A very relaxing and simple spa. There are 2 dry saunas (60 and 90 degrees) and a steam sauna. The relaxation area is beautiful and the views are fantastic. Important to note that children under 16yrs are not allowed in.

Not at all a customer-oriented hotel. The spa costs extra, which is fine, but you don't really figure that out until you're already trying to use it, and then you have to go down to reception, and it's a whole thing. Btw, the bar and its menu look nice but those are some of the worst drinks we'd ever had, which is saying a lot. They are expensive and poorly made. The gym is a joke. Location was mid at best. The room was okay, but overall the staff is a bit rude, and generally this was not an enjoyable place.

Very nice hotel for a visit to Konstanz. Great location and nice bar area and close restaurants and grocery store. For the high level of service and quality of accommodation I would have expected room service and USB charging outlets in the rooms. I would have otherwise rated the hotel excellent.
