Very friendly staff, but rooms are simple and not worth more than two stars. However the view from window is fantastic (sea, islands, light house, trees…). The location is also great (7min walk from Kas city centre). Breakfast is simple but good enough. In total I would give this hotell maximum 3x stars.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional, the only thing I would like changed may be is to have the room locking and unlocking mechanism of the door from inside. You can lock someone inside and leave and he/she can’t get out by themselves.
