BO Hotel & Terraza

Todo bien. No es un hotel de lujo, pero la pieza era bonita y cómoda. La ubicación es excelente para salir a pasear por el cerro. El desayuno rico y el personal amable.

Very nice room. You can hear the traffic quite a bit, which is due to the cobblestone streets. The terrace with the views of the city are priceless. The hotel is situated basically in the middle of everything that’s interesting. The staff are wonderful. They do go out of their way to be helpful.

The hotel is well located and super cute inside. We appreciated having several beds in the room so that my children would not have to share a bed. It was incredibly disappointing that the terrace was closed for the entire evening (until midnight) from when we checked in. This is one of the main reasons that we booked the hotel and would not have booked it if that was made known to us. The breakfast was ok. There was a nice coffee machine, yogurt, eggs made to order and fruit that was not replaced as it was eaten. You could also get ham, cheese and bread. There was zero hot water in the shower and there was black mould in the shower in many places. The windows of the room were just above the street, so it was incredibly noisy with the window open and stifling hot with them closed.

Todo estuvo bien, solo que no había parqueo propio y a pesar que hicieron limpieza no me cambiaron la toalla ni repusieron el papel higiénico Hay que mejorar !!! Pero agradable estancia !!!!

Its unique, but no elevator. Nice area for breakfast with a view, modern bathrooms. Clean and staff is very nice.
