The room and property was clean, but "Budget" means budget. Room and bath was very small, especially for two adults and one child. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast room looked nice, but did not use it. Free luggage storage was a nice service for our check-out day. Neighborhood does not look the best, but is actually very nice. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, and a few minutes walking distance from Metro and bus stops. On the outer city limit of Paris, so public transportation is needed to get to the main sights. Paid less than USD 100 per night in July, so if this is your budget and don't mind using public transportation to see the popular sights, this is a decent choice.

Not a picturesque location but rooms basic and fine, good breakfast and amazingly friendly and hard working man serving the breakfast I think his name was Ousmane. Decent street for food about a five minute walk away. Fine for the good price but don’t expect luxury.

The property was nice for me for a quick stay. Its not located near the metro so its hard to walk with baggage. The breakfast only had hard boiled eggs no scrambled. The staff were great
