Hotel Metropole

For what we paid for the hotel, I expected better service and real glassware in the room. We had to request to have our rooms made up. The complementary breakfast was un impressive as well.

Not worth the price point

Overall this was a not so good experience, even for staying one night. Building was very poorly maintained, multiple “out of service” signs and management had poor customer service. Top floor had trash cans to catch water from leaking roof, and the equipment room was extraordinarily loud. Room had a poor presentation as far as how bed was made, and towel arrangements. Sheets seemed like they were not changed. There was a lot of body hair laying on the fitted sheet and pillow cases. Will never stay at this location again, possibly even motel 6s.

Great staff and rooms! I will definitely book again

Only pastries and fruit for breakfast. No vending machine for snacks but besides that everything else was great. Friendly staff, clean room, close to everything!
