extremely helpful when we became lost on our drive there, and so welcoming and wonderful during our stay . This lovely hotel should not be missed !

Characterful, historic building, well renovated with historical touches. Staff professional and friendly enough. And food well presented by pleasant staff, although if you like wine with dinner, remember that much of Morocco is dry. Cannot comment on pool/spa; closed at time of stay. Note on parking; the property has no on-premise parking. Park in Plaza Parador if there’s space, then phone the property, who will send you a porter the 400m for your bags. Once in the property, the rooms are welcoming (I had a great night’s sleep) and the roof terrace gives one of the great views of the town and surrounds; take the rough with the smooth, and enjoy!

Absolutely wonderful gem in the heart of chefchaouen. Impeccable service, delicious food. Our best stay in Morocco. Spa was wonderful. The room was lovely and the ambience wasjust perfect cant recommend this hotel enough. Thank you to all the staff who make this a 5* hotel! A little piece of heaven.
