Owners/hosts could not have been more friendly or helpful. Delicious breakfasts each of the 3 days we stayed. Incredible views from back deck and brief walk to Bee Rock Overlook. Our room was furnished with beautiful antiques. Very comfortable bed and bedding. We enjoyed visiting Muddy Pond Mennonite community. Ate a great lunch at The Front Porch General Store and Deli. The Appalachian Center for Craft in nearby Smithville had an interesting gallery and beautiful handmade items in the giftshop.

This was by far the best bed and breakfast we have ever visited. Mirtha has the kindest, most gentle and caring soul. We enjoyed getting to know her and her husband Mike. Breakfast was absolutely superb! Our room and the common areas were pristine. The location of this charming home and the views cannot be beat. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend this place to anyone traveling near the area.
