Express Inn PTY Aeropuerto Internacional Panama

The hotel is probably the closest accommodation to the airport, compared to others. It basic accommodation but good value, the room was large, two double beds, shower, bathroom and AC, so all you need for one night before a flight. They offer a free shuttle service to the airport which is about 5min drive. Walking to T2 looks very far also in the heat. The hotel is quick to check in and helpful staff. You can get meals and drinks there, but about 10 min walk is a old rundown looking supermarket and bar which do very good food at local prices. After staying in 3-4 star hotels traveling around Panama, this place obviously doesn't compare, but has its place, and would use again.

The roomm was bear. There was toilet paper and a towel. The sheets were clean but extremely thin. The lock on the door was hard to open with the old fashion key. The air conditioning was working. I have stayed at this hotel but the location and shuttle outweight the lack of immenities for one night. This night it bothered me. No hot water and all rooms were upstairs, no elevator. I have stayed at cheaper hotels for much less money. It was not worth the $61.00 that I paid for the night. I won't stay again.

Fine for a layover. Super close to PTY. Not the cleanest but powerful AC. I had like 4 mosquitos in my room but didn't have to worry about traffic the next morning.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around.Overall, the hotel offered good value for money, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Not only was the TV screen broken but the desk staff (male) didn't seem to give a crap and made an excuse that the cable was cut,,,and yet it was working in other areas, he just didn't want to replace the TV or move me to another room for the night! The general building Maintence could be improved as all the small things (flickering lights,loose toilet seat ,flapper valve in toilet sticking etc.) all eventually add up to a run down building! *On a positive note,,,the AC and shuttle service was good!
