The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is very nice and accommodating. the pool and hot tub are nice, however the pool water is cold! The breakfast is really good, several choices, hot and cold, and the coffee was good! Neighborhood is quiet. There is a restaurant withing walking distance, and a grocery store about two miles away. I would recommend this hotel for your Boulder CO stay.

Our room was extremely spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Nice quality bedding. Bath products and water pressure were great. There is a free shuttle as needed from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm which was very handy since the hotel is about 15-20 min from CU Boulder’s campus. Complimentary breakfast with lots to choose from and parking is free. We’d definitely stay again.

This hotel was as comfortable as visiting a long lost friend. The woman at the desk was engaging and fun. The breakfast was a wonderful experience of pastries and hot foods set out in a way that gave a crowd plenty of room to navigate. There are restaurants nearby that are trendy and the pool was the perfect entertainment for the kids on a snowy winter day.

Common area has a large gaming table, which my kids appreciated. Staff member brought us fresh baked cookies while we sat in the common area. Unfortunately, this hotel is not in Boulder as its name would suggest; it's in Gunbarrel. The distance meant we couldn't go back and forth from town to the hotel with ease. Ugly views of the back end of business buildings and an old parking lot. Not sure why anyone would put a hotel in this location. No restaurants or bars within walking distance. Paper plates and plastic utensils made for a lot trash at breakfast. We were surprised with Suite Shop fees and tourist fees, which added another 1/3 onto the bill at check in. Supposedly, the Suite Shop fees will be refunded since we didn't buy anything, but I did not appreciate my debit card being charged without my authorization.

Very nice lodging. Rating is because we asked for Friday and Sunday maid service. We were told all rooms were cleaned on Sunday. Spend Sunday in Boulder, came back to find the room was not cleaned, running out of towels and toilet paper. Expected a little better. Will stay here again but will be more aggressive about the cleaning schedule.

We were disappointed in a few things. The bathroom door scraped the tile floor so much so that it made a loud noise, and it was difficult to open and close. The toilet paper was very bad quality for a room that costs 265 a night. I wish that there were real mugs in the room for drinking morning coffee. The Breakfast was very nice and the bagged up snacks were a nice touch. Very clean.

We were pleasantly surprised with this Hampton Inn. Our two queen bed room was large and clean. The beds were super comfortable and the room had nice amenities. The cookies in the lobby were a real treat and it was great to be able to grab breakfast before heading out for the day. The staff members were efficient and friendly. We will return to this hotel if we find ourselves back in the area.

When I checked in the front desk clerk said I owed for the room. I had a receipt from Expedia that showed I paid via Expedia onekey cash and had a zero balance. They insisted I still owed $320.70. I contacted Hilton and they contacted the front desk and told them I owed nothing. Took me 30 minutes to get resolved due to an ignorant / untrained front desk clerk. Total incompetence by the front desk clerk.

Staff was not helpful and charged a hidden fee. I called the property and was assured there was no fee or protocol for my pets, I was then charged without notice by the hotel the next day. In my opinion it was very unprofessional. Will not return.

The staff was above and beyond the best We have had in years. Thoughtful, accommodating, and went out of their way to make our stay so special. We have stayed at 5 star hotels and not have service as good as we received here. We will definitely be back to stay again!
