Just don’t. We knew what we booked going in wasn’t super, super nice but we ended up having a nightmare stay. For starters, we got there an hour & 15 minutes after checkin & our rooms still weren’t ready so we were told to wait for another hour. It happens I know, but we had dinner reservations so that was inconvenient. Then we were told the elevator wasn’t working, my mom has MS & struggles with stairs so this was also not great. Again, it happens but the front desk was really rude when I asked if it was possible to get a lower floor for my mom, we ended up having to help my mom up 4 flights all weekend. We were told at the desk that we could come and get any towels we needed. They were super rude & argued with my mom about it when she went down to get more. The dishes were dirty & cracked. The sink wasn’t clean. Our toilet stopped working on the 2nd day. When they sent someone to fix it; it was the same guy that was taking pictures of my friend’s bottom when we were walking up the stairs 15 minutes earlier. Then our A/C stopped working the last night. I booked this hotel for the pool. I will say that their official website does say they don’t have a pool but I booked through here & it has only been updated since we left. I had called before I booked to see if the hot tub would be open & was told it opens on May 31st. When we complained to the desk they said that it had been closed since 2023. Then we found a camera in our room. Sketch. Don’t book.

Pros: Close access to restaurants and shopping. Quiet property. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Beds are super comfortable. Bathroom is a nice size. Free access to washer and dryer. Cons: only ice maker or machine is the one in your freezer. For people staying for sport tournaments, it’s nice to have an ice machine for coolers and water jugs. Found 1 roach in my bathroom. Cleaning service only comes once every 7 days. I had to take room trash out and place in larger trash can at end of hall. I had to switch bath towels out every day. Only one elevator. Pool was out of service.

This location was in a nice area. I was shocked how nice the room set up was with a full fridge, cooktop, dishwasher and all the supplies needed to use. Everything was cleaned. I would totally stay here again. Check in was so easy and as well as check out. They have small little shop area for food items that was great. They have coffee too with yummy creamer. I uber from the Amtrak.

The hotel was fine. No ice machine. It's in the room and you need to make it yourself. Which is fine but did not know that. I enjoy the big bottles of products in the room however, my body wash and hand wash were completely empty. The towels were very limited when we checked in and the front desk had to give us gym towels. Again, which is fine but just something to note. It was a fine hotel and convenient to where we were going.

It’s old hotel the lobby has sofas that are cracked and peeling. The pool is not available. The elevator is also out of order and unknown when it’s going to be fixed. Room cleaning is only after 7 days and even that it’s not even guaranteed. The staff are friendly and location is great.

The bathroom was dirty and there was very little water pressure in the shower. The bed sounded like we were laying on a sheet of plastic- every time myself or my husband rolled over it was very noisy. The tv did not work no matter what we tried it was just stuck on the Roku screen. I honestly would not stay here again.

Although the Staff was Nice... They had a Bug Issue outside maybe because of the Bright Lights... The Elevator smelled... People was Hanging Outside in the Hallway on the Floor I was on Standing around looking Susceptibility. THE only thing that was clean about the Room Was the Bathroom.. The Kitchen Floor was Sticky and smelled the Microwave was Disgusting.......

I travel frequently for work and this was by far the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Our room was absolutely disgusting, smear marks on mirrors, and paintings in the room. The ceiling was dirty, the towels were stained and the shower was broken for the entire duration of my stay. I would highly recommend to stay anywhere else besides at this establishment.

Room next door had roaches. Our room smelled and felt damp. bathroom was clean but had rust spots, mold and discoloring. Appliances were nice to have but were old, carpet was worn out in areas, not what I expected.

Best parts of stay were friendly staff and quiet room. Not so good was fairly worn condition of room, damage to walls, floors, etc. Once weekly service forgot to change trash, stock toilet paper, and soap. Considering the price it was a good stay but there is room for improvement.

So, i get there after driving 4 hours and start the check-in process, the front desk staff says "we dont have anything on the 1st or 2nd floor so youll be on the 3rd floor, and our elevator is broken." Not a game changer, im ok with that. I get my key, hike up 3 flights of stairs with all my stuff, open the door and there is someone still in the room. So now im irritated...back down the stairs with all my stuff, tell the front desk and shes very sorry and says oh we actually have you on the second floor cause they wanted to stay an extra night. I get my new key, head to my room open the door and the room is empty but has a strong wet dog smell. Clean but smells. Not a deal breaker. The room is decent size, has all the amenities you need but is in serious need of an overhaul, old furniture, bathtub had stains in it, the corners of the floor full of dirt, fridge had rust spots, just not as clean as you would expect a hotel to be. Im just saying, if you're gonna allow pets atleast have some kind of cleaning product to get rid of the smell for the next guest.

We were excited to stay here for a tournament but we received a phone call on the way to the hotel that our reservation was moved to Hotel Indigo. Very nice hotel, but we wanted the amenities of the room we reserved such as the little kitchenette they had offered. We had late games where many restaurants would be closed when our last games would end. It's too bad because we could've saved on time and finding late night eats if we had stayed at the Candlewood Suites.

Upon check-in i was excitedly greeted by the front desk, i think her name was Pam. It was a easy check in she gave me details abot the hotel laundry, amenities that were in the room, purchasing snacks or laundry detergent and parking. I was very pleased with our interaction and my stay.

The hotel and staff were very nice, only issue was the room wasn't ready when I got there about 330-4 pm Friday after driving 5 hours, I was ready for a break. But there was a Walmart close by, so I went and grabbed what was needed for the weekend and came back an hour later and room was ready. The room itself was very clean and well kept, the Pool was closed off for construction going on that side, but was raining and nasty out anyway. Was a very good stay for the weekend.

The morning and afternoon staff were amazing. The only issue was our door lock was broken. Maintenance originally fixed it and it worked for about an hour . We left the hotel for a concert and upon our return it was broken. The first proposed solution was a new room but we would be unable to access our stuff till morning . This was not acceptable because we had medication and other belongs we needed to access . So we waited for over two hours in the lobby for maintenance. Other than this hiccup the staff was helpful. The rooms were big and clean.

we liked that the hotel is in a quiet area and close to stores and attractions. It was clean except when we left the room and returned, there was a odor. Maybe carpets. Was not real bad though. I enjoyed seeing dogs there as it is pet friendly. The staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the hot tub as well.

Very polite staff, clean enough room, out in the middle of nowhere – no restaurants, no access to stores – but that’s OK. Let’s not OK is that there is a secret $75 dog fee that is nonrefundable, which is on the website for the hotel, as it turns out, but not mentioned on Expedia. You really need to fix this. That’s a lot of money for a dog fee. $25 is much more normal, and I would not have come here that amount being charged for the dog.
