Awesome stay! Full size swim pool, soccer, paddle, showers had shampoo and body wash. Transportation was punctual to get me to airport. In a safe area with busses accessible. Great stay. If I’m ever in Madrid again I would stay here again.

The first picture on hotels.com is of a beautiful lap pool...which is the reason I selected the hotel. I wanted to be able to get a swim in before my flight. But when I arrived I found it was closed for the year which was a bit disappointing.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, con servicio de trasldo y pantallas con toda la información de los vuelos. Me sorprendió mucho, ya que es enorme, tiene parking (aunque se aparca fuera gratis fácilmente), muy limpio, amplio y cómodo. Muy recomendado. Además, precio muy razonable.

The area the hotel is in is not the best. The pool was closed and it was not even advised that the pool was not open. We booked this because of the pool. The beds were very hard and the food for lunch was macaroni and fries. Not the best quality.

Terrible. Would not have stayed here if knew what it was like. Pool required bathing caps at a cost. Scary neighborhood. Bugs flying in room. Dirty, smelly. Not at all worth price. Would have left if refundable.

The room was nice, airport shuttle organised for us in the morning which was punctual. However was told that to use the pool we had to pay for pool wristbands and a swimming hat and around the pool there was nowhere to sit and no sun loungers. Area around the hotel very limited- no restaurants and only one restaurant on site open at particular times. Absolutely fine for one night close to the airport.

Hotel ist ein großer Komplex der recht unpersönlich daher kommt und in den Fluren schon recht abgewohnt wirkt. Das Zimmer war jedoch geräumig und sauber. Die Benutzung der Tiefgarage erwieß sich jedoch fast als Killer für unsere Rückreise. Wie die meisten spanischen Tiefgaragen sehr eng und für heutige Fahrzeuge ungeeignet, wurden wir auch noch von einem der Hotelfahrzeuge zugeparkt. Blöd nur, wenn es das Fahrzeug des Chefs ist und früh morgens niemand einen Schlüssel dafür auftreiben konnte. Mit viel Mühe konnten wir das Parkhaus dann doch noch verlassen und gerade rechtzeitig unseren Flug erreichen. Abends zuvor führte die Polizei eine Razzia vor dem Gebäude durch. Es tummelten sich auch einige "düstere Gestalten" herum. Alles nicht gerade vertrauenserweckend.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that when I arrived at the airport and need their shuttle service, they didn’t answer the phone. I had to pay an uber to get there and when I arrived to the hotel at around 11pm, there was a very long line to check in. Anytime I went to the lobby, it was very full of people trying to check in and usually only 1 worker helping. On my way to the airport after checking out, there was a chartered bus giving us a ride, there was about 50 people riding it. So, the airport transport back, was great!

The breakfast options were really good, except for the scrambled eggs. The bread, cheeses and charcuterie were amazing. The scrambled eggs were mushy and couldn't really eat them. The Orange juice and coffee were great. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I slept well, to be honest. But the towels were disgusting. The room smelled terrible, the towels were dirty and smelled really bad. One of them had something brown smothered on it. The curtains were held by duct tape, the carpets on the hallways were stained and looked dirty. The sofa on the room looked really old and after seeing the state of the towels, I can imagine it was super dirty. The TV was located on a stand super close to the floor and was blocked by the coffee table. Everything about this room was odd. The main issue was cleanliness and the smell. I had to open the windows, even though it was really cold outside. For this price, I should have gone to a different hotel chain. The "free shuttle" didn't work out. When I got to the pick up area, there were about 30 people who had been waiting for up to 2 hrs. So, I offered to share an uber with another guest. I had been calling the hotel for 45 min, prior to arrival and they never picked up the phone. I called the call center for Melia and they couldn't help. I talked with the shuttle driver for a different hotel and they warned me that the shuttle for this hotel had issues because it was super small and had to come back and forth leaving guests behind.

It was close to the airport and convenient. The room was family-sized so it had 2 bedrooms and 4 beds plus one bathroom and a living room space. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and the shuttle service back to the airport was convenient. The only thing that was bothersome is that they did not provide storing luggage as part of the hotel price. You have to pay for a cubbie to store your luggage if you need to do so.

I wouldn’t classify this property as an “airport hotel”. It was a bit outdated and the walls and doors were very thin. Kids from a futbol team were staying at the hotel and made noise ALL NIGHT. After coming off a red eye flight and wanting to sleep, this hotel did not provide that. The area around the hotel is also quite questionable. You will have to take a taxi or bolt or Uber to the downtown Madrid area, as there are no dining options or shopping nearby. However, the front desk personnel was very friendly, the breakfast buffet was adequate and the airport transportation to/ from the hotel was reliable. Be sure to contact the hotel prior to your arrival to arrange airport transportation pickup.

Room was dated and poorly decorated. Sink in the bathroom wasn't sealed in place so leaked and tap was too close to sink so it was hard to get your hands under the tap. Food in restaurant was an ok buffet but generally the food was almost cold.

Airport shuttle was easy to find on the way in but we had no service on the way out because it was already full when we tried to reserve it at check-in. We had to pay a taxi to the airport. Bad service, since one of the reasons we reserve this hotel was the free airport shuttle service.

I sent four separate message to this hotel trying to find out how to get the shuttle to pick me up. I only booked this place because of the shuttle. My plane landed very late and I didn’t want to take a taxi. They never answered me. It cost me $40 to get to the hotel. While there, I stood in a line of about 12 people waiting to check in at 1:30 am. There were two young men doing a great job of helping everyone. There was an additional computer station that was not being used but the manager seemed to be happy to walk around with his hands in his pockets instead of opening this station for “priority customers” and help move things along . A bus drove up and let about 50 more people off whose plane had been delayed and still the two young men got no help getting everyone checked in. The room was very bare bones but comfortable and I was able to get the shuttle in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel or return to stay again.

The reason I select this hotel was the transfer in and out as my flight would land late at night. After an email to the hotel I found that I would need to wait at the Bus Hotel stop which was easy to find. But although they say it runs every 45 minutes, I was there for at least 1:30 and nothing. When calling the hotel you get only an electronic message. So off I went to pay for a car. Transfer out back to the airport was excellent. Breakfast is also good value for money. It is a very large hotel but always full as they serve clients from disrupted flights.

Shuttle Service is literally trash. It’s a tiny van. I ended up taking an Uber both ways. It takes forever to get there and back using the shuttle. Front Desk Staff is pretty busy and cannot take phone calls. Issues can be resolved with communications as first step. It broke down right at that first critical step. Hotel’s physical structure is fine in general. It’s practical for just layovers. I would say it’s not for everyone. If you value your time more than anything else, this hotel is definitely NOT for you. There are better hotels put there with better value for money. Our priorities and needs are different. I would NOT recommend this hotel to everybody.

The check-in process was a nightmare!!! After a 10 hour flight I got to the hotel and there was a line of more than 50 people waiting for check-in. I had to wait in line more and 1h30min

Too long line to check in. I stayed more than hour (maybe more) in line just to check in. The number of arriving people is big, but reception capacity is low. Only two people served maybe a hundred guests including one who served only a kind of priority guests. I wouldn't return to the place, although the rooms are clean and nice.

We booked the facility as they claimed airport shuttle was included. we had a long layover at Madrid arriving at 10pm and leaving next morning at 10am. After we arrived, we waited 45 minutes and shuttle did not arrive. We made multiple attempts to call the hotel but no one really picks up the phone so we could not figure out how long to wait. We had to take the taxi. When we reached hotel, we were told that shuttle was already booked for hours prior to our departure time and only time available would have put us at the airport 3.5 hours early. So we had to book a taxi again. For the size of the hotel, they have a very small shuttle so chances of accommodating everyone that needs it are very slim. We spent another 45 euros for back and forth taxi. If we had known this, we would have gone elsewhere.

Long line in the reception and only one counter was opened. The female staff was not kind when I asked if I can keep my luggage. And also the room key was resetted after one night. I had to go down to the reception when I came back to the hotel and wait the long line and reset the room keys again.

There was a decent selection but the food was cold. We did, however, come toward the end of the meal time. There were vending machines with sandwiches and other items in the lobby, though. Our major issue was that there were no shops or restaurants nearby. To get to anything would be a bit of a walk and we weren't comfortable walking in the area.

The restaurant had limited hours and limited offerings, so had to walk to other hotels nearby (within 10 blocks) to access food options. Airport shuttle was good, and was given a bagged lunch with the shuttle service. I would stay here again, though not if wanting to go into Madrid as this would require a taxi ride. The bus stops were not far, but too many bus transfers would be required for my own comfort.

It’s not close to the airport and the free shuttle is inconsistent and not considerate of flight times. Luckily, depending on time of day uber is cheap- but can be 30 minutes to the airport driving. Four hundred meters from the airport is misleading advertisement. It may legally be that close to a corner of what’s considered airport property, but not in any meaningful way.

The staff was excellent. At the end of the day, it's an airport property and not a 5-star hotel. Its clean and serves its purpose. Cannot say enough good things about staff and breakfast. Lobby was also very nice/very well kept. I was shocked at how beautiful the breakfast was. I work in a hotel and executing a buffet at that level is extremely difficult, so it wasn't unnoticed. Furniture in rooms is cheap but again, airport property - to be expected.

Very basic airport hotel. Restaurant on site but only offers Buffett and food was very bland and cold. €18 per person for lunch was not at all worth it. Walk up the street to the Crown Plaza for a delicious burger and fries for €15 instead. Pool was closed, and no one told us. Would have booked a different hotel if we'd known. Airport shuttle was good although we only took it to the airport...we were not able to find it on arrivals and paid €27 for a taxi. Room is spacious, but furniture is very basic. Beds are not very comfortable. Ok for 1 night.
