The cottage was so nice. Loved the private hot tub and robes. So nice open the bedroom window at night and hear the river. Appreciated the Keurig machine and pods and creamers. Loved that each unit has comfy patio furniture. So enjoyed the band that played at the patio bar. Just an amazing experience all around. Great staff and very accommodating.

Our cabin was right on the river, with a door that opened to a private deck, and hot tub below. We had a grill, outdoor seating & picnic table. The cabin had 2 bedrooms, a full bath, tub in one of the bedrooms, living room with gas fireplace and a full kitchen. Perfect setting!

We absolutely loved our stay at Stonebrook Resort! Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The real showstopper was the view from our deck—overlooking the peaceful Fall River. The sound of the water combined with the crisp mountain air was incredibly relaxing and exactly what we hoped for on our mini vacation. We also appreciated having our own parking spot right in front of the cottage—it made things so convenient. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and communication from the staff was excellent throughout. We can’t wait to come back!

This property was beautiful, quiet and clean. Amazing flowing river right outside our rear door. We had 2 elk feeding in the river on our last day, and at the adjacent restaurant there was a black bear that was only about 50ft away in the wood line. Just minding its own business thankfully lol. Room had a huge jetted tub, the on button was broken but it still worked. Big kitchen, huge 75in tv in room. Close to Estes Park which was a quaint little town with lots of touristy stuff. And minutes away from Rocky Mtn National Park, the main highlight. Overall great experience. I didn't see or meet any employees during our stay, it was all thru text and email. But it was fine. Oh and the bed was very comfy.

Comfy bed, nice bathroom and towels, luxurious robe, looking out over the river from our deck, away from the traffic near the town. Check in/out is all electronic. Never saw or spoke to a person. Two things to fix: the screen to the deck needs repair. Kitchen needs to have a toaster!

Cabin 4. Great location, nice quiet property. The bathroom was small, no hooks to hang clothing or towels in the bathroom. Absolutely no shelf space for toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was comfy. The door was slightly open when I first arrived which was concerning. The screen door did not close completely so I could not use the hook latch. Only lock that worked was the deadbolt. I have not received an emailed receipt for my stay.

Nice property, however, I wish I had known that our Riverview Suite, with 1 king bed, was "downstairs" in a lower-level walkout. Kitchen, living space and bathroom was on the main level. And No bathroom on lower level was a huge inconvenience. I did not see anywhere in their ad where it stated this was a multi-level unit.

We LOVED our stay here. The property is absolutely stunning, the rooms were large, well supplied and the bed was super comfortable. The huge TV and spa bath were a big plus. Parking on site was easy and just a short drive into town or to RMNP. The property was very quiet which made for a relaxing and private stay. There's not staff on site the we noticed but check in and communication was very easy and we didn't have any issues during our stay that required staff for. I couldn't recommend Stonebrook enough. Can't wait to stay here again in the future.

The room was very clean. We stayed in the Classic Cottage, Hot Tub, Mountain View and it was basically perfect. Spacious enough for us two. The private hot tub was amazing. If I had to find things to critique, a few extra trash bags under the cupboard would have been nice and the bed could use a mattress topper to make it a little more comfortable. Other than that, we loved it. We didn’t have to go check in, you can order stuff from your room phone and you can check out from your room phone.

Contact for office staff was really great, helpful and immediately responsive. Had a small issue with heat in hot tu but between fron desk and maintenance, it was fixed very quickly. Incredible place and Incredible staff. Really looking forward to returning. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

Beautiful property if you are looking for relaxation, the sound of the river is amazing. Staff was very accommodating and they allowed us to leave our truck and trailer after we already checked out so we can go do our motorcycle ride. Super comfy beds and just very nice.

Great place in a beautiful location. Good communication via text from staff. The only complaint is that housekeeping walked in at 9am. Checkout is at 11a. No DND sign available for the door. If you can't let housekeeping know that you're still in the room, they shouldn't come in until after checkout.

Great restaurant just down the road, a 10 minute walk along the river trail. Very quiet, serene, natural, and wildlife. Close to downtown, lake Estes, and Rocky Mountain National Park. We were pleasantly surprised about the Adirondack chairs by the river, the walking bridge over the river, and the bar/live music entertainment each night on a shared property. We were able to walk to a great place for dinner. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday.
