Beautiful bar in a beautiful courtyard!

Overall a nice hotel. Enjoyed our stay and many great points let down by little issues. Used coffee cups in our room not cleaned, just turned back upside down on the tray. Coffee in room not replenished. No milk for coffee. Used towels only partiallly replaced. Water not replenished. Duplex room good for families but all very tight so no bedside tables. Breakfast ok but had to ask every day for items to be replenished - it’s a small buffet and probably avoid the hot stuff. Bacon was grey in colour. Bar and restaurant very expensive even for Paris and menu limited. After the breakfast, we decided we doubted the restaurant was worth a try for evening meal. Sat outside in the lovely courtyard for a drink. Waited 15 minutes for service after being given menus then gave up and went out to the market square across the road instead. We were told also that restaurant was fully booked for our first night but went online and there were 2 timeslots available. Staff though couldn’t be lovelier. Always attentive and pleasant. Whatever is asked is done straight away, overall the issue is that you have to ask for too many things that one shouldn’t have to. On day two we came back from a day out to find the housekeeping key left in the lock of our room. Luckily all fine but overall attention to detail poor and let down what is a really nice hotel.

Loved staying in this hotel - it’s full of character and it has a charming, peaceful garden at the back - perfect for a cool beer and a snack lunch! It’s also in an excellent location, the staff are delightful and our room was very comfortable. We will be back!

Very lovely hotel, great facilities, well kept, clean. Lovely to spend time in. Check in was a bit of a faf, booking for 5 people was stressful for everyone. The bar area is lovely but can be closed for private functions.

This is a lovely small hotel in a quiet residential area around 10-15 minutes walk from the Champs-Élysées but close to the Louis Vuitton Foundation and train connections at The Palais des Congrès. Comfortable bed and plenty of space in the room, it would be nice to have the option of a kettle as not everyone drinks coffee and making tea using water from the coffee maker gives it a coffee flavour - to be fair, we did ask and were told we could get hot water from the bar when we needed it. A good breakfast with plenty of choice - it would have been nice to have had hot milk and water in flasks so you help yourself instead of having to ask each time for those who do not drink black coffee, to want tea. It's a great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

The bed was very comfortable and the room classy and very quiet. Easy walking to great cafes and shops within 5 minutes and even a nice laundry service that we used. The garden dining area is very pretty and even with the restaurant right outside our window, it was not noisy at all. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a nearly 2 hr delay in checking in due to shortage of staff that day but they were kind and offered to compensate with a beverage at the bar area. I advise checking your bill closely before you check out because we had 2 glasses of wine on our room tab that we never ordered and this was not what was offered as the compensation. They did remove them as soon as I called it out.

Very small rooms, no room to sit and tiny clothes storage. Poor value breakfast with little space in the room. Poor facilities in rooms and supplies. Difficult to use drinks system, poor selection of drinks (tea etc and no supplies in fridge despite reception claiming they would replenish). Had to get reception to help put on room electrics and towel rail. Decent shower and plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Pleasant and friendly and helpful staff was best aspect of our stay. Location was okay with easy access to metro, also to shops and restaurants in Neuilly which is nice area with Bois de Boulogne etc nearby. Generally did not not feel good value for money or up to 4 star hotel standard.

Great housekeeping. Room was kept spotless each day. Enjoyed the large bathroom. Location is excellent. Breads and pastries were good at breakfast.

Lovely old building but inside was well appointed and decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small for 2 people but clean and quiet.

Excellent j’adore cet hôtel tout particulièrement le petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité que j’ai rarement trouvé à Paris le lit bébé et lui très propre et super mignon, salle de bain spacieuse avec peignoir, literie très confortable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Kleineres Hotel an ruhiger Lage in Nähe eines grossen Parkes. Metro Station M 1 in der Nähe. Sichere Umgebung mit Restaurants und Cafés. Zimmer auf Seite Innenhof absolut ruhig. Freundliches Personal und saubere moderne Zimmer.

Great hotel overall, but hot ….. no AC. Too early in the season they said. And music played all night ….. not too relaxing. Would have exoected better.

Very comfortable będzie and silent air-condition. Frienfly staff. Very quiet place.

Front of house staff particularly helpful. Breakfast room cramped and a bit disorganised. Bedroom quite small, as expected, but the absence of a chair was a bit difficult for two octogenarians! Dates of stay were 3-6 June, not 2-5 June 2025.

We rented the duplex. Very clean & spacious. You get 2 bottles of water a day (sparkling & still) and coffee machine. Beautiful little outdoor terrace. Extremely quiet and comfortable bed. Only issue with room is that heat rises to top level (oven temperature) when bottom one is mid-warm. Supermarket just around the corner, McDonalds / Burger King / Metro station / Monoprix and cafes within 2 minute walk. Can see Arch de Triomphe from the distance, but you're on the opposite end of Champs Elysee (not a walking distance per se). It is overall an upscale boutique hotel that was value for money and definitely would repeat visiting.

It was an ok stay. The room was cramped which is quite typical for Paris. We got a double bed room despite specifying that we needed a twin, after asking for a twin, since there was no availability we received a free breakfast instead. The location was super peaceful but reasonably central.

I stayed from Sept 14-20 in a garden view room. The hotel was lovely, quiet and clean and the breakfast was delicious with multiple options for people with all dietary needs. My only issue was that there was no decaf coffee pods during the week, yet I did not ask for it. As for the room, I was unable to figure out how to use the heat/air conditioning, so I opened the window. The bed was very comfortable. My room had one wardrobe for clothing, but I would have liked a place to put my luggage bag. The bathroom was a nice size but the lighting was difficult when applying my makeup and the additional magnifying mirror on the side would not stay in any position other than facing down towards the floor, unless I held it in place. Other than that, my stay was wonderful. The staff was great and James, the front door supervisor was incredibly helpful, especially since I don't really speak French. Thank you for making my stay so great.

Great location and nice room with friendly staff

Le 5 is a beautiful property inside out and i mean it. Not only it has a wonderful boutique experience with luxurious accommodations but what stands out most is the people i.e. staff. Starting with James at front desk who is always there to go above and beyond for his customers and can't mention enough about the bartender staff who were simply the best with great cocktails and amazing service. Recommended!

Great stay at this 5* Hotel in Paris! Excellent and well mannered staff. The night staff Carlos is a Gem so with all of his colleagues really. We will stay with them again next time we travel to Paris🙌🙏❤️

Property was in a good location accessible to shopping, food, and the train was nearby. Comfortable stay.

We stayed here to visit the Rothko exhibit at the Fondation Louis Vuitton which was a short walk away. Also a couple blocks from the metro which takes you and place in the city.

Great location and nice room with friendly staff

From the moment you step in the foyer of this incredible property, you are met with warmth, gorgeous design, stylish appointments and a sense of well-being. Located just a few steps off the Ave. Charles de Gaulle, the hotel is a wonderful oasis and our hew home away from home. With a convenient grocery store on the corner, which is open from 8 AM to 11 PM, you are always able to get a snack, a bottle of water or wine or a bag of crips! Also the hotel is a short walk from Les Sablons metro stop- as well as Porte Maillot metro stop. Across the street are several brasseries, cafes, bars, restaurants and dozens of shops. It is a non-tourist area so you are surrounded by locals working, shopping and living. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The beds are SUPER and so comfy. We could not wait to crawl into the bed after a long day! The refillable glass bottles of sparkling and still water left daily in the mini-fridge were SO appreciated! Wonderful! The restaurant offers a lovely breakfast daily and the dining area and interior gardens are a beautiful spot to retreat. Despite the cold, we were happy to sit outside with a coffee for a few minutes. The staff were all so helpful and went above and beyond when it came to any and all needs or requests. We can't wait to return and spend some more time at Le 5 Particlier! A true gem in the heart of Neilly-Sur-Seine! Modern yet classic, this place is a dream. And the price can't be beat! A 4-star hotel at the cost of a 2-star in Paris.

It's located in the quiet and beautiful residential area. This hotel is well renovated and has a beautiful garden. It's outside of Paris but you can access to major touristic sites in Paris very easily with Metro(e.g 10-15mins to Concord). Metro station is very near. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again.

Så fint hotel - venlig og informativ modtagelse. Værelserne var tilpas størrelse, lækre shampoo mv. produkter - sengen sov man himmelsk i og både dyne og puder var lækre. Max 10-15 min med metro før man var i centrum, og man kunne nemt gå til Triumfbuen og ned langs Champs L’Élysée direkte fra hotellet

Charming hotel is a very quite residential location. Easy access to all the places of interest. Elegant decor, delicious breakfast, attentive knowledgeable staff. Will definitely come here again. Highly recommend)
