This was a one night stay with the family. All the staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was better than a usual free breakfast. There isn't anything negative I could say about it

The breakfast menu was amazing. My problem was my room, the AC didn’t work, the temperature would not drop below 75 degrees, I had to keep resetting the furnace and it would only get cool for about 15 minutes then go out again. My tv kept losing the signal, it wasn’t even storming. I was told I would get free breakfast for signing up for the Hyatt program but I was really charged for that amazing breakfast
