Nel complesso non è un hotel brutto, ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto svantaggioso. Ho soggiornato a Madrid molte volte, e quasi sempre in hotel più centrali. Allo stesso prezzo ho alloggiato in hotel molto migliori. Per 150 euro a notte in una zona non centrale è inammissibile avere una stanza dove si sente il vicino russare tutta la notte, il rumore dell’acqua degli altri bagni e tutto quello che succede nelle altre stanze. La colazione variegata e nel complesso buona, ma quando finiscono le cose non vengono più rimesse, quindi o fai colazione presto oppure mangi quello che c’è. Connessione Internet scarsa. La terrazza era chiusa, quindi non ho potuto vederla. Ripeto, un hotel sufficiente, ma troppo caro per quello che offre.

The staff was a bit unfriendly when we arrived, not a big issue but would be nice to be greeted with a smile. The vending machine charged us for an extra bottle of coke that we didn’t have and tried to tell the reception but didn’t really wanna know. The rooms were okay but if you stay in the room right next to the lifts it can be very noisy. The location was good not too far from the airport and the Movistar arena.

The room was clean and simple. Although lack of a fridge or a kettle, you do have most of the basic. The front desk people were very nice and spoke English. The elevator is very small (European size) and could barely fit 3 people. The bed in the single room was a twin bed.

Het was een heel fijn en aangenaam verblijf. Alles was zeer netjes en schoon. Het personeel hier is ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een 24 uur bewakingsparking in de buurt maar auto’s hoger dan 205 of met dankoffers zoals dat bij ons het geval was kunnen daar niet. Dat is dan wel een minpunt. Gelukkig is het na 21 uur s avonds wel gratis parkeren tot 09. uur s ochtends gratis parkeren in de straat tegenover het hotel. Toevallig had ik vanuit mijn hotelraam zicht op mijn wagen. Op zich een veilige straat dus ik had geen zorgen over de auto. Ik zou hier zeker weer terugkomen!

Sin lujos, pero todo correcto. El desayuno completo y bueno. La estancia, agradable, aunque se oye mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones o del pasillo. Hay un pequeño gimnasio que se agradece. También máquinas expendedoras de agua y algún producto de picas. Está muy bien situado. Cerca hay metro en la Plaza Manuel Becerra donde también hay una parada de taxi. Hay supermercados cerca (Carrefour Express y Mercadona), y enfrente una farmacia.

This was a perfect place to stay is you don’t plan on sleeping . I have never had a less quiet room. I could hear absolutely everything from the hallway and the street outside. I was I. Room 101 right by the elevator and could hear people coming and going until at least 2am as well as front desk staff. The street was no less than 2 ft from my bed and I could hear them too! The water pipes were also quite loud and unpredictable… I was woke every 1-2 hours and not even my jet lag could keep me asleep. I did appreciate the gym which I think is not always available while traveling and the staff was friendly… location was perfect for me. I have booked another stay here that is not refundable on my return from Italy this week so I am hoping a different room will have a different experience for me as far as quietness… On everything else it is an ok hotel and the price is reasonable… But do not accept room 101 EVER!

Nice clean fresh basic rooms with comfortable bed and pillows. Continental breakfast served well and replenished very regularly. The host was for ever checking on the servers making sure there was enough of each item.

La verdad no lo recomiendo!! Lo único a su favor es que está bien ubicado, pero es el hotel más caro al que he llegado en España y el que peor ha estado. La habitación es muy simple y ruidosa, la cama y las almohadas súper incómodas. El baño pequeño he incómodo. Pero lo peor es el olor. Usan un limpiador súper fuerte. Definitivamente no volveré.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Madrid! The room was bright with patio, and exceptionally clean. Plenty of towels and consumables-in the room. Staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful. Excellent restaurants close by too. We will stay again the next time we are in Madrid. Overall exceptional hotel!

The location is so good. Nice restaurants are closed by. The quiet area and not so far away from the City center. The room was on the corner on 6th floor so that Wifi was not so strong( can’t see YouTube).

Great location as just 2 minutes away there is a metro station. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Breakfast offered was good with different options. The only thing we didn’t like was that you could hear the people from the other rooms talking at night. We also had a room next to the elevator so we could hear it every time it was used.

Clean, reasonably spacious room. Front desk was very helpful (train schedules, arranging a ride to the airport, etc.). Pretty solid breakfast buffet. Super close to metro and plenty of dining options. And yet affordable. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Madrid.

Fuimos a un concierto en el wikizink y la ubi es perfecta. Llegamos justos de tiempo y recepción tardó una eternidad pero todo lo demás bien. Camas de muelles que no son las más cómodas pero dos almohadas más cojín en cada cama que daba justo. Las toallas grandes también, de esos que llegan por la rodilla en lugar de apenas tapar las nalgas. Desayuno escueto pero rico.

Many decent restaurants close by within walking distance. Breakfasts shops also about 5 minute walk away and food very reasonable. Beds were comfortable and staff extremes nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Muy buena ubicación. A dos cuadras de la estación Manuel becerra de tren la cual se conecta con las estaciones cercanas a todas las cosas por ver y hacer en la capital madrileña, el personal muy amable y educado. La limpieza muy buena y puntual. También muy cerca de varios restaurantes de tapas 😉 se puede ir caminando a todos lados porque alrededor hay farmacias, bakery y lugares para comer.
