Fint hotel med god beliggenhet 2 min unna t-banen som tar deg overalt. Hotellet er gammelt, men helt fint likevel. Praktisk med kjøkken med alle fasiliteter, greit å kunne lage mat der om man ønsker. Veldig bra med vaskemaskin, kunne gjerne vært tørketrommel også. Litt slitte baderom, men de fungerer. Hyggelig personale.

My Family and Extended Family Stayed July 3-6th. Here are the Pro's and Con's Pro - the staff are very helpful Cons - They Advertise the unit has 2 bathrooms but the 2nd bathroom is so tiny its impossible to use On July 5th the Electricity went out in the Building from 9:30AM-11:30PM. That meant you couldn't use any appliances, No AC, No Elevators and No hot water. Guest had to flee the units and stay outside in the heat wave in Barcelona. No Lights/Candles were provided and it became an unsafe environment. The next day the elevators were not working at we had to bring down all our luggage from the 3rd floor (which had 3 other floors below named differently). We heard so many complaints they only reimbursed a minimal amount for that day. I'm still waiting for my full refund for that day we didn't have electricity in the sweltering heat....we paid for a service that wasn't provided.

Location was perfect for exploring the city. Within a lovely building and our room had a spacious terrace to enjoy the views and relax after a day exploring. Clean and tidy but had a lot of noise from the next door apartment.

Wij hadden een erg mooi, groot en schoon appartement op de bovenste verdieping. Lift, fijne bedden en goede airco. Handig met receptie van 7 tot 23u. Enige minpuntje is dat het gehorig kan zijn en de deuren hard in het slot vallen. Maar wij zouden het alsnog zeker aanbevelen!

Our apartment for 8 adults was perfect for our group. The kitchen was small but functional for our time there. It was in a great location for exploring Barcelonas' sights but we do a lot of walking. The beds were comfortable and the 2 bathrooms completely remodeled with great water pressure and the water was hot. The one way street in front of building could be noisy during the day but at night quieted down. The electric blackout curtains were wonderful for sleeping in, too.

Our room was surprisingly spacious, and everything we needed was provided. The property has one very small elevator. This created a backlog for guests trying to get to the Port of Barcelona at the same time. The hotel should seriously consider adding an elevator or expanding the existing one.

We stayed at the Mercedes Hartiage for 4 nights. The location is excellent with a short walk to the subway and to wonderful coffee shops/ restaurants. The staff was super nice and attentive and the apartment was clean. However… there was a constant smell of swage in the bathrooms ( one morning it was so bad that my daughter brushed her teeth using the kitchens sink). The staff tried to help by pouring bleach into the toilet/ shower, but that didn’t do much. Other than the situation with the smell, the apartment is very basic. We were on the first floor, so there was no balcony and nothing to explain the 4 starts rating.

We were four people in the two bedroom apartment. There was only one coach were two people could sit and the other chairs in the apartment we’re not comfortable. The living room needs another coach or at least two very comfortable chairs. There was also an odour sometimes smelled like sewer. But the apartment was very clean and very cute otherwise. The staff was very, very helpful and friendly.

We liked the size of the apartment and the layout. Also, convenient to have 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. However, the rest seems to be at a minimum. There were no drawers for clothing, so we had to just pile it up next to the bed. All of the furniture and plates are from Ikea, which is fine. But I think it’s really worth investing in some drawers for the bedrooms. You can’t possibly hang all your clothes in those 6 hangers. The walls are very thin, and 4 out of 5 nights we had someone partying above us from 1 am to 5 am. We had to sleep with earplugs. Overall, I would recommend this with caution. If you are a sensitive sleeper, or if you like really clean places, probably not the best choice. I had to work during this trip, and this made it difficult. Wouldn’t come back.

The appartement is well located, clean, very close to the metro, a choice of nice restaurants nearby. The receptionnist are very friendly, a very agreable stay. A downside is the sound insulation (the water evacuation and noises from the stairs and the other appartements)

Area around the apartment was very quiet with a lot of alternatives for groceries, restaurants and other shops. The apartment was very good and comfortable except by the size of the second bathroom, it was very difficult to take a shower without hitting the door or the wall, finally it will be good if the doors if the bedrooms can have a lock to have more privacy

Excellent apartment. Very modern. IKEA should use it as their model apartment. The apartment was very close to shopping and very close to the train. Only regret, I left my phone in a taxi. When the taxi driver approached the receptionist with the phone, that person refused to take the phone or check with anyone.

We had a fantastic stay in our apartment in the weekend after Easter. The reception were brilliant and organised taxi transfers to and from the airport for us so it made everything feel very easy for our first city break away with children. The apartment was spacious, clean, well decorated and well equipped. We only ate breakfast in it as chose to eat out during our stay but we could have easily eaten in the apartment using the facilities provided. It was in very easy walking distance to the metro stop (Hospital Clinic) as well as only a 15 minute walk from the tour bus stops and La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. There were lots of restaurants nearby including a lovely Italian called Gusto which we were able to book via Google before arriving so it was a good choice for a first evening meal. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Barcelona as we’ve all had a fantastic time and hope to return one day. Thank you!

Slightly out of the centre of Barcelona but still walkable, which we did every day. The apartment was perfectly furnished for us and had everything we needed. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. I’d definitely recommend it.

It was easily accessible to Metro, eating places, big Mercado nearby, small grocery businesses, stores that remind me of Dollar Tree, pharmacies, and had our group needed it - a hospital! Taxi rung was around the corner from our facility.
