Sehr guter Zimmerservice und im Restaurant, Rooftop-Bar sehr gut, tolle Aussicht von dort. Kleiner, aber sehr sauberer Pool. Hotel bekäme 5 Sterne-Bewertung, wenn die Umgebung ansprechender (belebter) wäre. Bis zur Metrostation Selva de Mar ca. 500 m zu Fuß ungefähr 8 Stationen bis ons Centrum. Zum Meer nicht weit, kann man auch zu Fuß gehen. Ca. halbe Stunde... Ich würde fas Hotel wieder buchen!

This hotel had a great 360 degree view on the rooftop offering a beautiful sunset. The pool wasn't heated and the rooftop bar wasn't open since it wasn't in the summer months. The bar offered drinks and food and sitting areas to relax away from the bar, if desired.

Higher end liquor at rooftop bar and longer hours until 10pm. They closed at 8pm and they only had Jose Cuervo which is a low end tequila. Elevators were super slow and other times all 3 of them would be out of service.

Not up to 4 star standard. Needs freshing up. No lunch or dinner in restaurant. Very small rooftop pool, also available to non hotel residents and no loungers reserved dor reaidents, so always a struggle to get a lounger. Staff very polite though. I would not be staying here again or recommending it.

The hotel lobby was nice but the room wasn’t. Definitely wasn’t like the pictures the hotel room was some what dirty. Also it smelled like moldy. Wasn’t happy with the room. We didn’t want to have problems with the hotel. So we just didn’t say anything but we did try to stay out for the most part. Also you can hear everything. I kept hearing people closing doors walking the hallways. Definitely not soundproof. The doors also feels like someone could just open it wasn’t the best door to keep your stuff safe in your room

El check-in se extendió de manera innecesaria, lo que ya supuso un contratiempo inicial. Posteriormente, se nos asignó una habitación adaptada para PMR, a pesar de que esta no era nuestra necesidad. Esta asignación resultó en inconvenientes significativos: el diseño del baño, con el inodoro situado directamente en la zona de la ducha, provocaba que tanto el usuario como la vestimenta se mojaran inevitablemente al utilizarlo. La ausencia de una separación física entre la zona de baño y el resto de la habitación permitía que los olores y ruidos se propagaran libremente, comprometiendo gravemente la privacidad y la comodidad en la estancia. La tranquilidad y el descanso, pilares fundamentales de cualquier alojamiento, se vieron seriamente afectados. A pesar de las normativas vigentes sobre la prohibición de fumar, el persistente olor a marihuana era evidente en diversas áreas. Asimismo, los ruidos procedentes de otros huéspedes durante la madrugada, con gritos y risas incesantes, impidieron un descanso adecuado. En cuanto a las instalaciones, la ausencia de enchufes en ambas mesillas de noche resultó ser una molestia.Por otro lado, la limpieza en zonas comunes se percibió como deficiente, especialmente en elementos como las lámparas de recepción, el patio interior y las ventanas de la habitación, lo cual denota una falta de atención al detalle. La percepción general no se corresponde con las imágenes mostradas. La comodidad de la cama fue un punto positivo.

J'ai passé le pire sejour de ma vie dans un hotel. Jai réservé une suite avec ma famille pour un week-end a barcelone (beaucoup de marche de prevue) donc un bon repos mérité chaque soir. Mais, je récupère ma chambre a 20h et me rend compte que la clim ne fonctionne plus vers 1h30 du matin (panne a cette heure-ci)avec 35 degrés a l'extérieur, je vous laisse imaginer la chaleur dans la chambre avec un bébé de moins d'un an et un enfant de 4ans. Je descend vers 2h -3h du matin a la reception pour les prevenirs et je patiente jusqu'à 5h du matin pour avoir une nouvelle chambre qui evidemment n'est pas une suite mais une chambre classique, j'ai donc pris une suite pour rien du tout !!!!! Le meilleur dans tout cela c'est que cette nouvelle chambre de prêt egalement n'a pas la climatisation, je redescend et demande des ventilo pour terminer ma nuit blanche au moins. Le lendemain rebelotte, le soir la climatisation ne fonctionne pas et seulement un ventilo mis a disposition. Je suis extrêmement déçu de cet etablissement, aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial, rien du tout même pas le parking gratuit. Une honte pour un hotel qui fait en plus partie du groupe melia. A fuir !!!!!

The walls are like paper. You can hear the next room word by word. There is nothing around the hotel. Even a little supermarket. Breakfast was good. Lobby was cozy and convenient. Safe box didn't work. There was no view or sufficient light in the room

Overall it's a good hotel with good transport link to the centre, only 7 minutes walk to the nearest underground. Good breakfast options. The only think to point out is that there are not enough plugs in the room, only 2 on top of the desk and one by window which didn't work. Would be good to have plugs beside bed. Also not keen on the bathroom design as you can't lock it and it is kind of see through.

We had a terrible experience with the reception staff, who we informed on different occasions that the shower in our room was unregulated and scalding water was coming out unexpectedly. Their first response was: we don't have any more rooms, I'm sorry, and then, when a technician came for the third time and managed to verify the problem, they lied to Expedia and said that we 1. had not let the technician in, 2. that they had us Offered from the first day room change. Added to this, one of their solutions was for us to shower in another room. Terrible, even more so when I was pregnant, which in addition to being uncomfortable was dangerous.

Had the worst stay at Barcelona Condal Mar. Front desk service was awful—rude, unhelpful, and refused to accommodate even the simplest requests. They’ll upcharge you for everything imaginable. Very clean property with good service. From the ease of checking in to the room amenities I would highly recommend this hotel! It is in a quieter neighborhood of Barcelona so be prepared to drive to any of the main sights they are at least an 45-1hr walk. The hotel is close to an amazing beach and very nice mall!

The pool table in the lobby was amazing for teens. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. The hotel itself and the staff were great, but the location, although quiet and safe, was not near anything. We had to walk 7 minutes to the Metro or take a taxi somewhere at 20 or so min away.

If you want a quiet place to stay and don’t need luxury but value good food, this is the place for you. The view for sunrise and sunset is amazing, the staff were all really friendly, the breakfast was great, the food in the restaurant was good, but not really vegan or vegetarian friendly, but you will find something. That being said, we had a great time in Barcelona and it was really nice to Return to our quiet Hotel after a day full of activities. The vicinity is somewhat strange, as it a former industrial or commercial zone, without any Restaurants, Bars or anything some way to the City Center, but closer to the sea ;)

Infelizmente, esse hotel não representa o padrão Meliá que eu já conhecia. Reservei um quarto com cama de casal e encontrei duas camas de solteiro encostadas, cada uma com seu edredom, me impossibilitando de dormir junto ao meu companheiro. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar: poucas opções, nada sendo preparado na hora, sem nenhuma sanduicheira. O pior foi o presunto estragado, com gosto e cheiro azedo. O estacionamento gerou insegurança: deixei o carro lá e, ao voltar, havia uma placa dizendo que a vaga não era do hotel. Por fim, pedi reembolso de uma diária (já que preferi antecipar o check-out diante desta experiência), mas não recebi nem 10% do valor. Uma pena, pois esperava o padrão que a marca costuma oferecer, mas essa unidade deixou muito a desejar.

It was a reasonable price for 2 rooms but it is an 11 min walk to the metro and then 15/20 mins into the centre of the city. If I return to Barcelona I would rather be close to the centre of the city. The roof top bar was lovely but the pool shuts at 8pm which was annoying. At the end of a hot day it would have been nice to jump in. Staff however were incredibly nice, friendly and very informative about the city and advice on what to do.

The room was clean and a good size, though could benefit from a floor length mirror in the main room. The bathroom was separated from the room by some frosted glass... so not the most discreet. The rooftop pool was a much appreciated relief from the heat, and beach towels are provided by reception for free, though it was often busy and difficult to get a sun lounger. The view of the city from the roof was amazing. The only real downside was the distance from the city centre - it was roughly a 30 minute journey on foot/metro. It is in a quiet area and is a 20 minute walk to the sea.
