The check in process was all automated outside of the building. I didn't feel very safe standing there at the door trying to check myself in. They stuck me in a room that was mixed when I paid for an all female dormitory. The bathrooms are filthy. There's no hand soap anywhere except for the one bathroom at the lobby. You would think with COVID they would provide at least hand soap or hand sanitizer. Every time I turn on the faucet, I think about the pee and poop bacteria on the handle because there's no soap for anyone to wash their hands with. No toilet paper or paper towels in any of the bathrooms (at least when I used them). If there was, it would sit on top of the toilet paper dispenser. I don't know what the staff is paid to do but it's not very hard to refill a toilet paper and paper towel. When you shower, water just seeps through the doorway and your bathroom and room is flooded with water. The bed was comfortable though and so were the sheets and pillow. The locker was big enough and it was connect to a key so it's automated and you don't need a real lock. Even though it says towel is provided in the bathroom section but it's not. You have to rent it from a machine for 3.50Euro. I wouldn't come back here unless I have to. Didn't feel clean.

Clean, comfortable, modern, secure. Microwaves and vending machines. No drinking water tap. Comfortable bed with curtains. Good shower. Lidl nearby. Lots of places to eat nearby, including excelkent value pizza 5. I got takeaway pizza. Use public transport to get to the city centre.

Two problems with my stay: first, the check-in procedure took way too long (50 minutes in total for me) and the lobby was closed from around 12-3pm, meaning that I had to wander around the area for three hours with my heavy luggage. The shower door in my bathroom also didn't close properly and water went all over the ground. On the bright side, the staff are nice and the facilities were very clean. I found the sleeping area to be pretty well-equipped and comfortable, but it was weird that there wasn't another sink next to the toilet. The only sink was in the same room as the shower, so when that was occupied, there was no way to wash my hands after using the toilet.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the hostel, all staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were kept very clean, beds were comfortable and the privacy curtains were fantastic. I felt very safe here as a solo traveller. Close to metro lines and easily accessible. Check in process was very simple and took any pressure of having to arrive by a certain time meaning I could enjoy the city before going to the hostel. Vending machines were useful as was the laundry area. Overall I had a really pleasant stay here and would recommend.

L’hôtel est moderne, avec deux douches et deux toilettes par chambre. Mais tout est automatisé, donc aucun contact humain et pas de possibilité de signaler facilement les problèmes . Pas de serviette mise à dispo, pas de savon, distributeur de café qui dysfonctionne et pas de cuisine partagée.

Best hostel I’ve stayed in so far. Everything was nice & convenient. I like how the lockers are big enough to fit 2 large suitcases. Everything was clean. Checking in was easy. Wish this company would franchise all around Europe

Es handelt sich hier um eine Multikulturelle Gegend. Viele Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten. Es gibt ein großes Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Das Hostel war sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Metro ist 8-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Nur die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist bescheiden. Man hat keine Ablagen im Badezimmer für Zahnbürsten oder Handtücher. Vergisst nicht eure eigenen Handtücher und Seife mitzunehmen. Für alle Fußballfans die auch ins Stadion wollen. Man muss mit der Metro 2 Stunden Zeit einplanen.

Very close to bus and tram which allow easy access to the centre of Paris. Clean place and easy check in. The staff were very nice and the facilities were regularly cleaned. It's far from CDG-Airport

The location of the hotel is fantastic, many stores, restaurants and the transport is also nearby. The staff is friendly and happy to help. 24/7, a security guard is at the door. We stayed in a private room, and there is an option for a share room. The mattress was comfortable, and the sheets had an odour. In between the mattresses and the bed frame I found hair. The toilet was not very clean, I found some hair. The shower walls were not very clean. The AC was constantly on in our room, it felt like a fridge.

Un accueil sympathique et agréable Un espace agréable et fonctionnel spacieux avec distributeur d'eau boisson chaude et petits goûter, néanmoins cet espace est polué par des gens qui regardent vidéo avec un son a fond, parle fort en caméra donc ça tue l'espace Les toilettes de l'étage 3 très sale , odeur désagréable papier par terre Un lit plus ou moins confortable mais des cheveux dans le draps et par terre devant mon lit boule de cheveux et laine Dommage car le système de casier lui super top sans cadenas Pour les accueils en soirée après minuit c'est bien de rappeler aux personnes qui regagnent leur chambre de faire attention w d'être délicat, chambre 308 , la fille qui est rentrée a minuit nous a fait un tsunami de bruit , impossible de retrouver le sommeil Vraiment dommage pour un lieu sympa, et agréable

The bed and rooms are comfortable. I have my doubts about the cleanliness since my blanket came with an old white crusty patch (gag). The shower in the room kept leaking water onto the floor outside. And the toilet had no vent. If you go use the floor communal bathroom, it was usually out of toilet paper. Downstairs there is no kitchen, no sink, no napkins... just vending machines. The staff seemed super stressed out and I felt bad even asking them questions.

J'ai passé une bonne nuit,la literie est confortable. La chambre était propre ainsi que les sanitaires. Très calme aussi. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. L'auberge est bien situé par les transports pour aller à Paris ou ailleurs. Merci de m'avoir accueilli

Très belle hébergement pour le prix. Environ à 25 min de métro des attractions touristiques. Calme, aucun bruit. Personnel très gentil. Toutefois, les salles de bain communes sont quand même très sale. N’ont jamais été nettoyer durant mon séjour de 5 jours. Lit confortable et bien équipé.

When I arrived the bed was UNCLEAN with hairs over the bed sheets, I kindly ask for reception to change it and they told me that I HAD TO CHANGE IT! I mean, I am paying even that it is not the same price as other hotels, but at least we deserve something in hygiene conditions! Also the machines of the hotel stole me almost 10 euros and they told me that it is going to be refunded in MAX 2 days it has passed almost 4 days and I have not received ANYTHING!

The location and price are absolutely fine with the hostel. We had a private 6 bed room and it even had a balcony which was very nice. However the air condition was way too cold and some of us caught a cold because of that. We liked that our room was cleaned every day and the bins were emptied every das as well. But the bed sheets didn’t seem clean and the curtains on the beds were damaged and dirty. Overall I would still recommend the hostel because it’s cheap and modern.

Emplacement spacieux disponible pour effets personnels et qui se barre sans cadenas. Salle de bains: 1 pièce pour salle de bain privé et 1 pièce pour douche séparée dans chaque chambre de plusieurs lits. Pas de savon pour le mains, pas de sécheur pour les mains également. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le séjour chez Hosho, Ce qui rend encore plus agréable ce séjour c’est le personnel en particulier Ali qui est très soucieux de notre bien être, très bienveillant et a l écoute de nos besoins, il est très gentil e avec tout le monde merci à lui sans oublier que la propreté est impeccable, il est très bien située proche de toute commodité, métros, épicerie, restaurants…

Two problems with my stay: first, the check-in procedure took way too long (50 minutes in total for me) and the lobby was closed from around 12-3pm, meaning that I had to wander around the area for three hours with my heavy luggage. The shower door in my bathroom also didn't close properly and water went all over the ground. On the bright side, the staff are nice and the facilities were very clean. I found the sleeping area to be pretty well-equipped and comfortable, but it was weird that there wasn't another sink next to the toilet. Best hostel I’ve stayed in so far. Everything was nice & convenient. I like how the lockers are big enough to fit 2 large suitcases. Everything was clean. Checking in was easy. Wish this company would franchise all around Europe

Eravamo in un gruppo di 6 persone e non era niente male, i letti erano comodi e spaziosi, c'è solo da far attenzione alla doccia che rischia che fuoriesca l'acqua e magari controllare bene se il letto è pulito, io ci ho trovato un unghia, per il resto nessun problema👍

J’ai beaucoup apprécié le séjour chez Hosho, Ce qui rend encore plus agréable ce séjour c’est le personnel en particulier Ali qui est très soucieux de notre bien être, très bienveillant et a l écoute de nos besoins, il est très gentil e avec tout le monde merci à lui sans oublier que la propreté est impeccable, il est très bien située proche de toute commodité, métros, épicerie, restaurants…

Le concept de chambre-lit avec tout à portée de main est chouette. L'automatisation quasi totale est irréaliste, la machine de check-in à faire soi-même bug. Pour le personnel, peut-être fatigué : l'un n'est pas très sympa et l'autre est un peu perdue, mais aidante et sympa donc ça c'est cool!

je suis arrivé à 3:30 du matin suite à des problèmes de train, et j'ai été accueilli par le réceptionniste qui m'a accompagné jusqu'à ma chambre. par contre il y a encore des petits soucis d'évacuation des éviers qu'il faudrait remédier. sinon tout s'est bien passé.

L’hôtel est moderne, avec deux douches et deux toilettes par chambre. Mais tout est automatisé, donc aucun contact humain et pas de possibilité de signaler facilement les problèmes . Pas de serviette mise à dispo, pas de savon, distributeur de café qui dysfonctionne et pas de cuisine partagée.

the staff is incredibly rude. so difficult to check in since there is no reception or staff . only machine. the cleaning staff just come in and talk incredibly loud even when they know you are still sleeping. the whole service was the worst I ever had this 15 years of traveling. they don’t treat you well even u r paying for it

This is a bright, clean, and modern hostel with super comfortable beds and amazing staff. Leticia was super friendly and helpful which really made my trip. You can’t beat the location either it’s between 2 metro stations and a tram line and it’s close to lots of shopping and nearby Chinatown

Ótimo hostel! Quartos e banheiros impecáveis, atendimento excelente e preço justo. Não fica tão perto de Paris, mas tem várias opções de transporte público por perto, como ônibus, metrô e TRAM, facilitando o acesso aos principais pontos turísticos.

Wasn't sure what to expect before we arrived but this was a wonderful and pleasant surprise. Clean, well maintained and conveniently located between public transit stops with some great local food spots nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was a great spot to land after a busy day of sightseeing in Paris.

Es handelt sich hier um eine Multikulturelle Gegend. Viele Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten. Es gibt ein großes Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Das Hostel war sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Metro ist 8-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Nur die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist bescheiden. Man hat keine Ablagen im Badezimmer für Zahnbürsten oder Handtücher. Vergisst nicht eure eigenen Handtücher und Seife mitzunehmen. Für alle Fußballfans die auch ins Stadion wollen. Man muss mit der Metro 2 Stunden Zeit einplanen.

Todo perfecto solo que el check in es a la hora exacta y como es digital si llegas dos horas antes como yo toca esperar y no hay donde dejar la maleta pero hay lugares cerca para ir a comer . El hotel está súper bien pero para visitar paris está lejos después de las 11 pm a seis es difícil el transporte y los buses no pasan a pesar de que Google map te dice así que es complicado moverse

The check in process was all automated outside of the building. I didn't feel very safe standing there at the door trying to check myself in. They stuck me in a room that was mixed when I paid for an all female dormitory. The bathrooms are filthy. There's no hand soap anywhere except for the one bathroom at the lobby. You would think with COVID they would provide at least hand soap or hand sanitizer. Every time I turn on the faucet, I think about the pee and poop bacteria on the handle because there's no soap for anyone to wash their hands with. No toilet paper or paper towels in any of the bathrooms (at least when I used them). If there was, it would sit on top of the toilet paper dispenser. I don't know what the staff is paid to do but it's not very hard to refill a toilet paper and paper towel. When you shower, water just seeps through the doorway and your bathroom and room is flooded with water. The bed was comfortable though and so were the sheets and pillow. The locker was big enough and it was connect to a key so it's automated and you don't need a real lock. Even though it says towel is provided in the bathroom section but it's not. You have to rent it from a machine for 3.50Euro. I wouldn't come back here unless I have to. Didn't feel clean.

Clean, comfortable, modern, secure. Microwaves and vending machines. No drinking water tap. Comfortable bed with curtains. Good shower. Lidl nearby. Lots of places to eat nearby, including excelkent value pizza 5. I got takeaway pizza. Use public transport to get to the city centre.

À l'arrivée la dame de l'accueil a mis beacoup de temps pour allumer les ordinateurs pour le checkin On nous demande de reserver le petit-déjeuner le matin 20 min avant...la dame nous a oublié et au bout de 45 min elle ressort pour me dire qu'elle a oublié et pas entendu nos 5 sonneries ..Heureusement j'ai négocié le petit-déjeuner enfin cest une boisson chaude du distributeur, une brique de jus d'orange et un croissant décongelé au four. Mais la chambre est propre et calme..

I had a very enjoyable stay at the hostel, all staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were kept very clean, beds were comfortable and the privacy curtains were fantastic. I felt very safe here as a solo traveller. Close to metro lines and easily accessible. Check in process was very simple and took any pressure of having to arrive by a certain time meaning I could enjoy the city before going to the hostel. Vending machines were useful as was the laundry area. Overall I had a really pleasant stay here and would recommend.

Ckin rapido ottima disponibilità addetto si fa in automatico Noi avevamo una camera x 5 persone con bagno privato. Posizione a 5 minuti metro. Colazione disponibile a 3.50 € bevanda calda croissant fresca e succo ci voglio e 20 minuti circa x ordine. Ck out 11 alle 10.50 avevamo già lasciato la stanza ma dovevamo rientrare ed in automatico già viene bloccato accesso che poi puoi fare solo ACCOMPAGNATO da un addetto🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔mi sembra eccessivo‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Perché alle 11 c’è parecchia richiesta di aiuto x varie cose e solo un addetta che non è molto cortese. Ckout in automatico, problema : inserisci il n di prenotazione richiesto ma non lo riconosce così si deve attendere🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣peccato che basterebbe indicazione : o n. Prenotazione o cognome‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Pulizia buona. Asciugamani a noleggio.

Good place. very convenient for public transportation a lot of good food spots around. Recommend bringing ur own towel and toiletries. I didnt try the breakfast cause it was to go but there are nice cafes and pastry shops around to grab something
