地下鉄の駅が近い。近くに小さめのショッピングモールがいくつかあるので、買い物にも食事にも困らない。空港からA12に乗れば建物の横に停まる。チェックイン前の入り口が分かり辛い（バス停から建物に沿って坂を下ると左側に扉があり中に12階まで行けるエレベーターがある）チェックイン後は専用のエレベーターが使えるので便利。 コンベンションセンターまでは8Ｐバスを利用すれば20分程度で着ける。地下鉄を利用するよりも早い。 アメニティは無いので持参する必要がある。ティッシュもない。12階に電子レンジとテーブルがあるので、簡単に食事をすることも出来る。洗濯機と乾燥機がある。ランドリールームも綺麗に清掃されている。 朝食は、部屋にあるマグカップを12階に持参すると飲み物とパン、クラッカー、リンゴをくれる。 タオルの交換や清掃はフロントに伝えればやってもらえるが、前日にお願いしていても忘れられてしまうので毎日フロントに連絡した。 香港のホテルは部屋が極端に狭い所が多い中、そこそこ部屋が広く清潔。小さめながら机もあり作業も出来る。出張など仕事で使うなら全く問題なく快適に過ごせる。

Overall, the hotel is not bad. For a budget option, it is quite good; however, it is starting to show signs of age and could benefit from some renovations. The location is excellent, as it has a pedestrian bridge that connects to the MTR subway station, a bus terminal, and a minibus terminal. Additionally, there are three shopping malls, two wet markets, and Chai Wan Park nearby, which enhances the convenience. I remember visiting this hotel when it first opened, but unfortunately, many facilities have since been removed, including the cafeteria and the rooftop walking trail. During my recent visit to Hong Kong over the last few weeks, I usually left the hotel every day around noon and did not return until after dinner. As a result, the lack of on-site amenities did not bother me much. However, if I had wanted to relax in the hotel, my options would have been limited to staying in my room. The staff were friendly and ready to answer questions and provide assistance. The housekeeping team ensured that clean towels were provided daily, and the air conditioning worked well. I would advise installing one or two additional electrical sockets in the room. Additionally, adding a small shelf and several hooks for hanging clothes in the toilet cubicle and shower area would be beneficial.

Clean and spacious at a great price. Staff is available at all times, including 24-hr check-in, which is especially convenient for overseas travelers. Room includes AC, heater, dehumidifier, mini-fridge, and a hairdryer. Amenities such as a laundry room, a small kitchen area with a microwave, and a gym are a plus. Definitely will come again in the future.

Facilities: While the facilities and amenities may not compare to large luxury hotels, the basic room facilities are complete. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, and bed sheets are changed weekly. The main floor has a self-service laundry room, a small gym, and various recreational facilities. I heard the hostel is about to undergo renovations, and I look forward to a fresh look when I return next year. 3. Convenient Location, Excellent Transportation: The A12 airport bus goes directly to the hostel; the stop is right outside the hostel, making it more convenient than the MTR. Needless to say, you can go everywhere and anywhere in the city by MTR. The hostel is located in the local residential area “Chai Wan”. It is right across from the Chai Wan MTR station and connected by a pedestrian bridge. Below the MTR station are the bus, minibus and taxi terminus. Nearby are three community shopping malls, an open market, and a wet market. Behind the hostel is the nice Chai Wan Park. Summary: Good value for money.

This delightful hotel is situated within 8 mins walking distance to an MTR station and within 5 mins walk to a bus stop travelling into the city centre. The hotel is thoughtfully equipped with access to hot water for drinks and laundry facilities for self-service. The staff are helpful and friendly, adding to an overall enjoyable stay.

Bathroom shower was clogged, told them the problem, someone came to fix it in 10 mins, superb response speed, appreciate the service but did not solve the problem. Close to MTR station, staffs are helpful, good wifi Overall happy with the stay for the price I paid; however if you can afford HKD $300-$500 more a night, you can easily get something much better

The cleanliness needs to be improved. The manager is very helpful . I love the location.

Overall the y hotel very well the location , public transport , find restaurant very good . But the showroom drain always blocked feeling disappointed

Overall I am satisfied with the stay (the bed is very close to my own bed at home which was very nice). The room was very spacious and comfortable. However the drainage system appears to be an issue and perhaps pay closer attention to the cleanliness (found some fine hair on the bed).

The bathroom is not good. No space for putting/changing clothes.

以香港住宿來計空間感不錯， 但浴室很差，去水太慢， 以致沖涼時會出現水浸腳。 旅舍有健身設備，小小空間但器材足夠，職員亦友善。

Very convenient, the staffs are helpful. The cleanliness needs to be improved.

Check in is easy. Room is very basic. No amenities and only provide with towels. Water pot is rusty inside. CeCeiling is dusty

Everything is good so far. The closet in my room is a bit too old, the door is not easy to slide. The hardwood floor is a little bit old. But the room is quite spacious, clean & quiet. I am very satisfy to have my stay in Y Loft. p.s. I forgot to claim my free ice-cream : ) I will definitely stay there again when I come to HK in the future.

The room was tidy, but unfortunately I lived on the lower floor and it was a bit noisy at night. I could have enjoyed breakfast if the pick-up time can be earlier.

大致整體都不錯的，其實住係幾好，地理位置又方便，隔離就係商場地鐵站果d，係冷氣方面有待改善，個出風口位成日都好嘈，又call人上嚟整，我地住兩晚14樓，第一日日頭嘈都唔覺眼，但一到晚上訓教直頭凌晨5點嘈到起身打比服務台，嘈到好似人地用緊打字機咁，服務台話第二朝可以轉房，轉左12樓比我地選擇，點知第二間仲衰，樓底矮，冷氣機又係床下面，如果訓正既話，真係頭痛，最後都係選擇14樓唔換，call人上嚟搞好冷氣出風位就算，佢話維修係24小時，有嘈就打俾佢地叫人上嚟整，但成日都係咁既話，都麻煩，如果安排人入住前搞好去就最好啦，有待改善

Kamers zijn redelijk ruim, echter wat gedateerd, vloer was versleten, verders wel schoon en in een rustige omgeving ondanks middenin centrum van chai-wan, goed als je zuid oosten van hkisland wil bezoeken, personeel is vriendelijk, checkout om 12u.

Air cdn cancelled our flight due to on strike , therefore we can’t stay in hotel. We tried to contact hotel for credit or move to other days and they rejected.

房間大，夠放兩個行李箱，整潔，惟在夜宵時分到旅舍寄存行李經驗不快。當時我們都很累，想在旅店大堂停留一句鐘，可是當值員工表示已夜深，因保安理由不能逗留，幫忙寄存行李已是很好的了。希望旅舍能體諒旅客的勞累，寬待處理。

The property manager Tony is very concerned, helpful and polite. On the whole the room is quite spacious but needs some renovation!

room is clean and spacious. The air conditioning was not working well, and the staff was very helpful offering other rooms for us to switch to. The cabinet door was stuck and the staff got us help to get it fixed as well. Overall a good experience and will consider coming back

I need to check out very early in the morning on the 28/11/24 at 5:05am. I understand it's a bit irregular time than normal. Due to l have to arrive airport by 7am. Me and my husband try to get help. It took us 20 minutes to have a lady to check us out. Thank you so much for makjng us very stressful before we catch A12 to the airport. Otherwise everything is satisfied.

This is a very convenient location, close to subway line and shopping complex, dining options are a lot to choose from, 7-eleven and grocery store are all around.

Don't expect it's a formal hotel providing great amenities but it has high CP value. Staffs are friendly with the cosy environment makes you feel staying at home. It is located in Chai Wan, a bit far from urban areas and tourist attractions. Not much interesting dining around. It is in noisy area. Great location. Walking distance to MTR station

This hotel is great for the price, considering how expensive HK is, this place is a great alternative… On the other hand is a very quiet place which makes it great for resting after a long day of walking around. Very close of subway station. Clean place, towels and a spacious room. The breakfast is very poor, just bread (no butter, no jam) and one fruit but you can have a tea or coffee and maybe buy something outside… If you come ir leave to HK after midnight I wouldn’t recommend this place because is very far and your taxi or uber will cost a lot of money…

駅から近いが、最初は入口とフロントへの行き方がわからず、あちこち迷ってしまいました。フロントのスタッフは対応がすごくよかったです。部屋は思ったよりも広く、ベランダもありました。アメニティはないとの情報でしたが、シャワーブースに備え付けのソープと洗面台にハンドソープがありました。ただ、トイレの水が弱いので一度で流れず、しかも少し間をおいてからでないと水が流れないのは困りました。また、シャワーカーテンをもう数10cmトイレ側に寄せてもらえると、シャワーを浴びているときにカーテンが体にくっつかずにすむので検討してほしいです（体に引っ付いて困りました）。MTRの終点なので必ず座れますし、宿から２分の所にあるバス停から旺角に直通するバスもあるので、香港の中心部から離れてはいますが、コスト的にもいい宿と思います。

Value for money, easy accessibility. Overall satisfied with the condition considering the building has been around for quite some time. Bonus point is its complimentary breakfast, simple but sufficient.

They change your towels and bed sheets only when needed. Maybe their point is Eco friendly, but it's like I said, if I pay full price, that is not what I expected.One thing I am not happy with, one time when I back to hotel late at night, my room door not close probably, anyone can push and get into my room, that really shock me, I didn't go to reception to complaint, I don't think they can do anything other than say "o, sorry",  and luckily I didn't lost anything.

簡単な英語で伝わるのでチェックインが楽です。朝食も無料で付きますが私の時は"オレンジ、マドレーヌ、クラッカー"でした。 深夜コンビニに行きたい時もエレベーターで移動でき、ホテルに入る時に警備員にカードキーを見せると入れてくれます。 悪い点は強いていうなら室内用のスリッパがあればいいなと思いました。
