Grande chambre confortable et personnel très attentionné. Le quartier est très agréable avec de nombreux restaurants autour et une rue qui devient piétonne le week end avec beaucoup d’animation.

I'm not sure how this place has such rave reviews, it is pretty average Don't come here if you want to use the facilities - we tried to use the gym but it was hotter than a sauna in there every time. You have to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on (the remote is kept in the office next door), but it is already so hot in there that the air con does nothing. Even after 20 minutes, my treadmill said it was still 37 degrees in there! I had to stop as it was just too hot. Not sure why they can't just keep it a cool temperature so it's actually usable. As for the pool, it is much smaller than photos, there's nowhere to sit next to it and it's next to a huge kids play area - not exactly relaxing We were also disappointed in the food - the breakfast choice is enormous, but not particularly nice, the bread was stale and fruit wasn't fresh (we wondered if it was leftover from the before, since there's so much food it can't all be eaten). Staff are friendly enough, and rooms are a good size but it is 3 star at best.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile and happy to assist whenever possible! Giang and Tuyen at the front desk were so sweet an attentive, and everyone made sure we had a comfortable stay!

Room nice , good size, bathroom clean, hot water for shower is not good , sometimes no hot water, breakfast food is good , a lot of option
