Stayed for 11 nights. Comfy enough bed, loved the shower. Housekeeping remaking my room each day was good. Was notified about a power outage and got a voucher for the bistro. won't say no to a free meal although my meal order got lost and was a bit of a wait, staff was really friendly and apologetic and compensated with more free food and drinks

Really happy with the room (the bed was the most comfortable I have EVER slept in), and service upon check in/out was great. Accessibility to the accomodation is up a flight of stairs (no lift), which I feel should be highlighted a bit better on the room listings for those that may require one. The only concern I had was regarding the parking situation. No designated areas to park for guests, and the car park is not very well lit of a night time.

At first, I was unsure as the room was above a bar. However, our apartment was incredibly spacious and clean. The beds were incredible and the kitchen well equipped. We had lunch at the bar below and the food was great.

Bed extremely comfortable Plastic outdoor chair the only thing to sit on Took 5 minutes to get hot water in early morning Meals were good staff were friendly If you didn’t wish you didn’t need to leave the property plenty of entertainment Cleaning person did a great job every day

Couple of Women who were noisy all hours in the morning and the smell of Marijuana coming from there room wasnt a very pleasant stay. Other than that the rooms were clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. A box of tissues would have been nice. The fellow at check in was helpful. Moved us from the king room ordered to a twin share because the first room would have been noisy. No reduction in price though. The room certainly did not look like the advertised photo.

The rooms are very clean and spacious compared to many other places around Hobart, especially for this price. It’s quiet, private, safe and comfortable. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and free parking is a bonus for a solo traveler like myself.

Hallway access door slams when left to shut on its own, can be noisy and disruptive with other guests using the hall between midnight and dawn Hot water in the shower was temperamental, likely due to peak times throughout building (early morning etc) Bathroom in our assigned room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures and there was no bath as pictured either On a positive note, the bus interchange is literally next door so public transport was extremely convenient, rooms were clean and maintained throughout visit, TV had Netflix compatibility, the heating worked wonders and the staff were always very friendly and helpful.

The room smelt like pot and rubbish. Couldnt get another room as hotel was full. Had to run aircon all night to try and lesson the smell so wasnt the best. The bins were right outside near windows.

The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are tiny so the vanity is in the bedroom. The shower hot water only worked after running the hot water in the vanity. The door lock is a snib on the handle with no chain for security. The walls are thin so you can hear people's conversation in their rooms from down the hall. There is no lift but only a few stairs. The bed was very comfortable & the air con worked great

Hey guys you have to hit up the Carlyle hotel. Really great place.. i just slept in the most comfy king sized bed last night so good. And the staff wow.. Kas behind the bar was so friendly and helpful with my whole experience.
