The property was clean and very nice. The breakfast was hot and good and on Wednesday, they had cocktail hour with free beer, wine, cheese, and salad. The staff was super friendly and helpful when it came to solving my needs! I will stay here again! Fully stocked kitchen plates, cups, and utensils. The room was huge as well. The only downside is there was a mildly unpleasant smell in the rooms and hallways, I believe due to pets being allowed. Everything else was perfect.

Hotel is very old, water leakage from hand held foucet Noisy refrigerator. No one came to fix even though informed thrice to front desk. TV is facing to restroom can’t be watched from sofa nor from bed. Ice maker doesn’t work on 4th floor and 1st floor had to go 3rd floor to get it. Swimming pool is not maintained properly dirt can be seen.

First night we woke up to fire alarm on around 6am. It was a false alarm but still fire fighters took too long to show up. The dishwasher in our room didn’t work and the room had a weird smell. Pool wasn’t clean until the 3rd day we were there so we only got to go in once. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Pool was not operational. At the time of booking, it was never mentioned. Dishwasher was not operational in the room. Our room was in the front block and there was a tree branch hitting our windows throughout the night. It was noisy and couldn't sleep. Breakfast menu was limited. The room key card was not working after we checked in. Front desk staff was careless. Overall not impressed. Lack of customer service. Lot of areas to improve.

First, I never leave reviews. I do stay in hotels fairly often. We stayed here to go to Sea World and the river walk with my grandkids. We had breakfast together downstairs and the staff were the kindest and took care of us like we were visiting their home. Instead of going out to eat with 4 kids we cooked hamburgers on their grill on the patio. The weather was perfect, the kids got to swim as we spent time together as a family. I can't imagine doing all this at any other facility this close to the attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an ok place. It could use some updating for sure. We booked a 2 queen bed with a fold out couch and I did really like the space and set up of the room but I think we got a handicap room so usually there is more space in those already. However, the fold out bed was a joke, it was the worst ever, I felt bad for my son who had to sleep on it because it was like sleeping on metal bars. The shower was tiny with all the handicap bars and seat in there it made it feel really tiny, I feel bad for someone who really is handicap because they would have a hard time moving around. The carpet was peeling in some areas and the dishwasher did not work at all, the fridge was really loud and our bed was itchy and had little black dirt looking stuff in it( very gross) The pool is really small and it was really dirty in and around the pool. The place overall has the potential to be really nice, it’s just not kept up. The staff was nice but maybe just not enough staff to keep up with the common areas. Overall ok place and would stay again if tight on money or in a last min situation but would not pick for a family get away again for sure. We went to sea world 2 whole days while there and was ok for that.

It seemed everything was broken .the elevator all the ice machines . And the microwave was broken. The staff was nice and the beds were comfortable. It was also supposed to be for 5 nights instead of of 4. But bc of the mixup this ended up costing me $200 more dollars that I didnt have bc i hadn't planned that into our trip. I was told that someone was supposed to call me back and i havent heard from them.

Location was great! Our room was not vacuumed fully - there was good in the corner and by the beds. The pool was heated the first 2 days so my Boys enjoyed it. The coffee was good. Breakfast was subpar. Staff was a hit or miss. One didnt look eager to do much and the other seemed good

Clean hotel. A few things in our room could be replaced. A desk chair that was peeling badly at the arm rests. A light fixture in the ceiling of the bathroom was broken and pieces fell while we were sleeping. Breakfast was ok.

This stay was very nice, BF was good, & staff was friendly. The only improvement needed was cleaner showers. There was mold like grim on the edges of the shower. Overall nice place to stay and very close to sea world and Aquatica parks.

The room was not as clean as it should have been also we found after 3 nights that the room had Bed Bugs. We found one on a blanket on our way home took a picture and complained to the hotel and so far they have not done anything to compensate us. Needless to say if you stay here check your room carefully.

My family and I stayed 3 nights and everything about this property is outstanding. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We ran out of towels one night and made a quick call to the front desk and in a matter of minutes someone was knocking on our door with clean fresh towels. The area is safe and well lit at nights. Everyone is very friendly, definitely staying here again!!

They advertise WiFi with your room. My WiFi would not connect. I tried for over an hour to connect to internet. I called and spoke with front desk, who directed me to call their tech support. I called the tech support and was told they no longer service this hotel. I called front desk again and was told management, but not the front desk, would have the information. Management was not on duty. I had no WiFi for my stay there.

The location was good. Hotel was clean and room was very large… plenty of room. The only problem was the horrible beds. My daughter’s bed squeaked all night long. Our bed was miserably uncomfortable. I can hardly walk this morning because of the pain in my back. Hilton…. Do better!!! Upgrade mattresses at this location.

For what we paid I was really disappointed. Will probably never stay here again. At check in I was asked what days would we like the room cleaned. Not once was it cleaned. Outlets did not work mainly the ones in the bathroom area and with a wife and 2 daughters that caused alot of delays with not being able to use the mirror while getting ready. Said it was going to be fixed and wasnt even checked until the 2nd to the last day only to find out they could not fix it. Seems like it was just one thing after another.

Showed up at 320, our room was not ready. We had to wait for our room, which then caused up to miss the Seaworld Parade. My kids we upset. The breakfeast ladies are rude. They can not handle 15 people eating at a time. Simple tasks like refilling the milk or making sure there is butter and syrup. I politely asked for more milk and got attitude.

Daisy the front desk clerk greeted us professionally and friendly. We were there for my nephew airforce graduation and didn’t know the area. She helped us navigate places to eat, spots to play arcade and etc… hotel was very clean and the rest of staff members were nice.

So I get there to check in and they reserved the wrong room for me. I reserved the family suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The give me a king size bed with sofa bed. I had to sleep my 16 yr old and 13 yr old on the sofa bed. my wife, with our 10 yr old and 12 yr old on the king size bed. I slept on the floor. They had no other rooms available. The lady at the counter was distracted on her phone that when I went to buy snacks from the lobby I also asked for extra blankets, she said ok and got back on her phone and I stood there for almost 3 minutes before she realized I was still standing there, I had to ask her again for my blankets for her to finally get them for me.

The good was the size and style of the room. Bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Good choice/variety of items. Bad was our vehicle was broken into in their parking lot. Said there was a night security guard who didn't notice anything. Cameras in the parking lot didn't show anything according to the police.
