Excellent hotel, close to MTR Stations and the Concention Center. There are many eateries around. I stayed here for 7 nights. It was very pleasant. The rooms have blackout curtains, so I was able to sleep in if I wanted to. Only downside was that the pool was being worked on, so it wasn't available. Gym was nice. Overall great experience!

We chose this hotel because we wanted a swimming pool and a gym. The pool was closed, the gym a joke. There were renovation going on so you could not get to the joke. The room has sensors so the light goes on if you move during sleep. Far away from expectations and price.

A modern, well located hotel in the center of Wan Chai district, near to many transport options and the entertainment district. Rooms are pretty well equiped with fridge, coffee machine, kettle, iron, smart TV with a reasonable array of channels. Weirdly, there is no hand soap provided in the bathroom. The electric sockets are plentiful and all have USB ports but are not 'international' so bring an adaptor if you aren't using the British standard plug. My own room was adjacent to the elevator and during peak times was very noisy. The gym is adequate but the ceiling height is too low for a serious lifting workout. There is an outdoor swimming pool available although I didn't see anyone using it. As of December 2024, a new coffee shop is being constructed on the ground floor. Staff are helpful and there are several 7-Eleven stores within a 3 minutes walk and plenty of close-by bars, cafes and restaurants. One significant concern is that the hotel's wifi is *totally open with no password* so it is essential to use a VPN at all times. As I was on a business trip, given the sockets, dangerous wifi and elevator noise, a 3* is appropriate.

This hotel is conveniently located for getting to anywhere.The elevators are old and slow, but there are 3 of them. Not too bad.The pool and gym are located in the Annex Building. The pool is open from 7:30am to 7pm on weekdays, and 10am to 7pm on weekends and holidays.It's a bit disappointing that this information isn't on the website.

The location of the hotel is good. The room was asthetically pleasing and bed comfortable. There wasn’t much storage space in the room. Although the bathroom was clean, the carpets were not well vacuumed and the worst was when I did exercises on the carpet flooring, I got bitten by mites/carpet bugs. Great location in Wan Chai a short walk from MTR and tram, the room was in very good condition and clean with daily housekeeping. Bed was very comfortable and blackout curtains and quiet location meant sleep was excellent. Good shower. Staff were excellent and friendly. On the downside, the room was compact, and changing space was very small unless you don't mind getting changed with anyone you are sharing the room with. Also a lack of storage space means having to live out of your suitcase, but not a deal breaker for us. WiFi was a bit flaky and didn't always seem to work in the room. Would also be good to have recycling facilities, but Hong Kong generally doesn't seem to have a lot of that

Great hotel in the heart of Wan Chai, with excellent facilities. The room was smaller than others I stayed in, but I think that's the nature of a very densely populated Hong Kong. There were no beakfast facilities, but I used the coffee shop on the ground floor, which was fine, and there are loads of local options to eat and drink, day or night. Like most of Hong Kong, the area felt safe, even later at night. I would stay here again when I go back to Hong Kong.

Upgraded to executive floor but nothing special other than higher floor & a slightly bigger room. Short 10min taxi ride from HK station, airport express train & hotel is walking distance to MTR Wanchai Station. Some noise from rooms inside hotel probably thin wall/insulation. At times, noise at night coming from back streets, probably because of quite a few pubs/bars in the area.

Was excited to return to Wharney this year. We arrived almost midnight and they had a rude male staff at the Front Desk, would just sit on his stool and not greet us during check-in.The same night we called asking for extra pillows and I think he answered, only to reply NO STOCK! And hung up the phone. During our stay and check-out the female front desk staff and concierge were polite and friendly.

The hotel have great location and the room was good with comfortable bed. Some receptionists were rude and didn’t even look up when I approached. One time I tried to go to the restaurant for breakfast but the ladies working there screamed at me. However, when I mentioned this for the manager on duty, he was very kind and helpful. I stayed a week and overall I was pleased but som service training for some staff is definitely needed.

距離巴士、地鐵、電車都非常方便！走80公尺就有一間惠康超市，幾乎是過馬路就可以到A11/E11，往來機場也是方便到不行，不需要拖行李一直走來走去。飯店位處灣仔，餐廳選擇眾多，基本上就是位置便利，不用多說！房間有新裝修過，走廊雖然偏暗，但房間明亮舒適，廁所及衛浴也都很乾淨，雖然不是特別便宜的飯店，但整體來說是值得推薦的好選擇。

It was close to Wan Chai station, ding ding trams and main bus lines so great for transport but the facilities themselves were quite run down and not great, good for our purpose of not staying long in the hotel anyway. The spa and pool are almost like separate amenities in a different nearby building which was a bit disorienting (foot massage we got was average too) the buffet breakfast was also not worth the extra charge in our opinion, the cleaning staff are friendly though and it was comfortable overall

Assez central grâce au tram et métro a proximité. Dispose d une piscine mais attention fermée en "hiver" non mentionné sur site internet de l hôtel. On m avait promis un surclassement du fait de la non disponibilité de la piscine, j'ai du demander 2 des infos et je n ai rien eu. Je suis resté 8 nuits dans l hôtel et pris l option petit déjeuner, un effort aurait pu être fait par la direction. De plus les noms de catégorie des chambres du site Expedia ne correspondent pas à ceux de l hôtel. Au final j ai eu une chambre Ocean (leur premier niveau je pense -mais confortable et bien équipée) pour une chambre Exécutive réservée. Est ce bien la même chose ? Je doute... Petit déjeuner correct, assez orienté asiatique, peu varié quand on y reste 9 jours.

A caveat for my comments is that I have never stayed in a hotel in Hong Kong before, and have little to compare with. That said, the staff is excellent, courteous and responsive. The room and bed were comfortable. My only complaint is that there are no outlets in the bathroom and the hair dryer cord was not long enough to reach the plus outside of the bathroom door in order for me to use the mirror while drying my hair. The other issue is that there is only a mirror in the bathroom over the sink, and you cannot see yourself full length. If those are not your concerns, this hotel is great, in an area full of eating options (Seventh Son , on premises, was food for dim sum), and close to the MTR
