Very well maintained hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. We used the complementary shuttle the hotel offers to get to the airport. I would like to give a special mention to Anandhanu (not sure of spelling) a young gentleman that works the front desk. He was helpful and went above and beyond to solve the issue I had.

The hotel is dated and needs a big revamp. The corridors of the hotel smell and the carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for years. The room is also very dated. It smelled musty on arrival and the floor was a little sticky. The towels are grey and the facilities quite basic. There are only Indian plug sockets which more modernised hotels have upgraded to UK sockets. The staff however are wonderful. The front desk team are efficient and kind and very helpful. I really hope that Sheraton can invest in upgrading the facilities and rooms as it is a very conveniently located hotel.

Staff was quite polite and receptive to customer requests albeit a bit slow. Parking facilities are quite spacious and good. Rooms were dated, parquet flooring was chipped at many places, no safe deposit lockers, steam iron in the room. Breakfast was average. Views from rooms are blocked all around with other buildings very close to the Hotel rooms. Quality of Toiletries could be improved. Room access cards system are still of the older technology and need upgrades. Overall the hotel rooms need to be refurbished to compare with competition

The hotel has great staff, but the rooms need an urgent upgrade. We checked in late, around 12am and found that shower fittings fell off, shower door would not shut, the safe in the room did not work and the DND and clean my room switches dust not work

My wife arrived for her check in, she is diabetic and needs to keep her insulin cool, the fridge in the room did not work. The room given to her did not have a safe in the room. She did not know where to keep her valuables. The air conditioner was not working in the room. This is not we would expect from a Marriott group hotel

The flight was originally scheduled to arrive late at night, but the plane was further delayed. First of all, thank you for picking me up at the airport at 2:00am. I stayed for 4 nights. We enjoyed the Gujarati breakfast buffet every morning. I looked forward to it because the menu changed little by little every day. It also made me happy that freshly made Jalebi was brought to my seat every day. The staff are kind and greet you with a smile. I recommend this hotel to everyone. thank you.

The breakfast from the live station is wonderful, they packed me a yummy aloo paratha as i was leaving early. The shower has good pressure and the beds are very comfortable, the only reason why I gave it 3* is because the building is outdated and the bedlinen smelt mouldy and it was not changed in my two night stay. The staff on the other hand were amazing, everyone went out of their way to help, especially Alina. She gave amazing customer service and the restaurant food was also really good. I would recommend you to try their a la carte.

Bathroom floors and sink and counter was dirty. Have to call front desk after midnight as we arrived late and have someone come and clean the sink. No wash clothes, no facial tissues, no lotion inside the bathroom.

We stayed at this hotel last year so chose it again this year, unfortunately the maintenance of the room we stayed in seems to have been given little attention. However the staff were friendly and welcoming, the location is centrally located and not too far from any of the major attractions or law gardens for some night time market shopping.

Front desk was mixed. 70% staff at front desk was great. 20 % average and few people were with some rolling eye gesters when asked for forgotten key or lost key. Security guard looks at you weird with tons of questions. Bathrooms had bad smell. Its better to pay in advance than at hotel as they charge 12% tax. Average stay. Overprice.

While the room was good and check-in was easy, it had a couple of huge issues. We ordered soup through room service and even though they assured that it would arrive in 10-15 minutes, it took almost an hour! This was after calling them every 10 minutes or so and getting same old "just 5 more minutes" assurance. Additionally, there was someone in the room next door that was super drunk and making a lot of chaos. He was threatening someone in the room, trying to get in. He was yelling and banging on the doors for 15 minutes or so. Really poor service for the price.

While the room was good and check-in was easy, it had a couple of huge issues. Great location close to tourist sites, but in quiet area. Staff were most helpful and friendly, especially manager Vijay. We stayed five nights at this hotel. Breakfast had great variety of food, but everything was too spicy for me. Restaurant chef prepared sautéed vegetables and omelet with NO chili or heavy spices for me every morning. I recommend this hotel 100%! Thank you to all the staff for their a five star hospitality.
