My sister and I loved the accommodations they were clean and bright the room was lovely and large. The bathroom was spacious and loved the shower. Parking was a bit tricky as they are fairly small but we eventually got it sorted. Bed was soooo comfy and loved the pillows. Totally recommend the resort .

The neat and tidy units with kitchenette facilities was well-suited for our mini break from the city. Boathouse Resort is a 10 minute drive to Portsea and Sorrento, and quick walk to a beach (pity the weather wasn't cooperating during our visit). There's an on-site restaurant, which we did not end up patronising due to having booked elsewhere, but it looked like a cosy spot for a bite. Staff were friendly and pleasant.

The lady at the desk was more than helpful and polite sorry forgot name. The room was amazing. The cocktails and dinner at the panda restaurant was superb highly reccomend the stay and dinning. 10 out of 10 in my books. Be back soon

We loved our stay! The staff were so friendly, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable and we loved having the spa bath. Everything you need is a walk away- great places to eat, IGA and the beach! It was so quiet and if it was warmer we loved that there is an option to swim in the outdoor pool which looked very clean. You could cook your own meals and having both tea and coffee available was such a great touch as we both love having a hot drink multiple times a day. The team also went to extra effort to remember it was my husband’s birthday and even had a delicious complimentary bottle ready in our room, we would love to return one day!

Most comfortable bed after 2 weeks of travelling. Rooms are very clean, newly refurbished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Food at Pandas restaurant was very tasty with great wines and cocktail list.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Boathouse. Comfy bed, large room, digital TV and more. The only negative is that each unit has an upstairs and downstairs and the soundproofing isn't great. We could hear the upstairs guests using the bathroom. Other than that, 5 stars!

The WiFi is very slow and the there is a very noisy water hammer in the pipes. If a neighbour uses the bathroom late at night you can get a very loud noise in your room which wakes you up. Otherwise lovely.

Boathouse Resort was great. Friendly reception staff. Very comfortable, spacious room with a fantastic spa bath. Kitchen area was a bit small - not much space to do anything once the kettle, coffee maker and toaster were all out, but it’s manageable. Only real negative point was the WiFi - not great.

My husband and I stayed at the Boathouse Resort for 2 nights to celebrate our 5th anniversary after my cousin recommended it. We had an excellent stay right from the start with a most warm and friendly welcome from Leah. She gave us loads of options of things to do in the area and great places to eat. She even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary! The room was massive with a king size bed, an extra single bed with a pullout bed, table and chairs, kitchen with essentials, perfect heating, a very nice warm shower and everything was spotless. The location is perfect. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and even a supermarket in a few minutes. We will definitely be back!

Everything about this property was great, but the highlight was Leah! What an asset she is….super friendly, really helpful and great knowledge of things to do in the area! If I am back down this way, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

The property itself was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice and cosy, and had everything we needed - a proper kitchen for cooking, a coffee machine, a modern bathroom, and a private outdoor courtyard for relaxing or having a meal. The restaurant connected to the resort was really nice also and had a great happy hour. It would be amazing if they served breakfast too! We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that. The location was great in terms of beach access and being so close to the Blairgowrie shops. However the shops were quite small and didn’t have many dining options. There were also some drunk people hanging around outside the resort and being aggressive to people passing in the afternoon/evening and I felt too unsafe to walk to get dinner so I sent my partner. My partner worked out that the drunk people were staying a couple of doors down, they weren’t locals, so not an ongoing issue but unfortunate timing for us. All in all I’d definitely stay again though!
