Need to walk more than 10 minutes to the nearest MRT. Staff very friendly and kind. Can storage your luggages there safe. Able to check in even midnight (my flight delay) Price reasonable. Simple breakfast but good enough at this rate

I loved the small attached restaurant . My room was very, very small and I would rate the comfort of the bed a 3/10. I did not sleep well and that just makes you more tired. The staff barely acknowledges you which I find odd since Singaporeans are so darn friendly. The bathroom was great and having a balcony was great. Where was the pool?

I had a single room without a window but it was big and clean. The bed was hard but that is to my liking. The morning breakfast was an added plus but I had preferred to have breakfast in the local eateries. The location is good if you can walk a bit and can navigate the area. You are within a mile of Arab Street and Little India.

Do not stay on the first floor due to flies and room bugs (not bed bugs) and no windows. Upper floors are better and extremely small. Breakfast was free and worth every penny. Boiled eggs, one type of fruit, fried rice. Breakfast was not good and tasted stale.

Quality and cleanliness of the room is not so great . Breakfast is worth the price . Room Maintanence very poor . Rustic sinks and mouldy bathrooms. Small rooms . Friendly staff though .

Sehr schönes kleines Zimmer mit einem wunderbaren Balkon. Die Aussicht ist umwerfend, auf kleine Häuser von Little India. Vor dem Hotel gibt es viele kleine Restaurants und ein 7 up ist auch gleich da. Das personal war so außerordentlich freundlich und ein besonders schönes Zimmer zuzuweisen. Auch eine extra Bettdecke machte keine Schwierigkeiten. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und werden gern wieder kommen.

We stayed here on our way back to Australia. Never again, No windows. The room was like a prison cell, Toilet, basin and shower all combined (just like a prison cell). No hot water to the basin. The bed was old and squeaked. The location was in a very poor area and I saw a dead rat on the footpath outside. Price was AUD$370. You could get 5 star in Melbourne for this price. I can't believe some travellers gave this place 10/10. Makes a mockery of reviews. Breakfast was very ordinary. Travellers, stay clear.

Wir hatten Zimmer 104, ohne Fenster bewusst gewählt da ich dachte IM Gaus ohne Lärm und Licht von aussen- es wird zeitig hell in SIN, und ev könnte früher Verkehrslärm stören. ABER 104 ist im Kreuzungspunkt aller Leute die im Hotel unterwegs sind. Glei an der Rezeption im EG - und Leute sind immer unterwegs und immer sehr sehr laut. Betten echt unbequem

Camera minuscola ma per noi andava bene, non siamo pretenziosi. Doccia senza tenda o protezione, quindi il bagno si allaga. Wi-fi veloce. Colazione stile asiatico, no dolce. Zona tranquilla a due passi da Little India.

Es war sehr laut und hellhörig. Sauberkeit naja.. Badezimmertür defekt aber will auch nicht zu hohe Ansprüche haben,da es sich um ein 3 Sterne Hotel handelt,welches sehr günstig ist. Zum Schlafen reicht es aber mehr auch nicht.

The hotel is excellent for traveling on a budget. True, the rooms are small but this is certainly NOT a capsule hotel. It is a well maintained facility, includes breakfast and I had an excellent night's sleep. Upon checking in, the front desk clerk was fantastic. My only negative was the checkout when a different clerk was downright snarly and rude. With that singular bad point, I'd certainly stay here again.

The location was decent — Little India has a great vibe and plenty of energy. However, some of the hotel staff were quite unhelpful, and the room setup was disappointing. The Deluxe Silver room I booked I was expected to be compact, but I didn’t anticipate a combined shower and toilet, with the shower head directly above the toilet in such a tiny space. On top of that, the hotel didn’t respond to any of my messages prior to arrival.

I’m surprised that the F&B staffs started keeping the buffet breakfast on time even there were guests still eating. Some even ate the food before removing the food trays. Education and training needed on the staffs.

Not very new place but well maintenanced. Room is clean enough for price. Breakfast is simple but good enough for ease the starve. Location is good enough, 10 min for MRT station. Got Wifi wave. Little wild neighbor at night, but seems no problem. I guess I will come again in the price. Concerns are, I don’t get response for my inquiry by mail. I found someone’s old sandwich on fringe. Wish I had shower curtain. The TV wired with Wifi, so you can enjoy YouTube, but setting has wrongfully changed, I asked to fix it but no one come.

J8 hotel is in a convenient area next to lots of smaller shops (little India and Arab street) so it is good for halal food. The staff are accommodating and allowed us to have an earlier check in which was very convenient. We had a twin size room which was just as pictured, the bed was comfy and everything was clean. Our only complaint is that there was a musky/sweat smell from the room and corridor - but we know it was extremely hot and humid in Singapore so we do not blame the hotel, as soon as the AC was switched on this was fixed.

家族が体調を崩したため、夜のフライトまでの間ですが、宿泊にて予約をしました。　（それまで利用のホテルのチェックアウトの延長よりも、さらに、一日利用のどのホテルよりも、このホテルの宿泊の利用の方が安かったため。）立地的には、正直あまり良いとはいえず、下町的な周囲の店の怪しさもありますし、ラベンダー駅までも、ずっと道路や川沿いだったりで、地下に一切入れないので、雨や暑さをしのげないのがマイナスポイントでした。ただムスタファまではそこそこ近かったり、食事面では便利かと思います。ホテル自体は、スタッフも良い感じで、部屋も価格の割に悪くはありません、バスルームはガラス張りですが、ブラインドカーテンで目隠しできますし、シャワーカーテンもあります。朝食つきでの価格はかなりお安かったですが、、駅までの環境を考えると、次回はこのエリアは選択しないと思います。

I love this hotel because of location. There is a mamak stall near to hotel and walking distance to Bugis Street, Hajah Maimunah Restaurant etc. Please make sure the room is always clean before providing to guest.

Insgesamt war es für uns ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die nächste MRT Station Jalan Besar war 400 Meter entfernt und gut erreichbar. In der Nähe gab es viele Essensmöglichkeiten. Der Busbahnhof zur Weiterfahrt war auch fußläufig erreichbar. Die Betten waren bequem , die Dusche auch in Ordnung. Es gab jeden Tag neue Handtücher und 2 Flaschen Wasser. Das Frühstück war eher asiatisch ausgerichtet, aber dieses völlig in Ordnung.

Fint værelse til prisen, men upraktisk at badeværelse er så lille, at man skal tage bad over toilettet. Morgenmad var noget skrabet. Ikke andet brød end noget blødt toastbrød, ingen juice og kun lidt nudler og tilbehør. Meget centralt tæt på ting som Little India og ikke langt fra Lavender MTR station. Usikker bagageopbevaring efter checkud. Ingen kontrol af om du kun tager din egen kuffert

Not worthful to pay 155 dollers for night. Breakfast was worst. tables was not cleaned, i didnt eat breakfast after visit restaurant.Only one thing i can apprecieate is they call a taxi on my request. Rest almost was worst in this price .

Udmærket lille hotel med god beliggenhed i fht Metro (Lavender) Tæt ved Little India og Little Arab. Værelserne er meget små - men sikkert SG standard. Vi havde balkon og det gjorde meget I fht at åbne værelset op. Ok asiatisk morgenmad.
