Stayed for a couple of night stopover on the way to Australia. A beautiful city, toured around the Bay Area which was within walking distance. The hotel was very good, with great views. Reception as on the 32nd floor! We ate in the bar both nights off the room service menu. Great food Nice infinity pool on the 35th floor is good and the sauna and hot pool . Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff very attentive

Clean and comfortable room with a large bathroom, gorgeous bath in the window. Nespresso coffee machine and delicious room service. No late checkout available but would stay again.

The hotel is fairly new and is very well maintained. We loved the infinity pool, with its partial shade. The local area is clean and safe. Breakfasts are excellent with a wide range of menu options from around the world. Staff are both friendly and efficient. The hotel is located very close to subway lines. It is a true 5* hotel.

The hotel was in a centrally located area, walking distance to three train lines, a food market, and all the tourist activities around downtown Singapore. Albergo high level con bellissime vetrate che danno sulla zona portuale commerciale di Singapore. Menzione speciale per la piscina a sfioro al 35esimo piano. Unica pecca un sentore di fumo di sigaretta in camera che non sono riusciti a togliere anche col deionizzatore che ci hanno portato forse perché intriso nella moquette.

The hotel staff were excellent. Even though the room we got initially had a funky smell and next door neighbour was very loud till very late. When we called the dury manager they addressed the noisy neighbour and changed our room for the remainder of our stay to a room higher floor room that didnt smell. Breakfast was great and the pool was amazing and fun for the kids.

客室内のトイレのガラス扉が外れて、割れたガラスが全身に降り注ぎ、ガラスで体が切れ、手足を縫うケガをしました。ホテル施設のメンテナンスが良くないのか、危険を感じました。その後のホテルの対応も良くなく、病院へは自分で行くこととなり、病院代の支払いすらホテルスタッフから拒否されました。このホテルに泊まる方は、ケガをしないようにガラス扉などに念のため気を付けてください。

The Cook & Brew food option is dreadful. I complained but was ignored. Some of the hand towels are past their best and the overall towel quality is not as I recall westin. Breakfast plates are either oversized, heavy or tiny saucer like designed presumably to reduce consumption. No bidet hose. The Westin brand is not what it was. There are much better options at this price point in SG. Staff moral seems low, and they seem understaffed. Very disappointing

Located in the commercial district, it was close to Marina Bay Sands hotel and shops, but slightly away from other key points of interest. The property itself is well maintained and our hotel room was large, spacious and clean; comfortable beds and pillows. We also took advantage of room service and the food and speed of delivery, together with presentation was also very good.

地下鉄駅直結のロケーションでとても便利。ホテルの設備はプールもお部屋もラグジュアリーです。朝食は卵だけでなく、麺もその場で作ってくれるサービスがあり、楽しめます。ベッドわきにTypeAの口があり、コンセント変換機はなくても大丈夫でした。洗面所エリア内のトイレやシャワーがガラス張りでした。この点は個人的には使いにくかったです。アーリーチェックインは事前確保はできませんが、早朝便で到着しましたが、幸いその日は可能でした。とても助かりました。マリーナ周辺観光のアクセスがいいです。

2 double bed room for a family of 4. The were beds were UK standard or possibly small doubles size, ie smaller than any other double bed expected in any other high end hotel. Luckily there was a short sofa bed which helped with bed allocation. Staff told us there was a shower facility available to use when we returned to pick up liggage before our late flight, but when we tried to use it, only adults allowed. There was a room nearby with combined and disabled toilet which they needed to use instead. Not the end of the world, but somewhat inconvenient. We got the family zoo package mainly because it was the cheapest breakfast. Breakfast was full and we got seated in the lobby/bar area. The package included zoo tickets which are given on arival. To use these however, you need to book in advance.

The Westin supplied us with a modern spacious king room with all the facilities you would expect from a high end hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff keep the place spotless and running smoothly. The hotel is located close to many dining options including Asia Square just a few metres away and also Lau Pa Sat the largest and most diverse hawker food market in Singapore. Best of all though is the MRT (mass rapid transit) station at the front door of the hotel. The MRT is by far IMHO the best and cheapest way to get to almost anywhere in Singapore. A stay at the Westin in Marina Bay will not disappoint.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff are amazing and really goes out of their way to make our stay so special (a family member was celebrating her birthday). The rooms and facilities are wonderful. The locatuon is perfect too for us. Highly recommended!

15時チェックインのため余裕をもって16時頃にチェックインに向かったが清掃中との事でそこから1時間ほど部屋に入れず。クーポンを発行すると言われたが、その後何の連絡もないまま帰国日となりチェックアウトしました。立地としては近くにBBQなどローカルフードも食べられるフードコートもあり良かった。

Being dropped off by a taxi, late at night to an Empty cavernous space with Zero humans & Zero signage indicating Where check in was . . . Sucked . Being on a plane 20 hours before that didn't help . Eventually some young people came down the elevators ( buttons hidden at ground level ) & helped direct me to check in on the Thirty Second floor . Fortunately , the staff upstairs was quite together unlike the idiots who set up the ground floor space .

Wow - what a great place! The staff were great (especially a chef in the Lounge), beautiful room and the MRT was right there making it easy to get everywhere. If we visit Singapore again we will definitely stay here.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located. Service level was good enough for a 5 star hotel but could be more attentive. Room was beautiful with an eye for detail. Fantastic views from the 39th floor. Furniture nice and comfortable, bed very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of choices. Would stay here again for sure.

The hotel location is excellent. The area is relatively quieter ( compared to Orchard Road ) but not at the expense of convenience. Lao Pa Cha is only 5 minutes walking distance. The view from the room is also fantastic. Room is spacious.

目の前がメトロの駅で移動にとても便利。ビジネス街なので、土日は静かで隣のビルのフードコートも休みでしたが、近くにセブンイレブンがあります。また、徒歩圏内にサテーストリートのあるホーカーもあり不便さを感じませんでした。ホテルに不足のタオル等を頼むとなかなか届かななくて2回目の電話ですぐきました！レセプションの方はとても親切でチェックインアウト共にとてもスムーズでした。

As a family, we loved the pool, which was open from 6 am to 10pm! Hotel is in a great location. Close to MRT stations and safe and easy to get around. Buffet breakfast was very impressive. Room was a decent size with plenty of space for the family. Staff were very helpful as well.
