On arrival met by a lovely lady who sorted our rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious and the communal areas were clean and well maintain. Location is perfect for the MRT but you can also walk to the marina bay area. They have a large toilet room with a sink they ket you ise to freshen up if you have to check out way before your flight anf also store your bags for you. My only complaint it that the aircon is quite weak, once its been on an hour or so its fine but when youre boiling and sweaty you want a quicker cool down.

Ideal place to stay for a short tourist visit, albeit space is at a premium in this part of the world, so the family room was cosy with some privacy. Staff were super helpful, especially with the courtesy room for a shower before taking a late flight home. Shopping centre across the road with lots of restaurants, short 7-8 minute walk to the local food court, which is busy every night, and 20-25 minute walk to Marina Bay. Equally, you can jump the tube and be in any of the main tourist spots within 2 or 3 stops.

何をするにも便利な場所にあるホテルです。私はマックスウェルフードセンターで朝5時30分から営業の真真粥品に朝ごはんを食べにいくのですがMRT運行してない時間でもマックスウェルフードセンターに行けることは大きなポイントでした。そして向かいのチャイナタウンポイントにはソンファバクテーが入っているし、ムスタファセンターにはチャイナタウンから乗り換えなしでファラーバークにいけます。もちろんマリーナベイサンズにも乗り換えなしだし、歩ける範囲なので道すがらラオバサなども通り道です。ホテルスタッフは付かず離れず２４時間フロントにいてくれます。早朝出発でしたが、タクシーもスタッフから申し出てくれ迅速によんでくれました。難点を言えば、室内設備(冷蔵庫、除湿器)などの機械音がうるさく寝るのに支障がでたため、除湿器は電源を切り、布団をかぶってねました。それからタオルはバスタオルだけなので、フェイスタオルがほしい人は気をつけてください。でも、また宿泊したいた思います。

We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child and found we had a king size bed. We were told we could have an extra bed for $50 a night. The water from the shower leaked into the bathroom, due to poor design and the bath had a leak. Further, our room was on the 5th floor. We needed to catch a lift to the 4th floor then take the stairs with our heavy luggage to get to the 5th floor. Never again.

We booked a small room with no window and it was great! Modern, comfy bed, clean. They had free toothbrushes. Good wifi. Only thing was that the shower leaked a little when you shower. Loved the location - close to Chinatown point for food. We walked to everything we wanted to do/see. Great staff in the reception, bagage storage after check-in and booked a taxi for us to the airport (30 SGD, 30 min).

So close to Chinatown MRT station (and Chinatown) which makes access to everywhere in Singapore easy by MRT or Bus. The hotel room had windows, AC and room around the bed and for big suitcases. The 12 noon checkout time is great and the staff were all welcoming and polite. We appreciated the complimentary luggage storage as we still had nearly 12 hours before I flight after checkout. No problems heading back there next time.

First, the good: the hotel is in a great location. It's right at Chinatown, just across the street from a metro station. Getting around from there was great. The bad: the hotel is obviously an older building. You can hear everything from the busy street just below it. But what I found particularly displeasing was how the bathroom is designed. Water from the shower area bypassed the floor drains and would form puddles in the middle of the bathroom. The floor just isn't sloped correctly. Not sure how it could be up to code, but it's neither safe, nor sanitary to have trench through puddles of dirty shower water when you go to the bathroom. Unfortunately, I paid ahead of time through hotels.com. After the first night, I wanted to find a different hotel but the property was unwilling to refund me anything. Not even the people from hotels.com could help. We don't exactly have high standards for hotels when we travel. We usually just use a room as a place to sleep after being out all day, but this felt especially egregious. There's also mold/mildew pretty much anywhere you care to look in the bathroom.You've been warned. I have photographic proof, but it's not letting me upload them

チャイナタウン駅2番出口を出て、信号を渡ってすぐですので立地は申し分ありません。歩いて5分もかからないところにHong Lim Market & Food Centreのホーカーズ。10分くらいのところにMaxwell Food Centreや、Lau Pa Satもあるのでそういう意味でも立地はいいと思います。 部屋は窓なしの部屋でしたので、正直開放感はあまりなかったです。部屋も狭かったですが、ベッドの下にスペースがあったのでキャリーバックを入れることができました。シャワーが途中で湯が出なくなったのと、ドア下のシールが悪くトイレまでビシャビシャになるのはマイナス点。あと机が異常に狭い。

The hotel has five floors but the elevator only goes up to the forth floor. Accessing the fifth floor where our rooms were requires navigating a winding, metal stair case. Totally unacceptable. Lightning in the rooms was insufficient particularly given the the rooms has no windows. hot water was lillmite due to fact there were was no central hot water supply to the entire faciity. Rahter each room has a water hearing system with very limited capablity.

今回は4泊しましたが部屋はとても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。またMRTの駅はバス停が近く移動がしやす便利でしたり 英語が不慣れですが、スタッフの方が丁寧に接してくれてとても安心して過ごせれました。 ありがとうございました。

Close to everything, perfect for a place to come back to after a day out. Room aesthetically pleasing and cosy, comfortable bed however bathroom not very functional - good water pressure and water hot but water in shower not draining and spilling across the entire toilet area due to incorrect floor levelling and unsealed glass section (no door)

The higher floor the better! If you are sensitive to noise, reserve a room on an upper level/floor. We stayed for 3 nights, 3 rooms. My room was on the base (first/lowest floor), got the noise all the time from water running to people talking.

There’s room for improvement in the bathroom. Need some hooks or bar to put your clean clothes. The floor can get pretty wet after shower, a small divider might help. Overall it is a good place to stay. Clean, convenient location and budget friendly!

This hotel was great. It's centrally located near the Chinatown MRT station so it's easy to get around the city, with lots of restaurants, bars, and Hawker centers all within walking distance as well. The staff was friendly and we had a great stay. Would definitely stay here again if in Singapore.

Nice and tidy hotel with a good location. Some quick fixes in a room dropped stars from 5 to three as for example wall panel next to the bed was loose from the wall and partly attached with white duct tape. Same fix was used in bathroom between the sink and the wall. These, however, were small flaws in the appearance of the room. The overall look was tidy. Internet connection in room was poor, but I got extra router from reception and that solved the problem.

Ideal place to stay for a short tourist visit, albeit space is at a premium in this part of the world, so the family room was cosy with some privacy. Staff were super helpful, especially with the courtesy room for a shower before taking a late flight home. Shopping centre across the road with lots of restaurants, short 7-8 minute walk to the local food court, which is busy every night, and 20-25 minute walk to Marina Bay. Equally, you can jump the tube and be in any of the main tourist spots within 2 or 3 stops.

何をするにも便利な場所にあるホテルです。私はマックスウェルフードセンターで朝5時30分から営業の真真粥品に朝ごはんを食べにいくのですがMRT運行してない時間でもマックスウェルフードセンターに行けることは大きなポイントでした。そして向かいのチャイナタウンポイントにはソンファバクテーが入っているし、ムスタファセンターにはチャイナタウンから乗り換えなしでファラーバークにいけます。もちろんマリーナベイサンズにも乗り換えなしだし、歩ける範囲なので道すがらラオバサなども通り道です。ホテルスタッフは付かず離れず２４時間フロントにいてくれます。早朝出発でしたが、タクシーもスタッフから申し出てくれ迅速によんでくれました。難点を言えば、室内設備(冷蔵庫、除湿器)などの機械音がうるさく寝るのに支障がでたため、除湿器は電源を切り、布団をかぶってねました。それからタオルはバスタオルだけなので、フェイスタオルがほしい人は気をつけてください。でも、また宿泊したいた思います。

Didn’t really felt welcome when checking in our hotel on the first night, was a little noisy in the morning, shower hot water was not hot on some occasions, aircon making noises hard to fall asleep, fridge wasn’t cold enough, pillows a-bit to high, toilet and shower are together so while showering toilet seats get all wet, hotel wasn’t even 10/10 was very pricey….. to be honest I don’t think I’ll stay there again! On the other hand accommodation location was perfect it was close to everything bus stop, Chinatown Station and many restaurants and cafes.

The house keepers did such amazing job in cleaning our room, we stayed here for about a week. However, the air conditioning wasn’t working and it was extremely disappointing that the front desk didn’t bother moving us elsewhere or any sort of compensation.

It was in the heart of chinatown, walking distance to the financial district. Right across the street from subway line NE/DT, bus stop a few steps away. The price for the size of the rooms, the location is unbeatable. I would stay again.

L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé à quelques dizaines de mètres du métro. Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner possible sur place mais de l'autre côté de la rue il y a 3 possibilités dont un starbuck ( compter 11 € ). L'hôtel est en plein centre de chinatown. La literie excellente ( on est habitué à Tempur chez nous pour donner une idée). Nous avions une chambre avec fenêtre devant un axe très fréquenté et nous n'avons absolument pas été dérangé par le bruit de la rue, couvert par le vrombissement de la climatisation. Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse.

Close to 3 different train stations, close to Maxwell hawker & Lau Pa Sat hawker, 15mins train ride to downtown, a lot of dining and shopping options in Chinatown. Place was clean, safe area, easily walkable to everything, affordable rates, staff friendly & accomodating to requests!!!!10/10 rating!!

Great location on the doorstep of Chinatown and good transport links. We booked a deluxe king which was totally adequate for the 2 nights, good valve for Singapore. Staff very helpful and we were able to store our luggage on check out day.
