The hotel is convenient close to SM mall & affordable price with breakfast but because it’s already older the stinguish smells maybe come out from the canal & some cockroaches.And here’s a 7-eleven & jollie bee near the lobby. The staff are friendly..

Staff are friendly and helpful. I like the place since it’s a walking distance to the mall. The place needs updating. The room is clean but I found roaches in the bathroom
