River City Casino and Hotel

Room was clean and quiet. Everything was great until we tried to shower the next morning and we had no hot water which sucked. Overall it was a nice place loved the tv screen in the mirror of the bathroom.

This was my first visit to your esteemed establishment. I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance upon entering, as it evoked a feeling reminiscent of Las Vegas. Emoni at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in providing recommendations for dining and local attractions. Regrettably, the room assigned to us was not the one I had reserved, which was a bit perplexing, but the room we received was satisfactory. I would like to suggest, given the array of restaurants within the hotel, that consideration be given to placing a microwave in each guest room or in the vending area on every floor. This would greatly benefit guests who have leftovers and wish to warm up items such as the breakfast pastries sold in your restaurant. During our stay, we unfortunately misplaced a cellphone in the casino area. Although it was not recovered for approximately ten hours, the staff consistently assured us that it would be located. As you can appreciate, misplacing an item of value can make it difficult to focus on other matters. To our immense relief, the phone was found in the fourteenth hour by your security team. I would like to extend a significant commendation to security guards Jacqueline (Jackie) and Samad (Mo). Mo personally delivered the phone to us. We were incredibly delighted and grateful for its recovery. Thank you both sincerely. Following this incident, we were able to fully enjoy the remainder of our stay. The food at the Sports Bar restaurant was delicious, particularly the wings,

Great room and friendly staff! Some of the restaurants have strange hours but enjoy having options on site!

Very nice place to stay.

The room was very clean . However , the hotel charged me $30.00 & when I called to ask why ..the staff member replied someone had mistakenly charged me for a pillow and would be crediting the money back to my account . And , the 1 staff member forgot to give me my drivers license back when I returned the luggage cart .
