I booked 3 rooms and they made me pay for each room separately. There is no phone to communicate with the reception staff and it was difficult to find parking, but it was a nice experience in the area where the hotel is located. Im from Kuwait 🇰🇼

We had a relatively new, clean/modern-designed corner room with full length windows on two sides and open view (not directly opposite a building) which is nice. While there is no particular-assigned space for suitcases and bags, we found the window ledge work well. The placement of the AC just outside the bathroom and close to the hanging racks works well if you need to hand wash some clothing. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Parking is not free, and they only provide a bottle of water per stay, not per day. While walkable, the place is also close to a bus stop that takes you to the town centre.

Jättefint och fräscht hotell! Kanonläge. Tyvärr var air con väldigt högljudd, men i övrigt har vi ingenting att klaga på. Frukosten var toppen! Personalen var jättegullig och hjälpsam.

Everything was very clean and the staff was super-friendly. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also rich and delicious. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and we would go there again, no doubt.

I was staying in Konstanz while interrailing, and picked HARBR for my overnight stay. I’m glad I did. Modern and clean, with friendly staff who were able to advise me on how best to use my limited time in the city (I walked along the lake to the ferry point that takes you over to Meersburg - fabulous), it was within easy walk of the station. I’d definitely return to the city and this hotel. Tasty breakfast too!

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Our kids were thrilled with the family room stairs connecting the downstairs and upstairs beds. Excellent breakfast and convenient downtown location.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. The room was fine and breakfast and property was nice. Our view was of an unattractive building next door. They can’t necessarily do anything about that, but it does detract a bit from my rating. We also wished there was a mini fridge in the room. They were nice about refrigerating what we needed for us. Overall the staff was nice and helpful and the stay was good.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war absolut in Ordnung. Das Frühstück musste man zu einer bestimmten Zeit einnehmen und hatte dafür nur 45min Zeit zur Verfügung. Wohl aus Corona-Zeiten übrig geblieben, hat aber nichts mit Spontanität und Gemütlichkeit zu tun, die man sich in den Ferien erhofft.
