Perfekt läge, frukosten var den godaste hotell frukosten någonsin, Frukost personalen och köket var 5 stjärnig. Även receptionen hade ett mycket trevligt bemötande. Något som var mindre bra var tak baren. Kunde inte göra drinkar, de var varma och katastrof. De två kvinnorna som jobbade hade hoppat in för någon annan de var helt vilsna. Men det var också mycket smutsigt där uppe. Dynorna i solstolarna var äckliga. Lite ny färg och en och stor städ skulle behövas även i poolen. Rekommenderar att gå till tak baren på syster hotellet.

My friend and I stayed at H10 Port Vell during our visit to Barcelona for the Primavera Sound festival. I have previously stayed with my sister for a short trip and, once again, it did not disappoint. The rooms are lovely, well-appointed, and clean. The free water and Rituals toiletries are a nice touch. Our breakfast was brilliant, with both a la carte and buffet options. The highlight was definitely the rooftop plunge pool with views over the Port. The hotel is in a brilliant location, only a short stroll to the Gothic Quarter and very close to the metro and bus stops for those who wish to venture further afield.

H10 Port Vell was a perfect location for my 5 day Barcelona trip! You are walking distance to El Born, Barceloneta and can easily rent a bike right outside the hotel! The rooftop pool was beautiful and the food and drink options were great. Would highly recommend!

Great walkable location, room was very clean, Ac works great. The room is small but it was the room we choose, for a few days it worked great. Really cant beat the location. The rooftop terrace and bar is great for relaxing with a view after a long day. The lobby is beautiful and the staff was very helpful and nice.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, das Mobiliar zeigt hier und da aber doch etwas die Zeichen der Zeit. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum mit einem Ausblick über den Hafen, der vor allem bei Dunkelheit nicht zu toppen ist. Frisch angekommen wurden wir mit einem Glas Sekt aufs Haus begrüßt. Absolut top!

The property has a number of rooms with internal facing windows - we ended up with one on the first floor that directly faced another room. As the staff couldn't turn the air conditioning on as it was centrally controlled we had to open the internal window (as did other rooms) and it made for a really awkward experience given how close the rooms were all together as we were looking directly into someone else's room. The hotel and staff were nice but the room was not what I expected and I wouldn't stay here again.

Very nice hotel with a great location, walkable to beach and city centre. Good restaurants close by. We were on the first floor and found it to be noisy with the bar and first floor washrooms close by. Nice rooftop are and views even though there is some construction being done currently. Overall good location and very nice staff.

The hotel rooms facing the front of the building were very loud on a Sunday night. Could hear numerous people talking or yelling throughout the night. Air conditioning was not able to be turned on, so opening the windows made it even louder. Room was hot and stuffy.

This hotel is nice, quiet, clean and has a good location. Reception staff was really very nice. But: we weren't aware of the "open bathroom"-solution. We know that many interior decorators think this is a great idea, but we don't like that at all. There is only a glass door to the toilet, so no privacy there either. We liked the hotel, but unfortunately we will not choose it again.

No air conditioning even though temperature in the room was 28 degrees. This luxury hotel advertised AC but was unable to turn it on. I had to request a room swap and the temperature was 22 degrees still not great for sleeping. My trip was in March but when temperatures are at these levels AC should have been switched on especially as they advertised this as a feature.

Lovely harbour view room on the fourth floor. The hotel is in an excellent location with all attractions, eateries and the beach within easy walking distance. You are close to the main roads so some degree of traffic noise is to be expected but that wasn’t an issue from our perspective. The room was a perfect size with good on-suite facilities. The two ladies on reception who greeted us on arrival were extremely helpful. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast which looked okay but I would say there are far better alternatives awaiting you outside! I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Danni and the entire front desk staff provided an excellent customer service. We came in early coming back from a cruise and we were able to get into one of our room early without additional charge. This hotel is highly recommended and would definitely my hotel that would consider staying again if we happen to go back to Barcelona.

Our last day here of a 3 day stay. This is an amazing hotel. Close to old town, nice rooms, roof top bar and pool (bar tender was excellent). The highlight is the breakfast, not only is there a traditional buffet, you can choose from a la carte hot breakfast for no extra charge..:eggs Benny and pancakes and waffles with maple syrup are only a few options, The hardest working kitchen staff I have ever encountered on our trip. Amazing service. If I had one complaint it was our room. I am not sure if it was because we asked for a double bed or we got the great deal on Expedia…but we were given a first floor room, facing the interior atrium ie no exterior window and we looked at the breakfast room. On a plus note it seemed to be a wheal chair accessible room but no shower curtain for the had held shower head. It was our anniversary so kind of a bummer for such a beautiful hotel and ending to our 2 weeks in Spain, Portugal, France and Andorra. Parking in the area is bad and expensive. I used a parking app/website recommended by the Barcelona Tourism site to reserve a spot. We found one for €20 a day with unlimited in and out at a public parking garage. If you don’t use the app, it’s an hourly rate rather than flat. They exchange your ticket for a swipe card at the parking garage office. Website/App: Parclick Parking Garage across street from hotel: BSM Moll de la Fusta All that said I do recommend if you are in Barcelona.
