Nice hotel, with all amenities you would expect. Great service from staff, and a great check in experience, felt very welcome. Breakfast was so good, with a lot of local delicacies. Would definitely recommend a stay at this lovely hotel.

I stayed here on business with a colleague. The Manager is extremely eloquent and we shared a lovely drink with him at a local bar he was attending. Attention to detail is everything and a way of life here. The way their staff are looked after here is inspiring, the quality of Swiss life shines through is the service. I wouldn’t book anywhere else locally, I’d always choose this hotel in future, given the choice.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel und das Frühstück mit lokalen Produkten war köstlich. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen!

Kleines aber feines Haus. Schick und in klaren Designlinien eingerichtetes Zimmer. Sehr zentrale, ruhige Lage in der Burgdorfer Oberstadt mit guten Restaurants gleich in der Nachbarschaft. Das Hotel hat einen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Speise- und Aufenthaltsraum für das Frühstück. Nachts ist das Haus nicht besetzt aber der Gast kann sich an der Bar bedienen. Das Haus hat ganz tolles Personal. Es gibt einen ungemein freundlichen, persönlichen Empfang und man wird beim Frühstück vom Personal verwöhnt. Das Frühstück ist ganz besonders! Es präsentiert Produkte der Stiftung und ist so reichhaltig, dass man bei einem Besuch nicht alle Leckereien ausprobieren kann - und wiederkommen muss!
