While very convenient and in the heart of KL, the Copper room i had was tight and because there is no proper breakfast hall, breakfast is served through takeaway boxes, the food quality is bad with thin coffee and cold food. Oily chicken chop and bland nasi lemak. Modern interior deco, more suited for the younger folks.

Happy with the service and will definitely stay here again. Wish with a buffet instead to deliver the morning meal to the room. Otherwise every is excellent. Thanks.

A really nice hotel in the middle of everything. The staff was wonderful and the room was very nice. You order breakfast the night befor and get it delivered to you room at tour choice of time, the only thing to say anything about is that the breakfast menu is not changeable even if you try. I recommend trying the malasyan breakfast, very good.

Great central location and facilities. Friendly staff. Would recommend highly. Here with friends for birthday celebrations.

Great room in convenient location- my room looked over Bukit Bintang intersection which was lively and entertaining. Can be a little noisy at times as this area ‘alive’ till 2am most days! Room very comfortable, loved the floor to ceiling windows, esp in the shower! Great location for access to Jalan Alor for great food street experience. Restaurant in hotel looked nice but didn’t dine there, nor did I book their breakfast as reviews were average and there are lots of options in walking distance. Would have loved a pool once I was there but was fine without it. Pavilion a nice shopping centre nearby. 15min walk to Petronas towers. Easy, convenient, modern, clean and friendly- would definitely stay again.

早朝到着なので、ホテルに荷物を預け、チェックインの１時間前から、ロビーで待っていた。ロビーには、ベンチが二つしかなく最大6人くらいしか座れない。待っている人も増え、フロントに行く人もいて、まだチェックインではないですよ、と、言われて戻って来る人もいた。アーリーチェックインができればよかった。別料金でも。そんな中、フロントにいる男女のうち、女性の方は、どんどんチェックインしている．アーリーチェックインできるゲストなのか、どうかわからないけれど、ずっと待っているなに、全く声もかけてもらえない。その後、どんどん後から来る人がチェックインしているし、仕方ないので、14時45分から、後から来た人や後ろに、並んでチェックインした。 2時に到着した時に、まだ、と言われたので大人しく待っていたのに、とモヤモヤした。 その後、滞在中、フロントを通る時は、感じがよく、ドアマンな男性がいつも感じがよかった。 とにかく場所が良いので、途中トイレに戻ったり荷物を置いたり、便利だった。休憩して夜遊びするにも便利。 道路向かいには、伊勢丹があり、伊勢丹の地下には有名なフードコート、伊勢丹の飲食店、スーパー。 毎日伊勢丹で、カットフルーツやビールを買っていた。伊勢丹にはドンキホーテもあって最高。日本食の弁当や刺身まである。 ホテルの並びには、朝から夜まで長蛇の列のケバブ、ポテトの店、近くには、人気のキャピタルカフェというレストランがあった。朝から2時まだしか営業していないので、朝ごはんに行っていた。 アロー通りも近く、飲食店も多く、目の前は、渋谷のスクランブル交差点のようなところ。人気の店もたくさんあって、ホテル近辺だけでも楽しい。 ホテルの目の前に、駅もあって便利。コンビニ多数。 パビリオンまでもすぐで、パビリオンからKLccまだ歩ける快適な高架歩道がある、最高。 トータルで良いホテルだった。ただ夜帰ると、入り口に、物乞いや仮装した人がいて邪魔だった 今回私は10泊した。室内は、窓がなく、暗かった。アメニティなど、こだわりが感じられた。とても充実。無料の水、ティーパック、コーヒーもある。1人だが、ダブルベットなので、2人分あった。 バスローブも二つ。 このバスローブというか、ガウンは、初日にきて、ベットに置いて置いたら、交換してはなく、シャワールームのドアのフックにかけてあった。 ここには10泊したので、その間、バスローブの交換はなかった。自分の部屋着を着ていたが、少し濡れようが、そのままだったのが残念。 そして、連泊だからか、洗面台周り、シャワーなど、ちゃんと掃除していない。洗面台がだんだん薄汚れてきた。 そして、引き出しの中に、グラスか、カップがあるが、それを使っても、交換がなく、洗面台のところに置きっぱなしがあった。 連泊でなければ、きちんと交換すると思うし、掃除もすると思うが、手抜きを感じた。 別に連泊でも割引きがあるわけではないので、長すぎたから不満があちこち出てきた。 毎日部屋でビールなど飲むし、自分で水洗いして、翌日使うのは嫌だった。 10泊ではなくて3泊して、他に泊まり、また戻るとかにすればよかった。 窓のない部屋を予約したつもりがなかったので、窓なしの部屋は、天気も時間もわからなかったので、ロビーのベンチでネットすることもあったが、座る場所ないので、スタバにいるのが良いと思った。 無料の水や、ティーパックが2本、3本、と、日によって数が違う、トイレットペーパーの替えがない時があった。

Fint hotel med god placering. Elendig morgenmad, det er ikke buffet som det fremgår ifølge Hotels. Men kold og kedelig plastik-bøtte pakket morgenmad og den tyndeste kaffe der kan opdrives i KL, på trods af der ligger en Starbucks i forbindelse af hotellet. Ellers levede hotellet op til forventningerne, men næste gang bestilles der uden morgenmad.

Whist the Hotel location was excellent and the design modern and trendy this was more than outweighed by the fact that there is no restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast experience was one of the worst I've experienced. It was only delivered between certain times and when if did arrive it was OK quality but on each of the days it was almost cold. The coffee was dreadful. It as almost like tar, so much so that I was unable to drink it, even the dairy creamer I take with me wouldn't dissolve properly in it. This is totally unacceptable for a hotel with a 4 star rating. With no restaurant it should only have a 3start rating maximum. I wouldn't book this hotel again.

No table No chair provided in the room. Very inconvenient. Also, water leak from the shower to the corridor, bad design to block the water from the shower. I used the shower towel to soak up the water during my 4 nights stay. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. I want to mention that the Starbucks was a plus. Great place for a breakfast & break. Their staff was very friendly.

Room was spacious as We got the Suite with window. Bed comfortable however housekeeping service needs improvement. The handovers looked old and worn. Washed cups n glasses were left to dry on a towel in the bathroom. So unhygienic. Ironing board was left on the floor for the 3 days we were there. Litter on carpet wasn’t removed; assumed wasn’t vacuumed during our stay. Concierge n doorman very polite n helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Great location with easy walking access to the Malls.

The rooms are snug, clean and beautiful with all your necessities. The hotel is super central in the bustling Bukit Bintang, with the monorail and Pavilion shopping centre a few steps away, and Jln Alor for your foodie needs. If you're not about noise and flashing lights this is not your area. The staff are friendly, as always. I've been coming here for years, will keep coming back, this place feels like a home to me.

Hotel in a very convenient location. Room is clean, love the layout of the bathroom and toilet. Will definitely come back again.

Hotel is in excellent location but rooms are a bit worn and starting to show their age. Shower door was broken and nearly impossible to open from the inside. Don’t expect extraordinary service from reception just efficient check in and out.

Quarto bom, limpo e com todos os itens necessários para uma boa estadia. A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo de muitos bares e restaurantes, além de shopping centers. Fácil acesso ao metrô e da linha do monotrilho.

The only thing i didn't like was the blue pillow. it smells like it hadn't been washed for weeks.

Perfecte locatie in KLCC met mooie kamer, goed bed en vriendelijke hulpvaardige medewerkers. Het uitzicht vanaf de 12e verdieping op het stadscentrum is geweldig. Aanrader!

改装以前から比べるとかなり快適な部屋になっていました。窓は無い部屋でしたが、立地を考えるとむしろ無くて良かったと思います。

Perfect oasis in the heart if KL. Cannot ask for more! Ps: I was on a high floor so the "noise" was bearable. Don't go to the kebab joint beside the hotel. Ultimate tourist trap. Tad inconvenient if you need to travel by car because of the traffic.

It was an amazing stay! Best customer service at the reception as well. We were so impressed after checking out at another hotel nearby and coming here for our 2 nights. No regrets & will definitely return :) great location as well as comfortable stay .

Le séjour a été parfait. J'aurais tout de même préféré une chambre avec fenêtre pour avoir un aperçu de la météo mais sinon l'hôtel est central, très bien situé, près du métro et de toutes les magasins et autres superettes etc. J'ai adoré le design de l'hôtel Wolo, son confort, ses tarifs plutôt intéressants, les couleurs choisies pour la chambre. La mienne etait couleur cuivre très jolie, bien agencée, bien équipée, le lit une merveille confortable. Le choix de la déco est parfait, j'adore et j'espère bien y revenir ou le conseiller à mes proches.

駅やジャランアローに近く立地がすばらしい！スタッフも優しく、何より朝食が豪華でおいしい！コスパ最高！次も絶対ここに泊まる！

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y eso q pague un con mayor tarifa para tener mas amplitud, el desayuno te lo llevan a tu cuarto y es verdaderamente malisimo NO PIDAN NI PAGUEN EL DESAYUNO, la ubicación muy buena las instalaciones perfectas el personal todo bien
