The Bellevue Manila

It was a great stay but not an excellent one. For a 5 star hotel, I was expecting a heated pool. Unfortunately both of their pools are not heated making it so uncomfortable to swim in. No wonder why it’s almost always empty. We stayed at the main building and the pool was closed for several days and we had to walk over to the tower building to use the cold pool which was so inconvenient. The staffs are mostly young except the guards but they are very warm and consistent with greetings. The free area shuttle service is excellent for us since we wanted to check out the surrounding shopping malls. The buffet is so so again for a 5 star hotel. It’s nothing compared to Discovery Primea. The egg station lacks training as the cook doesn’t know what an over hard egg is. It took them 3 times to make it where they constantly give an over easy sunny side up egg. The bacon so fatty and not crispy at all. The Taho corner is a win though. We had it everyday. Other than that I would skip paying extra for buffet since we don’t feel it’s not worth it. We stayed for about a week.

This is where I stay everytime I am visiting my relatives snd friends in the Las Pinas area. It’s reasonable with lots of convenience. They offer massage, salon, gym services. Their buffet breakfast is also superb with a mix of Filipino items like garlic rice, longganisa, suman, taho, danggit, pusit, pandesal and lots more. The staff is nice and helpful. Across the street is a Jollibee and Starbucks. They also offer a shuttle service to drop you off at Alabang Town Center, Festival Mall and Molito.

Hotel location is accessible to shopping centres and transport. Easy basement parking if you have own transport. Choices of restaurants in Hotel. Signature Club staffs Ferdie, Kyle, Janina and Raquel looked after me very well as well as other guests. I commend them for their excellent job.

Nice hotel. Vue bar is the best part of this hotel. Rooms are fine and gym is good. Pool OK. Buffet is slightly above average. Convenient. Shuttle service is spotty. Overall an average 4 star

Very much enjoyed our stay. We consider Crimson because of proximity to Festival Mall. But the price was double at Crimson. Bellvue also improved on their Gym facility which was a plus for my brother and I.

The room was amazing. It’s pretty good for a deluxe room. The staff were nice and accommodating. The spa could be better. The building seem a bit old and could use some updating for the price they charge.

It was nicely located and staff was great. Every one there was very nice. Has a nice pool upstairs on the roof the we used. AC did not work very well in the room and the room felt a little dingy. But the hotel is very nice overall. Just compared to other hotels in Manila there are definitely better options.

Service of the hotel is excellent. Pool was nice and the room extra spacious and comfy. Located close to the airport and in a nicer area of Manila.

We’ve stayed in Bellevue before & had a great time. I booked the place for my sister & to my brother in law as a Valentine’s gift. They were so pleased with place, room are spacious and breakfast is great. They were just a little disappointed as the rooftop venue is fully booked. For the event. & had to go for another place to had dinner. But over all they were so pleased with the hotel amenities

Every person in the Hotel was hospitable and Kind . I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Bellevue Hotel . I enjoyed the breakfast , the Gym , the Pool and the check-in & check-out process. My room was cleaned and kept immaculate .

Bellevue Manila is a good hotel. Checking in was a breeze. The security personnel on site are very respectful, and you would see them always with a smile. Housekeeping personnel are also nice, and they take good care of your room. Restaurant staff are outstanding! The only gripe I have is that on the first night I was there. I turned on the water in the bathtub and rusty water came out. I had to flush it twice. I was thinking that maybe the room has not been used for a while. I recommend housekeeping to flush the bathtub faucet the night before it is occupied by a customer.

Beautiful settings, great buffet, world class, except for cleaning staff - seeming under manned.

The Bellevue was very nice and clean, the staff were friendly and accomodating, and the food, including the breakfast buffet is worth the extra price.

The property was dated. The hardwood floor in the room was slippery. Only stayed a night, will not do a longer stay.

Every person in the Hotel was hospitable and Kind . I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Bellevue Hotel . I enjoyed the breakfast , the Gym , the Pool and the check-in & check-out process. My room was cleaned and kept immaculate .

It was good.. it’s just that , the sheets aren’t fragrantly clean like they used to.

My wife chose The Bellevue Manila from a YouTube video. I am glad she did. The room was a nice size and quite, the bed comfy, the wifi fast and the buffet breakfast wonderful. There are 3 or 4 large shopping malls within a short taxi ride. If are after a quick snack, there is a fast food court a short walk down the street. In the opposite direction, a mini-mart and a couple of ATM's. I think this will become our hotel of choice passing through Manila.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! 10/10!! We stayed in a Deluxe King room on the 17th floor of the Tower wing for 4 nights, and our room was INCREDIBLY HUGE and spacious with beautiful decor and perfect ambient lighting and complete black-out drapes! Our bathroom was large and had a generously sized bathtub which was perfect for my 6'3" husband! The King Bed was HUGE and SUPER comfortable! We had stayed at a "King" bed room at another hotel, and we can verify that the King Bed in The Bellevue Manila is more like a California King (bigger than the standard King bed size). It was super luxurious. There was so much space on the bed (I couldn't reach my husband when I extended my arm on the bed!), and the linen and pillows were soft and super comfy. Combine this with pure black out drapes (I'm talking the room is pitch black even in peak daylight), we had THE BEST nights of sleep when we stayed there. No other hotel has made us sleep this well, ever. The breakfast was beyond EXCEPTIONAL. There's even an egg station to request freshly cooked eggs of your choice. Absolutely would stay here again and recommend it to all! Not to mention that our stay was made even more comfortable by the genuine kindness and warmness of the staff there. They were all so friendly, professional, and attended to all our needs without hesitation. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze.

The wing I stayed on was very old and outdated. Hallways and room was very dark. Didn't have smart tv.

It was an early morning i asked the front desk if i book online can i check in early? she said yes. After booked online went to her now she is asking for another $130 for early checkin. It was a scam or un professional employee not sure.

i cannot recall ever being so disappointed by a stay anyhere. first off, this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Not by any stretch of the imagination.Let me qualify this by stating I have stayed in the Crimson, Acacia and Shangri La Makati. All of whiich are head and shoulders above this place. The only thing it has going for it is the gym , which is first class ,and the location, which is in a thankfully unpolluted area just outside of Manila (Alabang).Upon check in ,no info was given about anything really. 5 days into my stay i found out there was a free shuttle to Festival Mall and Asian hospital - i had been walking there. My original room which was a business deluxe room was a joke! Small , dark and dirty. NO info about anything tgo do with the hotel anywhere in the room , and overlooking some wasteland. I didnt fit in the shower. There was no way this was a room f a 5 star hotel. I discussed it with the guy on reception who offered to upgrade me , for an extra 1000 PHP per night! I'm not sure why i should have to pay extra when i was under the impression what i had booked would not be of such a low standard. The new room was bigger and better (ask to be put in the Tower Wing) , but in need of TLC. Room service woudl forget to put toilet roll in the bathroom and twice left me without a bath robe.Constant knock on my door. Never ending piano muzak on repeat in the lobby and restaurant.Breakfast was dreadful. 320 php for dbl espresso-more expensive than London! Avoid at all costs !

Bellevue online checklin process was convenient and sped up the check-in process. Staff were very accommodating, courteous throughout and displayed eagerness to help. Suggestion: The facility is quite large and easy to get lost. When asked for directions, don’t point or narrate - get up and show specially for PWD’s and Seniors!

Lovely stay but staff a little instrusive. Bell boy upset partner on arrival day asking her is she was tired or hungry; that upset her. Plus we were woken up by staff knocking on room door on morning 1 asking if we had any laundry and again on morning 2 asking to check minibar. I was undressed. Room would benefit from a do not disturb sign like most hotels

12min walk to Festival mall. Area is safe.

Spacious room, clean grounds and areas, polite staff, decent breakfast, well located within the Alabang area. Will stay again. Highly recommended
