The people running this property are quite lovely, but the facilities and cleanliness are not great. Hair on the floors and in the bed. The top bed cover was likely not washed and looked dirty. Bathroom was small, no lightning in the sink area once the bathroom door was shut and the tub drain was a mess. You would never have a bath in the tub. They would be better off having showers so the toilet area feels bigger. You could hear every person around you and actually feel the doors being slammed. Parking lot was crowded. Lights outside were not on when the sun went down. The fridge was not on when we arrived and once turned on, leaked all over my possessions. There are lots of restaurants and shopping close by, which is its most redeeming quality. No ice and no vending machines. Renovations debris and material all around the property. A little better management would serve them well.

Overall clean and not a bad stay, but property was dated with manual keys, doors that don't close well, and I couldn't adjust the room temp. I stayed 5 days and they never replaced my used shampoo (which was like water) and did not replace my coffee after the first 2 days. Staff were friendly but the office was often empty when I tried to find someone, and I didn't get an answer after trying to call several times.

There was a mess like vomit on the nightstand between the beds, like someone opened the drawer and threw up months ago but it dribbled out onto the handles and front area. Also we had specifically asked for a quiet room but was next door to bikers who partied outside out room, drinking and swearing. Very noisy and offensive.

It looked like they are upgrading rooms, however, there were no places to hang towels. The room walls were dirty even though they were recently painted, the bathroom walls need a painting as well, poor paint job. staff were very friendly and the morning breakfast was good. the check in was good as well. I know they are trying to upgrade rooms but workmanship needs improvement. should have a few more pictures on wall to help dress it up, the bar fridge is on a table beside the bed, it needs to go somewhere else. the price was ok for what we got. close to restaurants as well, so no need to drive.

Das Personal war sehr nett und sich sofort um ein Problem gekümmert. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer unzweckmäßig eingericht. Zwei Waschbecken direkt neben einander (Bad, Küche) Schränke, die kein Mensch nutzt und nur Platz wegnehmen. Kühlschrank auf einem abgeranzten Ffachen Tisch direkt vor dem Fenster. Wer kommt auf solch eine Idee? Extrem helle Außenbeleuchtung, die Vorhänge haben das gar abgedunkelt, so dass es ganz schön hell im Zimmer war. Frühstück so lala, und alles Wegwerfgeschirr. Muss das sein?

Older hotel on Highway 16. Room is quite small, nothing on the walls but a mirror. Bed, small end table and a coffee table. Bare minimum. Bathroom was fine. This better be one of the cheaper options on Expedia to be considered.

Very disappointed that they charged my cc at 4 pm. While I didn’t arrive until 9 pm. The cc on file is solely for security etc. I and ONLY me will decide which acceptable payment method will be used upon arrival. I had them refund that charge and then paid with my debit card. On a different note; I was very pleased with the cleanliness, service and food variety at the breakfast dining room.

Very friendly lady that accommodated our very late check in. A/C was noisy, buttons very warn so difficult to set properly. walls are not insulated( could hear neighbors ) ,carpet very dirty, door around knob smeared with dirt and grease. Toilet loose ( rocks). Just nothing to be impressed about except check in.

Clean comfortable room for a 2 night stop over on a motorcycle trip to Hyder Alaska. Reasonable priced room compared to hotels in Jasper and other Hinton hotels , only a 1/2 hr ride to Miette Hot Springs and 1 hr ride to Jasper
