Best Western St. Louis Airport North Hotel & Suites

I stayed a week for my sons graduation my phone did not work in the room when I asked about the phone lines one of the staff said none of the phones worked in the room and he did not know when the people were coming out to fix it the breakfast food was the same everyday they did not have a selection for non pork eaters the yogurt machine was out the whole time other than that the overall stay was ok

The front desk attendant Deija was rude and extremely unhelpful. The General Manager Victor was professional and did everything he could to make the situation better. I will not book a room through Hotels.com ever again. I would avoid a Best Western altogether in the future. We booked a suite and got a room. The pictures on the website do not depict the room you are purchasing. The exterior looks good but the rooms have yet to be updated. The sink in the bathroom was leaking, the arms on the chair were dirty. Breakfast was not good. There was no apple juice, the orange juice was nasty. The sausages were not good, eggs was unavailble. The only thing I enjoyed was the waffles.

Enjoyed my stay at Best Western. Best sleep in a long time.

The breakfast menu was the same for the 7 days we were there. Overall, the stay was good.
