Staff friendly, helpful & efficient. Ate my meals at the cafe & menu is great. Great chef & staff. Room was clean, quiet & restful. Love the balcony. Excellent pool with the best views.

I think this is my 6th stay in this hotel. It's too convenient for me since since this is too close to my home. The employees are very polite, respectful and friendly. Very clean and echo friend environment. I really appreciate that they have drinking water in every floors it helps us to avoid buying bottle water that plastics will just scattered everywhere. Although the rate of every room is little bit higher compared to the same level of hotels in the USA.

Same dirty sheets daily even after we stripped the bed. Sewer gases gurgling into bathroom and no response from 'maintenance' kid. Horrible wifi that cut out often every day. No lights in hall some nights, didnt get 'full breakfast' as listed.

The hotel was nice in a convenient area. It was right on the ocean and had an incredible view from the room and common areas.
