Pool is great

The room was ok .would have been nice to have had robes to use to go to the swimming pool .The pool area was fabulous nice pool nice loungers.We had a meal while there and it was also very nice .the beds and pillows in the room were very comfy.i found the room cold but when I asked about turning the Aircon off I was told it was on a set 22.5 .so couldn't turn off .it would have been nice also if there had been a body lotion in the bathroom.we had a pleasant stay though .

Super helpful staff at reception and at the pool. A brilliant way to break up a long haul journey - swim, sleep, shower and bfast before leg 2.

Very handy location in Terminal 1 (and easy to move between terminals in the light rail train). It was very quiet (couldn't hear any planes) and doesn't have a window view. Didn't have any shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. Room was spacious, restaurant was excellent and quick for breakfast and dinner orders. The outdoor swimming pool area had a bar and deck chairs and was a welcome relaxation after a long-haul flight. The music drowned out any plane noise too. We would return here if we needed a sleep between flights or a swim stop, and it avoided going through immigration and baggage areas.

Initial check in problems finally resolved after a 30 minute wait. But staff were courteous. Disapointed that the pool was closed in the evening and not re opened until 12 noon. Room was comfortable and the lounge was a nice place to get some work done while waiting for my flight. Sure beats sitting at the dearture gate for 10 hours.

Great service, food is good, everything is designed to have a good transit and enjoy a pool break while traveling, really good concept!

Excellent airport hotel. The only disappointment was the limited pool hours. Even though we were there for 12 hours the pool was never open during our stay. Otherwise really nice.

Stayed for 24 hours, all very easy. Staff were friendly helpful and positive. The rooms are basic, no windows, a bed and a desk which was all I wanted. The shared bathroom/toilet was always dry and spotless. Pleased I opted for this option as I didn't want to face the Singapore humidity. Pool area is a reasonable size, well utilised and has a good feel. Great option.

Wonderful oasis in the middle of terminal 1. The room itself has no natural light, but we expected that. Only steps away, the outdoor pool and bar has an abundance of natural light and air (and a good pool). Added bonus of the pleasant lounge, and library with tea and coffee, as well as gym. Included meal in our 12 hour stay was delicious. The whole facility is way better than the Qantas Club.

Used this hotel a few times now and have always found the staff to be wonderful. This is the first time I’ve used a solo room, these rooms do not have their own bathrooms but there are 4 shared shower rooms very close by. The only thing that surprised me was that there wasn’t a robe supplied which would be a nice touch considered you have to go into the corridor to use the faciliries

Room was not clean

Rooms and shared facilities are kept clean around the clock. The complimentary meal for overnight stays is a bonus. Great stay for your long layover.

Second stay here. Convenience to departure gate for early am flight is great. Beds comfortable but light under bedside table cannot be switched off, so room illuminated all night. Bathroom this time was grotty - tiles behind showerhead mouldy, tiles on shower floor felt slimy and the shower drain smelled musty. Not the fault of regular housekeeping, the room needs to be put out of action for deep cleaning. We booked for 12 hrs and wanted somewhere to store our luggage while we attended the free Singapore tour, but not possible at this hotel. Only option was checking in early, which would have meant checking out early, impacting sleep. The first check-in agent kindly helped create a solution, but by the time we returned that agent had finished for the day. He had left notes for the next shift, but the second check-in agent was totally inflexible, refusing to allow us to check in even 20 minutes early so we could drop our luggage and make the tour on time. The price is around triple other comparable options in Singapore, so it was disappointing to find the second check-in agent's service to be so inflexible. We already paid much more for the convenience of staying IN the airport, having to also get up 30 mins earlier and lose the sleep meant paying this extra was wasted. Would have been better staying somewhere else and paying the taxi fee to get to the airport. Would still have had to wake up at the same time, but would have saved $100+. Unlikely to stay again because of this

Absolutely awesome service. Great looking place to stay if you have to wait long for a flight connection. The shared bathrooms were clean. The room, although small, was good enough for a solo traveller.

There is mould in Room 16 bathroom above the tiles in the shower - either the fan isnt being used often or it's ineffective at removing steam/moisture. The mould is unhealthy and needs to be removed and action needs to be taken to prevent it from reoccurring. Ive taken fotos so please contact me if you would to see what im referring to. I was disappointed by the lack of caffeine-free hot beverages eg decaf coffee, chamomile tea. Staff were lovely and very helpful, thank you!

The temperature in the rooms seems to be set centrally by the hotel. Our AC panel on the wall said 21degrees Centigrade. This was very cool, altho not too cold. I tried pushing the warmer button several times (the fist press turned the display to 20degrees C) until the display showed 23degrees C. The panel then set itself back to 21degrees C. I think it would be nicer if the hotel cooled the rooms to 22degrees C

Great location inside Terminal 1, a bit of a walk from Skytrain. Room was clean and great for stopover. Lots of idiots talking loud in the halls but that's life these days.

The Aerotel Changi Airport fully deserves its 5-star rating. The staff is friendly. You get one meal per stay. And it is convenient. Very convenient located inside the best airport in the world. You do not have to go through the hassle of immigration. The food is adequate .The room I stayed in was NOT spacious and The room has no view . The room is nice but you might get claustrophobic . I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. It is the only hotel to choose from and again I stress convenience. That’s the only reason I give it a five star rating.

Staff were excellent and very helpful; checkin very easy. Very noisy aircon which was uncomfortably cold and could not be adjusted.

A bit expensive for a 6 hour stay. Room was comfortable enough, beds were a good size however no sound proofing so can hear people entering and walking in the corridor which is quite disturbing considering you’re trying to get sleep in whilst transiting.

2nd time staying here as it is easy and convenient if you need rest and sleep during a long transit of 6 hours or more at Changi. For the price paid it is a bit expensive but I guess it is normal in Singapore. Single rooms as usual were a bit noisy with guests opening and closing doors. Walls are very thin.

Very friendly helpful staff

Thank you , TITI ! She helped me a lot. She prepared a stroller for the children, and even after her shift ended, she walked me and the kids to the boarding gate. It was a hotel with wonderful staff!

Convenience is the greatest asset. Staff very well informed. Easy to find, a good locality, although small, a bed, towel and water jug are all that’s provided. Showers and toilets are close by. Bring warm clothing, although you will get a blanket, not too thick, if you ask. The room is very cold due to a fixed air con setting. A choice of six dishes is provided for your free meal. Once your time is up you can avail yourself the opportunity of killing time waiting for your flights by using the area where breakfasts are eaten. There is also extra showers and toilets here. It serves its purpose.

Staff is super friendly and helpful.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They checked my flight status and gate number and told me when I needed to check out with enough time to get to my gate.

Aerotel hotel offers a basic, room, that is comfortable and clean, with a complimentary meal. Bring your own toiletries except for body wash & hair wash. It was good for a short stay and the convenience of not leaving the airport.

Great location

Based in Singapore's Changi airport, this is a great place for a rest if you have a long stopover.

The hotel was quiet & very accessible from the airport. You do however need to be already checked in & through customs to access the hotel.

Great location and very comfortable. I wish they would have provided better information and instructions how to find the hotel. We exited security and had to re-enter. Plus they is no information on the airport info boards how to find the hotel.

Close to arrival and departure gates, very convenient.

Easy process and perfect for transit at Changi

Service at reception was excellent. Room was adequately provisioned for a short stay, clean and comfortable. Noise levels were minimal. Breakfast or Dinner provided. Free coffee, tea and water provided in the Lounge. Lounge available while waiting for room to be cleaned and next flight. Reasonably expensive but convenient. Recommended

Great for transit, good choice of complimentary meal. Check the charge for your stay, I booked one night as I was checking in at 2pm then out at 8pm but my booking said 2 nights

Bed was a single but ohhhh so comfortable and pure white. I wish i could have had more hours to sleep in it. Beakfast was minimal but liked the variety of coffee offered. Diiner was very good especially the fresh salad. Liked the fish and chips Staff was very accommodating, polite and consistent with any kind of clean-up.

Room was ok. Breakfast was terrible, eggs were not edible. Very little selection of hot food. Toaster was not working . Would not recommend

Very convenient transit hotel that I have used for many years. The service is excellent, it’s quiet, has nice meals, and has been renovated through the years.

The stay was exactly what we needed.... air side layover. The strict adherence to a 12 hour stay was inconvenient. We sat in the dining room for 40 minutes after a 10 hours flight, waiting to check in. I'm sure the extra 40 minutes of occupancy would not have cause them any issue. As it was we left 30 minutes early. The breakfast meal was over sold & under delivered. The photo's of the meals were fantastic, only to have a very small meal delivered.

It was perfect for our 8 hour stopover. We booked for six hours, slept for five and then went to the breakfast area to have our meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful in ordering the meal. Catered for vegetarian and made the process easy. It was our first time in a transit hotel and won’t be our last as allowed us to arrive much more refreshed. It is also a lot cheaper than paying for a business class seat with idea of getting to sleep. If you time flights so you arrive in time to sleep you can make the most of the time, or could extend the stay and use the pool in the daytime.
