Vi bodde här måndag till fredag , hela veckan va hissen sönder. Och sista dagen försvann varmvattnet så vi kunde inte duscha , när vi sa till om detta så sa dom bara att det får vi fixa imorgon. Utöver så har hotellet ett perfekt läge med fin utsikt över kyrkan

Perfect location right in the middle of Old Town in a street full of bars and restaurants. The hotel has a nice restaurant with live music on weekends. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Staff very courteous. The hotel does not offer parking so we left our car in the free parking garage next to the train station because you don't need a car to get around from the hotel.

Fantastisk. Flotte små rom + at personalet og servicen var upåklagelig. Fantastisk mat i restauranten. Beliggenheten i gamle byen kan ikke bli bedre. Problemet er, dersom noe kommer med leiebil. Ingen parkering + at politiet stopper alle som ikke har adgangskort til "den gamle byen".

Very nice hotel, perfect location, a few steps to the beautiful old town. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is quiet and clean. Amenities are sparse. All in one shampoo, body wash, very manly smell. No lotion. Bring your own. I did appreciate their desire to not be wasteful. Hotel is definitely eco-friendly. Air-conditioning in the room was efficient and quiet Appreciated water in the room. A very nice hotel in a beautiful city.

This is our “go-to” because its dog friendly, convenient, and super comfortable. This time we had a really great large room with a beautiful bathroom and an incredibly comfortable bed! We arrived at 2am due to our flight being delayed, but it was not an issue. A quick ring of the doorbell and we were admitted immediately. Always great service! The parking is always an issue but its easy to find late at night.

Short but pleasant stay. Very centrail to everything. Cery clean room serviced as requested. Quiet despite being central. The air-conditioning despite being good was a tad noisy and the shower tended to have moments where it would go cold all of a sudden but nothing major. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Helt greit, bra lydisolert med tanke på at men bare hører litt bråk fra gata. Dessverre lå det noen hår rundt på badet når vi kom og det sprang ett kryp i senga ene kvelden ( sølvkre) Det trekker ned på opplevelsen .Men ellers bra.

Very nice hotel, with amazing placement. Service in the reception was very good, actually extremely helpful. Very good food, so had all my meals in the resturant. But was actually never asked if I liked the food etc... So seemed a bit complacent. - Got stained sheets the second night. Maybe not dirty, but several brown stains.

Nice hotel (location) but the room I had was noisy (no earplugs offered), there’s a skylight that would be the same as having no curtains (broad daylight with the sunrise), power went out so the room got really hot. All in all I got very little sleep… not what you want in a hotel.

Personal at the hotel very professional ,helpful and kind . I visit with my 90 year young mother, so managed her and the luggage was little difficult, that’s where Bogna Step In bringing our luggage to the room . Exellent experience at the restaurant service. Tha hotel is located in Piwna street in the old town center, just opposite the St Mary’s Basilica. The street has several bars and restaurants, and around the corner in the paralell street you find Dluga street. Dluga street is a walking street full of bars and restaurant. The room was nice, service was good, and I’m pretty sure we will use the same hotell next time we go to Gdansk.

Breakfast was freshly made to order and it was de3bit I wouldve liked to have had a choice of cereals, yoghurt and fruit. Decaf tea and coffee would also be an added bonus as thats all I drink and had to bring my own

The stay in this hotel was wonderful. It's behind the Neptune Statue and near to everything in the old town. Big rooms and helpful staff. The breakfast is not buffet but you can choose between a lot of different things. The restaurant below is very good as well.
