The room was clean. The bathroom is small. Refrigerator needed turned on but it worked well. I'm sure you can tell but there's no elevator so that was a challenge. We expected it though.

Completely nondescript hotel that is not flashy on the outside. But don’t judge a book by its cover. All rooms are freshly renovated and they are modern, clean and comfortable. Fridge, microwave, Keurig, TV, etc. Great stay at a good price. Only dealt with front desk staff and they were great!

This fits in with other properties in the area. A bit tired and shabby and right off a busy street, but the pricing is fair. The staff was attentive and nice. The room was very clean and the bed comfy. WIFI is extremely weak.

it's great that the motel is pet friendly but to sur charge each dog you bring is somewhat unfair. yes having a dog can add to the overall cleaning of the room....but just because you have 2 dogs doesn't double the amount that needs cleaning

The outside of this property is not the best (broken lights, limited parking) but the rooms have been redone, new floors, paint, clean bathrooms. Fridge, microwave and keurig coffee provided. It’s a great spot for a quick overnight when planning for the ferry.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location in downtown. Great access to ferry and easy to get around to restaurants. Parking tight. Room pretty small (clean, neat but hard to get arpund with two big suitcases) light next to bed was like a night light after turning off and interfered with sleep as room was never entirely dark.

We were a little nervous when we pulled up because the outside is older but once we got inside our room we were fine. The room was cozy and clean. Most hotels around this area are older but this one was updated inside the rooms. The floors were vinyl which is cleaner than carpet. The walls looked freshly painted and the bedding was new and clean. Don’t let the outside fool you!!

Really nice room, kind staff, comfortable beds, nice shower, clean room. We stayed in the 3 bed room. The only negative i would give is the location being on a busy street. We heard traffic throughout the night. Slowed down during late hours however the fan definitely helped to drown out the sound of traffic outside. Slept pretty well as long as the fan was on.

The people who run (own?) the motel are very nice. Check in was very good. They’ve been renovating the building and it looks nice. The room we stayed in was small, but ok. The room was refreshed with new LVP and fresh paint. The location was really good since we were taking the ferry over to Canada which was a 5 minute drive.

The exterior is pretty dingy and the lobby reeks of cigarette smoke. The rooms themselves were a pleasant surprise— nicely renovated and clean with everything you need. The bed was comfy. The walls were paper thin— you could hear the people walking outside your room and the street noise is incredibly loud. That being said, the location is convenient. Close to the ferry and you’re able to walk to amenities easily. It’s not in the nicest part of town but it didn’t feel sketchy. All in all, our stay was fine but I probably wouldn’t return.

Hotel facilities were great with an easy check-in! Staff were pleasant and very helpful! The unit was updated and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The motel had just been recently painted along with a fresh paved parking lot. The motel is conveniently located close to town as well as 5-10mins from the Black Ball Ferry line (which was the reasoning for our stay). I would recommend staying at the Aircrest Motel!

We vacationed all over Washington visiting the national parks. This was the only place we stayed where the front desk was friendly, positive, and showed they cared. Every other hotel we stayed at had staff that did not care and were either down right rude, or completely uninterested in answering basic questions.

I enjoyed my stay at the Aircrest! My room was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. The staff was responsive to requests, very polite, and helpful. In spite of the traffic mentioned in many reviews, I found it to be just fine in the room I had. I could hear it, but it was in the background and not bothersome at all. The bed was comfortable, the shower divine! I will definitely recommend this hotel, and plan on staying here whenever I’m in the area. Thank you!

The rooms were very clean however, the side of the building looks somewhat sketchy. When we checked in the person on duty was a complete goofball and credited the wrong thing to our accountant and had to recharge it. I think he may have been high.

Clean and comfortable stay! The rooms were pretty tiny, but the bed was super comfy. We just had a bad experience with car being looted because we forgot to lock car doors, but motel staff helped us to review security cameras and call police. I'm sure location did not matter much with regard to theft, but it was in a more run down area. Just remember to lock your car ;(

Surprisingly this is not a bad place to stay. It’s conveniently located. The check in/check out was super easy. It’s a two story hotel with no elevator. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The bathroom/sink/mirror area is adequate but the toilet and shower area are super small. The rooms were clean. The coffee in the rooms and in the lobby area was/is not good. It’s an older hotel with no frills. It could use a few updates but it gets the job done. We stayed only one evening.

Very good location in Port Angeles. The property looks so-so on the outside, but our room (122) was very clean and had modern furniture. Very nice on the inside. Everything worked well. Check-in/out very efficient. No breakfast. Price was somewhat high, but it's summer. We'd stay here again.
