The staff were amazing, rooms were clean but the pool, hot tub, atm machine and one of the elevators were out of service for the full time of our stay. The hot tub and pool were the main reasons we booked our stay there

Staff was very friendly and efficient. We had to call a few times for small issues. Lightbulbs burnt out and our connecting door to the other room we booked. They responded right away. I would have liked to have been informed that the hotels hot tub was not working prior to booking as that was the reason we booked. One of the elevators was broken which was a bit of an inconvenience as we were on the 5th floor and the one they had working ran very slow. Tons of stores and coffee shops around which was great. I would stay here again however before i book ill call to make sure facilitates are working. Again, the staff and customer service was great!

The staff was pleasant. The room was clean and a good location near district 1881, cafes. restaurants & grocery store. However, the sauna wasn't functioning properly as the temperature of the water was cold. We mentioned it to the front desk along with another customer and just got an apology. I think a small compensation like a gift certificate would have been nice as it would be a sign that we are indeed valued customers. In addition. the sauna had a lot of dead insects in it which signified to us that the maintenance/cleanliness of the pool/sauna/steam room was inadequate. Next time we'll try another place.

This hotel is in transformation. There are obvious things being repaired like the elevator. The staff is kind, check in was fast, there is a good dining option Preston's where steak house and pub fare can be had. We had a pond view room that was clean and quiet. We got a good night sleep. There is a pool, jacuzzi, and a cedar sauna that has the right amount of chlorine (not a burninator). Fresh fruit ice water in the lobby with mint and berries was a nice touch. This is reasonably priced in our opinion and we would stay here again. The challenges: the current elevator situation requires stairs to get to the pool but we did not mind, the area is a tad run down but there is a coffee shop, savon foods, and other options in the adjacent blocks or accross the street and we felt safe.

Comfortable, economical, comfy and convenient. Easy free vehicle charging port and security guard. Friendly staff, nice view of park with water fountain. Nice amenities including a selection of quality teas, premium bath products. Restaurant open late with good pub food and well priced. Would stay again.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Chilliwack and, unfortunately, my experience was overwhelmingly negative. It started in my first room (502), where one of the lamps broke the moment we touched it, the AC began ticking loudly, and the shower water came out brown at first with almost no water pressure. We also couldn’t get the AC to stop running, so we requested a room change. Instead of assisting with the move, we were told to come down to the lobby to pick up a new key and move all of our belongings ourselves. When we arrived in the second room (414), there were dead ladybugs on the floor — and I later found one in my bed that I must have slept on through the night. It was definitely not there when I first pulled the covers back, so it must have still been alive earlier. The noise in the hallway near room 502 was constant, with kids running up and down the hall. Calling the front desk took multiple tries because no one answered for a long time. To make things worse, the lobby was full of construction — something we were not informed about before booking — and we were woken up at 1 a.m. by drilling as part of that same construction. I do want to emphasize that the front desk staff themselves were wonderful and did the best they could under the circumstances. However, the overall stay was extremely disappointing, uncomfortable, and far from restful. For the price and the brand, I expected much better.

The room was okay but we found mold in the tub area as well the bidet was super annoying. Pool area was unsafe with the fact you had to use two flights of stairs to access it, which is totally unsafe when elderly or children are wet making a huge slip/fall accident just waiting to happen. We were surprised that it was ever approved. The restaurant meets the bare minimum.

Overall the hotel is very dated. The hallway had a musty smell. Google reviews depicted the real picture which i didn't check before booking. For a cup of milk, they made us go back and forth to multiple people. The way they spoke was quite rude as well. Not staying again

The hotel itself was fine. A regular modest hotel but there is nothing wrong with that. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Our one concern was the cleanliness of our room. There was pubic hair in the bathtub, black hair on the toilet and all throughout the towels, and there was a used eye contact on the phone. The bare minimum standard for me is to have a clean room, so this was completely unacceptable.

Our room had an adjoining door to another room, we could hear the person in the other room very clearly. Toilet flushing, coughing, TV noises, snoring. And I am sure they could hear us likewise. Not acceptable for the price paid for this room. Luckily it sounded like only one person in the room or the noise would have been much more.

For the cost price, definitely not worthy at all. Very disappointed with my stay. The tap water was very yellow for first few minutes. I was very thirsty in the middle of night and no drinking water bottle was provided. Who in the right mind wakes ups and goes 3 floors down to lobby to get water when you are half asleep. Very thin walls and noisy. I could hear loud noise from the next door room and from the corridor . Average amenities . Never staying in this hotel

Everyone on staff - from check-in, to housekeeping to Janelle from Preston's - was extremely friendly and personable. The room was large, clean and comfortable and the hotel was within walking distance of countless bars, restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying in the future.

Hi, and thank you I had a great stay overall—your team was helpful and welcoming, and I appreciated the comfort of the hotel. That said, I did want to share some honest feedback. The morning front desk clerk came across as a bit unfriendly and dismissive during my interactions. It made things feel a little uncomfortable, especially compared to how kind and professional the rest of the staff were. I’m sharing this not as a complaint, but in the hope that it can be addressed. Hotel is surrounded by a lot of homeless individuals but that seems to be the norm everywhere. Extremely convenient location with a grocery store and places to eat across the street. We never felt unsafe at all. We would stay here again.

Have stayed here a few times and really like the hotel. Close to everything I am there to do and walkable areas for outside dining. Beds super comfortable. Security out in parking lot made me feel more secure with vehicle.

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, I didn't require much, so not a lot of interaction with them. The breakfast was awful, I had to clean my own table, and the food at the buffet was cold. For $25/plate it was very disappointing.

The staff were great but the buffet breakfast was awful. Only a few choices with weird sausage patties, undercooked potatoes, hard fruit salad, lousy pancakes, and bacon that was pretty good. The scrambled eggs were just ok. Not really scrambled. Also a limit of one beverage that you may not be aware of until you are already committed.
