The Hotel was decent , though being unable to open a window and the lack of a bathroom fan made for quite a stuffy air quality in the room. The Breakfast was real decent one morning ,,but not so great the next. Our biggest beef was that waterslide was broken our whole stay . We spent above our budjet just for our daughter to be able to enjoy the slide on our trip as it is the only one we could find in a hotel in Chilliwack . When we expressed our extreme dissapointment, we were just given a half hearted apology w no ideas for compensation of any kind . Pretty weak for a hotel at this pay grade . Also , what a strange location for a hotel , down a long dark driveway surrounded on all sides by an industrial park . We will not stay again , ive had better experiences and been treated like im more inportant by far less expensive Hotels

No shower gel even after we asked for it to be refilled but thankfully there was soap so we could shower. The air conditioner was very loud and hard to sleep. The pool was nice but both times we went to use there was no towels and we had to call. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, loved the variety.

Fresh breakfast in the morning worked well for us for our 4 day stay, free parking was a huge plus. Hot tub and pool were a bonus after being outside all day!

We really enjoyed our time there cleanliness excellent options for breakfast and they were different options every day, which was nice to change the variety. Pool was good. Hot tub was hot. Too bad the jets weren’t working. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoy staying here when in town. Pool is always safe and clean. Staff are always nice. Staff on breakfast are friendly. Just ran by such awesome people.

The staff were excellent and warm. The room itself however was questionable…maybe someone spilled the mop bucket? Maybe the carpets were cleaned but with the room door shut it gave that door of the wet laundry in the washer that you accidentally left overnight. Even our 4 year old plugged her nose when we walked in.

Hotel was tucked away but easy to locate. Check in was simple and the workers were friendly. I came just me and my baby and requested a crib before hand, which was waiting in the room for us. The room appeared clean, but there was a large amount of pet hair embedded into to carpets. My baby was covered just crawling around. The bed was very comfy but the comforter was awful. It had a scratchy pattern on the top that was so uncomfortable to sleep with. We used the pool which was a nice facility. Most likely would not return.

Upon arrival there was only 1 luggage cart available, 2 total for the entire hotel. When we got to our room there was blood soaked toilet paper in our toilet, the bathroom was dirty with a ton of black hair on everything. When we went to the pool there was blood all over the pool deck, all around the towel area, and again in front of the elevator. When we woke up in the morning and looked at our bed sheets closer there was blood on our sheets. Gross. Overall, this hotel has gone downhill and the cleanliness was not there whatsoever. Breakfast was also disappointing.

so i have never walked into a hotel and had a smell hit me...of rotten stinky feet...thats the only to describe it. then we figured out the glass door in the bathroom was rattling...i thought a dog was scratching in the room beside us in a metal cage...so that woke me up at 5 am, unplugged the frig cause it was humming so loud, walls r paper thin u hear everything everywhere. in the morning, front desk said they would comp us our room...which was a decent thing to do...but expedia needs to start the process....so thats a pain...lwta see how that works out

We enjoyed the water slide, but the chlorine was very strong. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was a little grubby, surfaces could have been wiped down and the bathroom floor should have been cleaned.

Overall , it was good . Clean and quiet. The curtain of the window was designed not to close. I don’t understand why hotel designed this way . When I want to sleep , I tried to close the curtain, but it cannot be closed. Secondly TV control does not have TV guide, which makes it difficult to choose the channel you like. Breakfast was too simply .

Super friendly staff! We arrived quite early, but the front desk rearranged the cleaning so could check in within half an hour and two hours before the scheduled time. Rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable.

Our stay was good. I found the light in the rooms dark (more of yellow bulbs vs bright white) so felt pretty dark in the rooms when trying to get ready. Beds were cozy, rooms were clean, the lady at the Breakfast was great (thank you)! We had a great time staying for TSwift! Location was good, off the highway, close to town. Easy access to highway for hitting it to drive home!

There was a situation with the window dressings. with a light outside, I tried to close the heavier drapes but found that they would only close part way. That was a bit annoying as I like a dark room to sleep in.

Our stay was very nice. The room was modern with lots of outlets and USB ports and the beds were wonderful. There was good selection of hot and cold food included in the breakfast. The property is quite close to the train tracks and although we didn't hear the trains we did feel a vibration when they went by but it was not disturbing. All in all a really nice stay.

Everything was excellent except couldn’t get on wifi and I had no idea about the train. My bed started shaking and a loud noise from behind bathroom wall. Thought we were having an earthquake. Haha.

We stay at this hotel twice a year for bmx events. It is always consistently clean, good service, the pool and slide are fantastic and the breakfast is awesome. This time though it seemed a little "off". There were no cookies in the lobby like usual lol. I got a text asking how our stay was going and I asked for extra pillows. Was told some would be sent up but never received. Nothing major and we will stay again but wasn't amazing this time. Still above average though. :)

On the day of my supposed stay they cancelled my 1 night reservation saying I was moved to a different hotel. But when I got there I did not have a room under my name and the other hotel could not provide me with a room because they were sold out. I know I did not prepay for my hotel room but it was unacceptable that they did not secure a room for me at the other hotel to make sure I have a room to stay in for the night. I know it was unpredictable that they had a flooding in their hotel but they should have still made sure that we were confirmed at the other hotel we were supposed to be moved. Terrible customer service.

The staff were absolutely wonderful from check in to the morning buffet. The breakfast was excellent - tons of options, great waffle station that my toddler loved. We loved the complementary cookie at check in! Great room - very quiet.

Located in industrial area but nicely hidden away from highway noise. A convenient location for business or play in chilliwack or cultus lake. A competent inn. But lacking amenities such as morning paper or on site restaurants. Nothing walkable in the surrounding area either

Nice, quiet property. Location is far enough away from the Trans Canada Hwy to have a peaceful sleep yet still convenient access to the Hwy. Breakfast was included, standard far; waffles, eggs, sausages, yogurt & pastry bar etc. Would stay again when in Chilliwack.

The hotel is great. Just don't expect to walk outside the hotel and find a bunch of fun stuff to do without getting in the car first. It's a short drive to town.
