O lugar é bem lindinho uma pequena vila pertinho do lago atrás de uma linda igreja!!! O estacionamento é perto e gratuito! O café da manhã é delicioso, quarto grande limpo e silencioso ! Ficamos apenas uma noite, uma pena pq o lugar merece alguns dias tamanha a beleza ! apenas 2 observações a região fica a pé uns 20 minutos de caminhada até a região dos restaurantes mas tem os transportes que facilitam e outra que por ser uma vila não tem elevador a solução foi fazer uma mala pequena e deixar a grande no carro como o local é muito seguro deu tudo certo !

Have to unload car then park down the hill (free). A bit noisy when people come up and down stairs. Nice breakfast. A/C was good. Helpful staff. Not really located near any restaurants that you can walk to. Have to take car and hope to find a parking spot on narrow, windy road. There is a deli nearby and a restaurant, but it was closed the two nights we were there. Recommend Silvio restaurant up the hill connected to a hotel. Room was nice and clean.

Excellent service especially in helping us find taxis at critical times. Good rooms. But inconvenient location- should not be categorized as a Bellagio hotel when it is 30 min walk away. Transportation quite inconvenient, had to wait for 30-120 minutes to get on to a bus to Como. Also no help in getting luggage up to 3rd floor, it was very difficult to operate without elevator. Taxis very expensive. We should have selected a Bellagio hotel.

The location is quiet. There is a ferry location about 150 yards from the hotel and you don’t have to deal with the crowds in Bellagio. Room was clean and the breakfast was great. To get to our room there were 2 flights of steps. Bellagio is about a mile walk from the hotel. Nice quiet location

Personalen var mycket trevlig både med incheckning och under vistelsen. Utmärkt frukost med all man kan önska. Parkering nära och gratis. Gångväg ca 20 minuter till centrala Bellagio. Vi tyckte det var en fördel, för vi bodde i ett lugnt område. Detta boende rekommenderas.

Experiência muito agradável, local bastante tranquilo bem próximo as atrações locais. Fácil estacionamento. Píer para pegar o transporte aquático a alguns metros de distância. We had a great experience at Locanda Della Maria. Laura and Giovanni were hospitable and friendly. We had the room in the top floor which was spacious and quiet. Parking was easy and the surrounding area quiet and pretty.

To be honest I was a little concerned about staying here as I received a message saying if we couldn’t get parking at the bottom of the road, we should park in the next nearest car park and when I looked that car park up it was full of people saying their cars had been broken into within minutes of parking there! However, I need not have been so concerned as we easily got parking within a 100 yards from the property and suffered no damage to our little two seater. The accommodation itself was very good, the two ladies dealing with everything were very friendly and helpful and breakfast offered a wide range of delights, we didn’t try everything but the cakes and fresh fruit etc were delicious. I am glad we chose the Bellagio area instead of Como as it was very pretty and much quieter, so we felt safe walking around the streets, while when we drove through Como it was very crowded both with people and vehicles. My only regrets were that we didn’t have more time as it looked like a lovely place to explore and that there were a limited number of places to eat as the main restaurant on the front was completely closed but we did find a café in a back street so managed to get a slice of pizza, we didn’t venture much further as we are in our 70’s, the roads around the accommodation are really steep and I managed to fall over on a pile of wet leaves that were hiding a camber on the road so damaged my knee.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, nice and quiet and the ferry on the lake stopped there. The price was good. I recommend this for a couple who wants a nice quiet vacation.

The staff went far and beyond to provide the best services and assistance. Laura gave us very detailed instructions on how to get around the area. Their rooms are very cute and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Laura even arranged an earlier breakfast for us, so we could catch the early bus/ferry. We really appreciated their assistance and will come back soon. The location is great, just 2 minutes to San Giovani ferry and 5 minutes from bus station.

Don’t be put off by the area and the outside view. Our apartment was very clean. There are two good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Buses and a Road Train take you into Ballagiio for a few euros, but we walked it twice in 25 mins. Easy parking locally (free).

We had the best time at this cute BNB. The daily buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day. The place was impeccably clean. It is located close to the biggest/best beach in all of Bellagio.

Everything was fabulous at Locanda Della Maria The room was spacious with extra pillows and washcloths Weather was against us but we made the most of it Breakfast was delicious and the staff are so welcoming and helpful Laura helped us to maneuver the ferry and how to get to Lugano Switzerland due to Como being flooded and even offered to drive us Did not realize the hotel was 20 minutes walking from the ferry port but we managed Taxis and uber are expensive but there is a bus

This was a great gem. Only downside is if you book the Carmen room, it is an attic that has been converted to a room, so I ended up walking around like a hunch back and banging my head onto the low beams. So just be aware when you book. Otherwise, the ladies were phenomenal and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Definitely would stay there again, in a normal room.

I can't say enough about this property and the women that run it. It's clean and a close location to Bellagio, but when we got off at the wrong bus stop in pouring rain, Laura arranged for a coworker to come pick us up and bring us to the hotel. She also gave us a ride into Bellagio and helped to get our boat tour to be re-arranged. Amazing! Our room had a fantastic view and the breakfast was the best of our entire week in Europe. Five stars all the way for this place and the amazing Laura.

Very nice bed and breakfast - room was large with full bath included, had A/C, great breakfast. about a 1 1/2 mile trek into Bellagio, but not a bad walk at all. Very happy with our stay at alocanda della Maria

We had a great experience at Locanda Della Maria. Laura and Giovanni were hospitable and friendly. We had the room in the top floor which was spacious and quiet. Parking was easy and the surrounding area quiet and pretty.

Our hostess was incredible! The day of our arrival, we took the wrong bus on a hot day and she greeted us at our room with a carafe of chilled water! She made us feel very welcome throughout our stay, and the breakfast was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation in Bellagio.

Sød vært, hyggeligt stille område, 30 min gåtur fra Bellagio. Stedet levede op til vores forventninger. Morgenmaden var lækker. Eneste minus var, at der ikke var nogen kiosk, eller lignende. Så husk at køb forsyninger til værelset i en anden by. Muligt at tage færge til de omkringliggende byer, men kun få afgange i løbet af dagen.

The staff went far and beyond to provide the best services and assistance. Laura gave us very detailed instructions on how to get around the area. Their rooms are very cute and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Laura even arranged an earlier breakfast for us, so we could catch the early bus/ferry. We really appreciated their assistance and will come back soon. The location is great, just 2 minutes to San Giovani ferry and 5 minutes from bus station.

Everything was fabulous at Locanda Della Maria The room was spacious with extra pillows and washcloths Weather was against us but we made the most of it Breakfast was delicious and the staff are so welcoming and helpful Laura helped us to maneuver the ferry and how to get to Lugano Switzerland due to Como being flooded and even offered to drive us Did not realize the hotel was 20 minutes walking from the ferry port but we managed Taxis and uber are expensive but there is a bus

Excellent service especially in helping us find taxis at critical times. Good rooms. But inconvenient location- should not be categorized as a Bellagio hotel when it is 30 min walk away. Transportation quite inconvenient, had to wait for 30-120 minutes to get on to a bus to Como. Also no help in getting luggage up to 3rd floor, it was very difficult to operate without elevator. Taxis very expensive. We should have selected a Bellagio hotel.

Excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of Bellagio town. 30 minute walk in to town or land train runs in and out regularly. Also right by ferry pier. Breakfast was good with good choice and staff were all very helpful. Kettle was provided with tea and coffee in room. Good fish restaurant close by and a launderette. Hotel was good value for money. Would certainly stay again.

This was a great, quiet and well appointed apartment. It is about a mile away from the hub of Bellagio, but walkable and a very short drive with lots of parking. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Very close to the lake too!

The location is quiet. There is a ferry location about 150 yards from the hotel and you don’t have to deal with the crowds in Bellagio. Room was clean and the breakfast was great. To get to our room there were 2 flights of steps. Bellagio is about a mile walk from the hotel. Nice quiet location

We had the best time at this cute BNB. The daily buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day. The place was impeccably clean. It is located close to the biggest/best beach in all of Bellagio.

I can't say enough about this property and the women that run it. It's clean and a close location to Bellagio, but when we got off at the wrong bus stop in pouring rain, Laura arranged for a coworker to come pick us up and bring us to the hotel. She also gave us a ride into Bellagio and helped to get our boat tour to be re-arranged. Amazing! Our room had a fantastic view and the breakfast was the best of our entire week in Europe. Five stars all the way for this place and the amazing Laura.

Experiência muito agradável, local bastante tranquilo bem próximo as atrações locais. Fácil estacionamento. Píer para pegar o transporte aquático a alguns metros de distância. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Locanda della Maria. Laura was a fantastic host who went above and beyond in helping us settle in. From picking us up and dropping us off at the ferry stop to carrying our hefty luggage up to the apartment, Laura was the absolute best. Also the breakfast is wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. When we go back to Bellagio, we will stay there again. Thanks Laura.
