Elevator was not working which was kinda a pain

The hotel is clean and staff was friendly. You cannot hear the airport at all! The worst part was parking. Clearly not enough parking for this hotel. We stayed in the king with bunk beds. Great feature for kids with separate tv. Everything functioned as it should but small broken things in room.

We had to ues the stairs every time and carrying our luggage because the elevator is not working the whole time we stayed and there was not any compaction.

I booked it thinking there was a pool. I saw a picture of one when i booked it. Found out there wasnt one upon check in.

We booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. We brought our youngest along so he could swim while his sisters were at a dance competition. We were very disappointed when we were told they did not have a pool. And have not had a pool in quite some time. The front desk was super nice and apologetic, but like I said, we chose to stay here because there was a pool and there wasn’t.

On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. It could have used another chair beside just the ratty desk chair though. Breakfast was good and staff were super nice. The shuttle was very convenient. On the negative, the fitness center was hot and stuffy (not good when you’re working up a sweat on treadmill) and the TV monitors weren’t set up. Also the neighborhood is a little iffy so no place to walk for food, etc. But overall I had a good stay.

Elevators were down and rooms were not completely furnished. We had a bed and desk with desk chair. There was no coffee pots or other furniture in the room?? Usually a chair or two but not here???

I booked this room because it was advertised as having an indoor pool. I brought 4 children planning to spend their evening swimming only to get there and find out there was no pool.

Very clean facility with excellent breakfast and comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and had a hair dryer.

The room was dirty an the curtains had stains all over them!

When checking in there was a rather large cockroach in the middle of the lobby. After finishing that process the elevator was said to be broken and no assistance was able to be had with our bags. When entering the room it smelled terrible. The carpet seemed to be newer yet the smell was apparent because a car air freshener was in the air conditioner. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and hard along with the pillows. I had left a cup at the front desk and called for someone to bring up blankets and my cup if possible, there was no one to do either. Again, the elevator was broken as well. My spouse and I had a very early flight and both woke up to take showers to prepare for our day, the shower knob was broken and the water was ice cold or scalding hot. Upon our return from vacation we called the number provided to send the shuttle to pick us up. 20 minutes after calling and no shuttle I called back to find out the shuttle wasn’t dispatched and the information we were told of the meeting point was not even possible. After 45 minutes of waiting the shuttle arrived and the strong smell of marijuana filled the vehicle. The man did not offer to even get up and assist us with carrying our bags up into the shuttle. The stay was not cheap for us, and I am a fan of most Holiday Inns. This was an atrocious stay and should be mended. The hotel is within 5 minutes of a very busy airport and has the potential to be a thriving business. Yet at this rate I can assure you no one is stay

When first entering our room on the third floor saw a roach and heard a fight that resulted in bloodshed (no knives or guns) of two people and mace being used. Tried to check out to move to a different hotel but the front desk employee left the desk unattended for over 30 mins….while the police where still finishing up

The curtains are disgusting, the carpet needs to be replaced, the bed was comfortable, friendly check in

We enjoyed the updated/modernized version of this hotel. Also it is next to the airport so very convenient for catching our morning flight. It is not very walkable, though, but to be expected. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

This hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, & it had the most comfortable beds I've had in a hotel for quite a while. Close to the airport too.

No television in the evening as they have a glitch in their service affecting random rooms, ours being one, They did send someone to try and fix it with no luck. Rooms very dry and not the best nights sleep but convenient to airport. Good breakfast

Our executive King room was very spacious but the mattress on the pull out was very uncomfortable.

Very friendly staff! Shuttle service was excellent. Rooms very spacious and clean, with updated modern showers and all furnishings updated! Nice space for dining, lobby updated and very spacious. I highly recommend this property!!

The guest service was top notch, breakfast had good selections and the room was clean. My only complaint was the pull-out sofa my two oldest boys had to sleep on. The springs were practically poking through so it made for an uncomfortable night of sleep. Aside, everything else was great.

We had 7 people including an infant with us so we were relying on using the pullout sofa. It was broken and we couldnt even get it to go back into the sofa frame. There also weren't even blankets for that bed even if we could get it to work. Breakfast was suppose to go until 1030 but by 9am there were no more eggs and they lady told us that she was not making any more even though there were 90 minutes left of breakfast.

The room was missing furniture. The employees were great. Centrally located.

This is an Extremely noisy hotel. I heard every landing and take off from the airport. I heard every toilet flush in rooms surrounding me. I heard clearly every foot step in the room above me. I heard every bit of freeway traffic.

Check in was easy and smooth. The receptionist was kind and helpful. 24 hour coffee available in decaf, freshly brewed

Boasts shuttle service and was great for drop off but it wasn’t very timely upon our return. Was told 10-15 min but it took more than 30 minutes. No place to find shade from the afternoon sun. Miserable by the time it showed up

Our stay was during the torando outbreak and the staff took immediate action with keeping us safe and updated on the storms.

We stayed at this hotel for one week while we search for a house. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and it was very close to the airport. We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t come on the breakfast, but overall the service at the hotel was great.

Check in time was delayed, I could not check in 3pm.

I told the front desk clerk the tv did not work . She told me if I was a member she could give me points toward my next stay. Otherwise there’s nothing she could do. In the future I won’t be staying at this hotel line again.

It was prefect location for getting to the airport. Transportation was available at all times to take us to the airport . Harry was great to work with when checking in and out. Staff were all very friendly. Definitely will stay there again when we are flying out. Was able to leave our car there with a reasonable fee.

Not in the best location.

When we arrived we found the parking lot has a lot of tow trucks in it, and that it is in a more industrial area, being that it was close to the Air Port we figured it would be more located for travelers, the only thing going for it in the location department is they are less than a quarter miles from the rental car depot for the air port so picking up and dropping off our rental car was a snap.

Convenient to airport

Very close to airport and car rental return. Staff was great, put out some breakfast for us early as we had a flight to catch. Room was big and updated, beds were comfortable.

This location is excellent for a one night stay near the St. Louis Lambert airport. Though the room lacked any additional seating besides the desk chair, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ample but fruit beyond apples would be nice. Safe area and they offer shuttle service to a few local restaurants and facilities which is a nice feature.

The staff are friendly and nice. The hotel is clean, but the location wasn’t great. I would pay for the same price or less staying in the nicer area and just Uber to the airport next time.

It’s a high traffic area near the airport with no restaurants or bars nearby but it’s clean and very convenient if you have an early morning flight and want to come in the night before. The price is good and the staff is pleasant and helpful.

Because of a flight. cancellation, I was able to get a room ...at this Holiday Inn express, that was close to the airport. The room is great with snacks and coffee available 24/7 in the lobby area. Things are clean, the bed is comfortable, the area is quiet.I appreciate the free breakfast and the shuttle to rhe airport tomorrow morning.

For the price breakfast needs to go back to serving HIE trade mark with Biscuits n gravy. There used to have a relaxing chair to use. Now only the bed or office chair. After a long flight you want to relax !!

perfect location for the airport. Very friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and very very clean. The breakfast was delish and coffee (fresh ground beans)was out of this world. I would stay here again & again. The only issue I had was the pick up location at the airport. Out in the cold!
