First the Good: The beds are comfortable, decent pillows. The air conditioner is just adequate to cool the room in early summer heat. Easy access to Highway 9 from Classen, and close too good food options. The Bad: The hotel lobby, corridors, and room were unkept. Dirt clods and dust bunnies in the halls and room. The bed sheets had spots on one side. One hand towel didn't look fully cleaned. When I used the dirty hand towel for a floor mat, outside the shower, the floor side came out brown and dingy. The front entry had dried mud and a decaying bird carcass next to the pillar. This is not a bird who passed within a day or so — it was flattened and dried out. The hallways echo EVERY conversation, whether you are in the room or not. So someone who is two rooms down sounds like they are in the hall. So if you are a light sleeper, be warned.

we had two rooms reserved due to proximity to relatives in the area. I had stayed there a year ago, place is a dump now and unsafe. the emergency exit door to outside do not even lock, so free access to anyone is available. Couchs in the rooms are ripped, vomit like stains on them. 1/2 of my party asked for a new room, the guy took him to a new room and it was already occupied, another one had no lock on the door. The manager said they would refund the money for the room, since that's all they had. I have photos to back up all these statements. I want 1/2 of my money back. I will never stay there again, and I reccomend you stop allowing this place to be booked or one of the guests booking through you could be robbed or worse since the place is unsafe. The continental breakfast and coffee I saw was a mr coffee near the elevators and donuts in a wire basket near the front desk. I was not about to touch either of those.

Great place to stay and reasonably priced. My only complaints are the hot water wasnt hot even afyer running it for 10mins, our room had the previous peoples food in and on tge fridge, and the shower curtain was too short so the shower water hit the floor.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience in my lifetime. No clock, cups, clock, internet, coffee, locks on doors, or Ice machines. Hot breakfast non existent. Smells like dogs. dirty. Noisy from inside hotel as well as regular train running down nearby street.

The front counter and entry smelled the elevator didn’t work the floor in the room was dirty and coming apart had to ask for pillows twice one of the beds was broken and the complementary breakfast was just a couple of donuts and loud people all night long

Over all - room was great, hallway & stairwell smelled terrible! I was disappointed to learn upon check-in that pets were not allowed to be in the lobby meaning that the elevator is off limits if you are checking in with a pet. There were people congregated in lawn chairs near the only other entrance to the hotel (the horrible smelling hallway & staircase in the back) every time I came in and out. If I had to rate by the room alone - I would have great things to say - clean, smells good, super comfy bed, nice and cool, etc.. Just a bummer what you have to walk thru to get there!

This property is in serious disrepair. The staff are attentive and do their best, but the amenities are awful. The pool was a cesspool. Broken windows, barely working A/C. Clogged showers. This place needs work. I will say the room was at least clean and it was quiet.

The outside parking lot has vagrants and some of the employees that live there hanging out smoking and drinking booze. We were scared to relieve our dogs when dark out. We were near side door to outside and heard banging of door all night. The lobby is clean but under staffed. The awful smell of wet mildew carpet was terrible throughout the building. This was an over priced homeless shelter for 88.00. We came for parent weekend at OU and everywhere was booked up or we would have left and got money back.

Location is great, and decent room for the price. But this does have the feel of kind of a dingy hotel. The lighting in the rooms is awful. They’ve remodeled but still feels old and run down. Bed was ok. Tv was odd, it’s streaming only and you had to reconnect to the internet every time. Liked that they have a fridge and microwave in the room. No hot water for a shower at about 9am on a Saturday. Had to wait till like 10. The breakfast was sad. Some stale bread and pastries, bad coffee. But for the budget price I’d probably stay again.

Would not stay here. Half of the “good” reviews seemed fake after the fact (I obviously did not read them before we showed up.). They were written by the same person Alyssa, with supposedly 10 ratings and only one or two word descriptions. Believe all the bad ones. We were sent to a uncleaned room initially , then the second room offered had toilet paper, hair and a dead bug under the made up bed on the sheets. Knats flying around the room. Bed tilted horrible to one side when we sat down. Old smelly carpet in halls, smelled musty. Faint smell of cigarettes were there. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel. I have traveled all over the world and stayed at some less than perfect places, But this was unacceptable. Only good was the solo night time front desk clerk did apologize and promptly refunded our credit card on the spot. He was nice and seemed to understand. I do not think this motel should even be listed on Hotels.com until it undergoes a major renovation.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The pictures DO NOT depict the condition of this property. The bathroom was filthy and had not been cleaned in who knows how long. The carpet reeked of dog urine and we couldn't even go down the hallway due to the gut wrenching odor. No coffee in room and filthy bedding. And then no water for repairs right before people are trying to go to OU graduation. DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was not very clean, there were hairs on the bed and I killed a roach in the bathroom. The people next door were very noisy and after hotel staff talked to them and I talked to them, they kept blasting their tv(it was about 10:30pm). My husband and I checked out and slept on the floor of my daughter’s apartment. Tried to get a partial refund through Expedia to no avail.

The bathroom door didn’t close & the latch they screwed into the door didn’t close either, front desk staff wasn’t wearing shoes walking around in the breakfast area, the place claims to be non smoking but smelled of cigarette smoke, bathroom in general was very dirty and gross, rust & mold around the bottom of the toilet, lots of chipped paint & cracks in the bathroom

This hotel is filthy. The whole place smells like cigarettes and marijuana. The first room we were given had a broken door, bugs, and what appeared to be blood on the floor. There were dirty towels in the tub. There were holes in the bedding. We were shown to another room after the attendant opened and closed several doors. They gave us a room with a key that didn't work and told us to just let them know when we needed the door open. This is absolutely the most disgusting hotel I've ever stepped foot in.

Main complaint is that the room did not feel clean - the towels and sheets had stains and there was a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod when we arrived. The lobby and breakfast area were more comfortable. The staff were welcoming and nice. The breakfast was ok.

It is hard to find words to describe the nastiness, dirtiness, and smell of the hotel. The room was so bad that we left the hotel within 20 minutes of checking in. Thankfully we were able to find a room elsewhere in Norman. I cannot imagine my children having to stay in that environment. The filth on the walls, floors, and bathroom were nothing like I’ve ever seen. I cannot stress enough not to book this place!

The curtains did not close and there was limited privacy from others passing by as we were on the first floor, the tv was really small and the remote did not work at all nor did the buttons on the tv work, only the power button. breakfast was just cold muffins, cereal, and waffles with no extras like syrup, butter, splenda (they had a big can of sugar with a spoon in it). The juices were made in pitchers. The fruit was old oranges and apples, The room was huge but the living room area was empty, with the exception of the two dressers and nothing else. No couches or chairs or end tables, nothing. I guess if your just sleeping and showering for the night it is ok, but I am sure you can find better accommodations for the price.

We did not have breakfast but the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and efficient. The beds were comfortable, we were on the 2nd floor and had no issues with noise. Overall a great stay.

The room was not like in the pictures. It looked like it was missing furniture and the furniture that was there was scattered oddly throughout the room. The room was not clean. My feet were black and had debris on them . My feet were clean before taking my socks off in the room. The ac was half way hanging off but luckily it still worked. The pillows were completely flat. While checking for bed bugs I lifted the mattress and there was trash and debris on the frame.

The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, sounded like a freight train every time it kicked on. Also, when we first ran water in the sink it flooded the floor, found the drain pipe was completely unscrewed from the connecting pipe. We fixed it on our own. Terrible wind noise thru the windows.

The first room had the air conditioner on the floor out of the wall , 2nd room our key card didn’t work even after changing it 4 times. The staff kept booking the same room to other people (4) in which the their keys worked for them. Luckily we had the latch on . I highly doubt if I or anyone I know will ever stay there.

Very friendly family owned staff. I enjoyed the hardwood floor throughout the hotel and room. The only bad thing is that the walls are VERY thin and you can hear TVs through the walls and voices. So I recommend ear plugs if you are sensitive to sound . Hot water and clean air unit! I have asthma so that was great to have decent air quality. Recommend just getting your own breakfast because all they had was fruit loops and crisp flakes..
Very friendly family owned staff. I enjoyed the hardwood floor throughout the hotel and room. The only bad thing is that the walls are VERY thin and you can hear TVs through the walls and voices. So I recommend ear plugs if you are sensitive to sound . Hot water and clean air unit! I have asthma so that was great to have decent air quality. Recommend just getting your own breakfast because all they had was fruit loops and crisp flakes..

Bed was ok. Tv was odd, it’s streaming only and you had to reconnect to the internet every time. Liked that they have a fridge and microwave in the room. No hot water for a shower at about 9am on a Saturday. Had to wait till like 10. The breakfast was sad. Some stale bread and pastries, bad coffee. But for the budget price I’d probably stay again.

The room was not clean, no soap, no tissues, the walls were banged up. It was loud all night long from other people staying there. The entire hallway going to the room smelled like some kind of nasty food. The service was very strange, not friendly people working there. Says it's under new management. They sure need some major improvements. Paying over $300 a night was a huge rip-off!!

We arrived and the front desk clerk immediately got someone else, I assume the manager. He informed me that they recently had a change in ownership and couldn’t find my reservation. After much searching he found a room for more than the original amount that I booked it for. The lobby and hallway smelled of smoke even though he insisted that we not smoke in our room. The room was a mixture of partial updates and old smoke stained items. The bathroom door was installed upside down and wouldn’t close. The bathroom was dirty and towels stained. The breakfast that he went on and on about was a pot of coffee and two boxes of grocery store donuts. At random times there were homeless people lounging in the lobby. Overall I would not recommend this as an option. A night in your car would be a better option.

The first room had the air conditioner on the floor out of the wall , 2nd room our key card didn’t work even after changing it 4 times. The staff kept booking the same room to other people (4) in which the their keys worked for them. Luckily we had the latch on . I highly doubt if I or anyone I know will ever stay there.

It took several minutes for anyone to help us when we arrived. We had no working phones, two of our three rooms didn’t have a working tv. We had to ask for towels, and toilet paper. The pictures were not even close to what we stayed in. Had we not used Travelocity and could have gotten a refund we would have never stayed at this motel. Also the shades were held closed by push pins. The coffee pots didn’t have pots in them. In the morning the staff just opened our door without even knocking and didn’t even close the door completely. This was absolutely one of the worst state we have ever encountered.

We booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were supposed to be 1 king bed. When we checked in, we were given 1 room with a king bed, tv that didn’t work, coffee cups but no coffee pot, and towels that covered your leg but not much more. The other room was a double bed. When I went to the front to let the guy at the desk know, he states”you’re too late and I have your king room to someone else. He then took us to another king room. He unlocked the door and it was occupied already! Our friends stayed in the king room they were given and we went somewhere else. We will NEVER be back!

It was a very scary place to stay. my room was dirty and there was a lot of people outside where you park drinking and smoking weed. I just didn't feel safe being by myself. the people was loud and i couldn't sleep. I would not stay there again ever!!

The outside parking lot has vagrants and some of the employees that live there hanging out smoking and drinking booze. We were scared to relieve our dogs when dark out. We were near side door to outside and heard banging of door all night. The lobby is clean but under staffed. The awful smell of wet mildew carpet was terrible throughout the building. This was an over priced homeless shelter for 88.00. We came for parent weekend at OU and everywhere was booked up or we would have left and got money back.

The breakfast was literally the option of toasting your own white bread with jelly or a donut. No drinks offered, not even water. The room had layers of grime in the tub, peeling paint, a hole in the bathroom door. But the hotel did the job on a busy OU football weekend.

The rooms seemed so run down, empty light fixture sockets, no wall mirror: only previous screws that once held one, shredded curtains, duck-taped TV remote that hardly would work, minimal hangers, o kleenex, tiny bar of soap, shampoo in an envelope, horrible water pressure...just appeared to be dirty. No continental breakfast even though it was advertised. No coffee available either morning because "the coffee pot was broken". An absolute disappointment.

Man at check in was very good and helpful. Suggested an excellent place for dinner. Room was mostly OK. Bed had a fitted sheet and a quilt, no upper sheet. Either hot or cold. Also, saw a roach in the room. Worst part was the "breakfast". When we went to breakfast, there were old donuts (maybe a day old), something that might have been cereal in a container, and coffee that tasted like day old. I was there 3 nights. For those who say I should have left, it was convenient to where I needed to be and it was a bed. I never figured how to set the temperature on the a/c. I spoke to the manager, he said he would come look at it - never did. no in room coffee. Breakfast - a joke - Friday morning 7:00am: lights off and a pot of stale coffee sitting out. Saturday 7:00am 3 loaves of bread, spray butter and a toaster, coffee, a few oranges and bananas, a small selection of donuts. Sunday same as Saturday except donuts were day old. Used top be a really nice motel. Good thing oit was cheap (still should have been half what I paid), and convenient to where I needed to be.

This site is basically low-income housing. Someone had just been evicted by force with all of their belongings on the curb. The breakfast was literally toast and coffee...that's it! Rooms were spacious and remodeled but its lipstick on a pig.
