Ramada by Wyndham Seekonk Providence Area

An older property but in nice shape. Not a lot of amenities but clean, convenient and cost effective for marathon in nearby Providence.

I came for an event (to meet my adult hero Diamond Dallas Page). And I figured “Ramada? That must be beautiful”. Wow. I was shocked. The entire place (outside) reeks of pot smoke. Inside is even worse. The elevator - the rooms - it’s just a outdated property that doesn’t seem to have anything updated in years. A/C unit blew such a weak stream of air — I had it blasted and we were still sweating all night. I could barely sleep because the beds we’re so uncomfortable. The staff was great. No complaints about any of them or the way they treated us. Just a rough stay. I had two nights booked but we’re taking the L and heading home. I can’t fathom one more night of no sleep.

Air conditioning was working

The room is so outdated. It was a no smoking room and clearly someone before me smoked in there. You cannot control the temperature of the room. There were no draws to put your cloths in. The worst was I had no water for 24 hours.

We stayed 2 nights, It was very clean and was a big bedroom, I am very satisfied, staff was kind and helpful thanks a lot!
