Good location for shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to just about anything in central Barcelona. Elevators were small. Only central elevator goes up to the roof top terrace. Great staff.

The coffee and the pastry for breakfast were terrific. The room was clean and comfortable, and accommodated three guest well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bar on the rooftop provided great views of the city and provided excellent service.

Enjoyed the breakfast selections. The hotel is located in a very upscale area of Barcelona. It is very close to attractions and within easy walking distances to them as well. The rooftop bar is a plus too! It has excellent views.

All good but hotel is currently under renovation so entry is a bit unattractive. Also, in general, the interior of the hotel is very dark. With rooms and hallways using very dark greys and blacks which is extremely difficult for the visually impaired and elderly, making it challenging to walk around and find your way. As an architect I appreciate the color scheme but as an elderly person, it was quite a challenge.

The location is ideal! It's situated in the heart of shops, restaurants, & tourist attractions. The breakfast option was a great bonus. The hotel is under construction which means the gym is unavailable. This was not disclosed at the time of booking. The hotel front desk staff was not very knowledgeable and provided inconsistent & inaccurate info which made their "helpful tips" not very helpful.

Good quality hotel with comfy rooms, good breakfast and nice bar are on the roof with views over Barcelona. The only negative thing I can think of was the lifts - they are So Slow…. But highly recommended hotel in a great location

Great Staff, both front desk and Bell-man team service were great. Pol and Amine were very helpful throughout the trip, service with a small. Alot of construction is taking place so it was alot of noise at morning time.

We stayed at this hotel twice. Very convenient and you can’t beat the location. It’s walking distance to many designer stores, restaurants, and tourist attractions such as Casa Mila and Casa Batillo. The rooftop lounge has a nice open view as well. The first room I was assigned was handicapped accessible. Nothing wrong with that, but the shower, especially the walls were not cleaned well and moldy, also the sewage smell traveled through the sink and toilet. The second room was facing the street and only a sheer curtain was available and the room got really warm during the day even with the A/C on. The staffs were very cordial and went above and beyond. Overall, very pleasant and nice stay and if I ever revisit Barcelona, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was located in central area we wanted to stay in. Friendly and accommodating staff upon check-in and each time we came and went from the hotel. Room was clean and well appointed, with daily service. Breakfast provided included eggs, meats, fruit, cheeses and pastries.

The hotel’s location was perfect for us as we were right on the shopping street and one of the Gaudi building. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They also upgraded our room to a bigger one. The only one little thing was that we found the tiny bit of blood on our sheet that may have not been removed from previous use.

The property looked really new which shows the dedication of the hotel. Staff was amazing. The employees we met were very humble and friendly. I made the mistake tl book my second stay in a different hotel. The hotel location is lovely and very close to everything you need to see in Barcelona. The only complain I have and is understandable is that it was a little dusty but I assumed it was due to the constant construction in the building and outside but it was reasonable nothing out of hand or something that can be maintained by oneself.

I really enjoyed the location of this hotel, right at the heart of everything, the metro, shopping and sightseeing. However, I have to say the room is quite small, and there is no window looking out is slightly disappointed. Not a huge deal. Though the elevator only fits 4 people at a time, and they only have 3 total. if you have a big group or travel with elderly, and live in the higher floor, maybe take the elevator wait time into consideration. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Got a family suite which was very spacious. It could have accommodated way more than our family of 4. Located near great dining options and city attractions. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Don't miss the rooftop terrace with spectacular views. Small dislikes. Wish they had better elevators. The 3 are small (4 person MAX) and often had to wait a while for a lift. Room AC a bit on the weak-side (especially for Barcelona in June)

Great location on Passeig de Gracia, a major shopping area near most of the major attractions and virtually next to La Pedrera. Like the water dispenser on all floors and friendly staff. Only problem was the shower over the bath with water tending to drip through the side of the shower screen pooling on the floor.

The room and breakfast were nice as were the restaurant staff. The check-in process was stressful. I had two rooms booked under me. We were early and I was told only one room was available which was better than expected. I was told the rooms would be 6 floors apart which was suboptimal as my reservation was made months in advance. After I provided a credit card to keep on file and all of our passports and returned everything to my wallet, I was asked how I would like to pay for the city taxes? I told the receptionist to use the credit card on file. She couldn’t did this so I had to get my wallet out again and provide the same card for taxes. I was then asked where I would like to store our luggage. I told the receptionist we would store the bags in the room that was ready. She then told me there was actually no room available. She then put my 11 year old as the responsible party for one room and my husband for the other. We had 4 adults in our party and two children. When the room was ready, we were curtly given room keys with no explanation of room amenities, breakfast times, etc. We felt like burdens rather than valued guests. We visited 5 countries on this trip and all other hotel staff were friendly and accommodating providing room tours and explaining the intricacies of the amenities. I expected better service at this price point.

The staff was amazing and the friendliest we encountered on our trip to Barcelona. We enjoyed the morning chats when they asked about our daily agendas. When we needed a cab, the staff was prompt to order it. If I were to return to Barcelona, there would be no doubt that I would rebook this hotel. Everyone was outstanding!!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful, however the amenities left a lot to be desired. We have stayed in Barcelona many times before and we enjoy this area so can definitely recommend that. The hotel room was ok, clean and relatively modern. You can hear a fair amount of noise from the road which can make it difficult to sleep. The shower had a slight drainage smell, and over flowed no matter what you did. No coffee machine in the room which would have been nice, the hair dryer didn’t work. I called room service to request two cappuccinos, they told me to call the reception instead. So I did as they instructed, to then be told by reception to call room service and they can’t do it. I don’t enjoy endless back and forth so gave up. The rooftop bar is pretty with fast service and high prices. Overall when comparing the price of this hotel to others I think it is fair, would I stay again? No. However I would recommend this hotel to a friend on a budget :)

Hotel muito bom, excelente localização - perto de tudo, transporte público ao lado, melhores lojas e bons restaurantes a 5 min a pé. Fiquei no quarto 906 vista para a Sacrada Família, então eh um quarto premium com ótimo tamanho. A equipe da recepção e do café da manhã estavam sempre à disposição. O gerente do hotel Diego foi muito prestativo. Hotel que voltaria a ficar. Parabéns ao time do hotel.

Wonderful hotel in a fabulous location near high end stores as well as wonderful food places too. Loved being able to walk to the metro right outside the hotel. Felt super safe even in middle of night.

It is a overpriced hotel currently under renovation. It is like a business hotel without any facilities besides a breakfast place. The floor of breakfast room and its tablecloth are dirty. We used same table for our three days breakfast. We saw that our next table's tablecloth has not been cleaned with a stain for three days! The food of their buffet style breakfast is not in good quality.

Excellent service! Great location, nice rooftop bar. They surprised my sister with chocolates and champagne on her birthday. Everyone was very nice. The only thing i would change is breakfast daily variations is needed. I would definitely be back!
