Der Hotelshuttle vom Airport zum Hotel, der alle 30 Minuten zur vollen und zur halben Stunde fahren soll, hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Wir haben über 45 Minuten gewartet, in der Zeit hätten zwei fahren müssen, es kam aber keiner. Schlussendlich hat uns der Fahrer eines anderen Hotelbuses dann freundlicherweise mitgenommen. Ansonsten gab es im Hotel selbst keine Beanstandungen.

Mega convenient hotel close to airport and only 30 mins from central Zurich by tram. Room was clean and a good size. Comfortable bed. Airplane noise mainly eradicated by shutters and thick curtains. Hotel gym was surprisingly good. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Their hotel van did not arrive. We waited 45’miinutes and finally asked another company to give us a ride. The person at the hotel was completely dismissive, blamed it on their outside party, and even had the audacity to accuse me lying or standing at the wrong place. He persisted that this was not their problem because it’s a third party even though they advertise airport pickups as a benefit of their hotel. Then he offered me a free drink as compensation, even though he then said drinks in the minibar are free. What a joke.

Everything was excellent, except it was not possible to get in touch with the hotel to arrange the shuttle. Due to cold, rainy weather, we took a cab to the hotel. After complaining, we were given a $10 credit which covered the cost of the return shuttle (however this was still $10 short of the amount paid to get to the hotel from the airport.). The communication about the shuttle should be improved.

Excellent choice for an airport layover - quick shuttle, quiet and well-equipped room. Delicious drinks but food was very average. If you need to stretch your legs, walk to the other side of the highway and there’s a beautiful path in the forest with numerous trails to choose from.

We stayed here one night before our flight back to the US. The location is great - just a few minutes from the airport. Here are the pros to the hotel: -Close to the airport -Friendly staff - very helpful -Had a room with kitchenette and dishwasher' -Clean bathroom -Easy in/out parking garage And there are some cons: -Hallway carpet seems worn and has stains -Pots and Pans were not clean - we had to scrub them and run through the dishwasher before use -Bed had paper thin sheet over the mattress - with visible stains. In addition, the pillows compressed down to the size of a folded shirt - and offered no comfort - and only one per person (no spares in the cabinets). Overall OK place to stay close to the airport to catch a flight and cook your own food. Since the main purpose of a hotel is comfortable sleep - my recommendation to the hotel is to focus on more bed comfort and cleanliness for the guests.

I've stayed here many times and as usual I was very happy with the room and service. Cleanliness this time was not great, the toilet was not cleaned properly, fortunately I had alcohol wipes with me. That was unusual though, in the past it was always spotless, a mistake can happen once. In any case, I will certainly stay here again.

Very nice bar and restaurant with expansive menu options. Room was clean and comfortable but no electrical outlet in the bathroom. Also, no air conditioning in the room (pretty typical for most Switzerland hotels). One window opened at the top only.

Although this hotel was convenient to the train stop to get from Zürich HB, and then to the airport in the morning, I would pay a bit more to stay somewhere more comfortable next time. The beds were unbelievably hard, I have no idea how this has not been the top complaint of every review, the TV had nothing but info on all channels, and the condition of the carpet and tile was visibly old, some stains and discoloration. Check-in was very easy via kiosk, did not interact with staff, except for briefly, which was fine, and it was relatively quiet, even for being next to the airport, which was a plus. Safe and convenient stay for the price just didn’t get good sleep.

Shuttle from airport was good. No shower gel just an empty bottle. Asked for a 6:45 wake up call got a 6:00 wake up call. Asked for a 7:15 taxi but taxi was late, there seemed to be some confusion. Staff were polite.

Both staff members at the reception were unfriendly. The one male staff member did even talk in a very disrespectful manner to me, repeating whatever I said again and again, when I explained that our room was already paid by me, but I couldn’t check in at the digital service tool in the hall as it shew the accommodation wasn’t still paid. When I confronted him he stopped replying to anything I said. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming!

It was great. The reception staff was very helpful, providing information about the shuttle service to the airport and other hotel amenities. I would definitely use it again especially if I had a early flight. The shuttle arrived early, took my luggage and helped with it at the airport.

Quiet and close to the airport. Good for late night arrivals or people who need to stay to go to the airport in the morning. Comfortable beds, good showers and the best pillows. Plus the staff was very understanding and helpful when I got sick. Assisting me with a taxi service to get medicine and understanding when I needed to extend my stay.

The shuttle at the airport had no signs. When I called the hotel with the number on the reservation, it said no one could answer, so we took an expensive taxi. At check in the woman, rude, gave me a flimsy excuse about not answering the phone. The next morning we tried to access the locked gym. The front deskman went on his computer as we waited 10 minutes. Have no idea what he was looking for. Another guest approached and asked for the gym to be opened in German, and it was actioned right away. We felt they were being prejudice because they thought we were Americian. We asked about a shuttle to the airport. He immediately said, no, it should have been booked last night. I told him no one informed us about that. I was mad, at that point I told him we were Canadian, he thought we were from the U.S. He then called someone, said we could get on the shuttle. He at forst said there was no room. The shuttle we got on was half empty. Disgraceful.

Conveniently located close to the Zurich airport, just one or two stops on the tram. There is parking if you’re driving, lovely restaurant, and bar on the level level with a beautiful garden if you prefer to sit outside. Hotel is located in a industrial / residential area with some offices and businesses close by, but very much walkable with parks and greenways close by.

The hotel is a great place to stay if you are leaving for the airport the next day. It is clean, modern and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a tram station close to the hotel. It will take you directly to the airport train station. So you can either go into town or the airport. It is a convenient last stop for any vacation.

Location, location, location - This hotel is a wonderful location with regards to reaching the airport. If you have a tram pass, it is only two stops from the airport and tram runs every 7 minutes or so. Super simple and convenient. The room is comfortable but this hotel is close to planes, trains, and trams so there is a little noise. Not too bad but it is something to be aware of. We are pleased with our decision to stay here!

We enjoyed our two night stay here! Convenient access to airport and train stations. Great Italian restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Beds are comfy, can’t hear the train or planes at all, food it’s tasty, and breakfast was much better than expected!

THERE ISPRACTICALLY NO LUNCH SERVICE AT THE RESTAURANT, YOU CAN ONLY HAVE LUNCH AT YHE BAR WITH A VERY LIMITED MENU (MAINLY SANDWICHES AND HAMBURGERS) AND RHEY ARE TERRIBLE AND THE SERVICE IS LOUSY. ON THE OTHER HAND, BREAKFAST IS GOOD.
