Very comfortable, clean and safe place to stay in Milan. Nicely renovated and characterful with good A/C also. Close to the tram and Metro, and has on street parking. Just outside the Zone C, which is good for drivers also. Very comfortable stay.

Had a quick 1 night stay in Milan. Arrived early before check-in and planned to store our luggage, but got lucky and our room was ready early so we were able to freshen up after a long flight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, wish we were staying more than one night!

Design week, so rates higher than normal, almost 500€ per night, and the AC barely worked. The room was hot. Maintenance was sent and stayed the room was fine, and cool enough. It was not!! Nothing worse than a man telling the paying female customer (hot blooded and needs a cool room to sleep) that everything is fine and she doesn’t need stronger AC. After stating my displeasure with the front desk, they admitted the AC didn’t work well and wouldn’t get much cooler than it already was. They sent a swamp cooler filled with ice, but it was broken, next they sent a special cooling fan which helped. It took 8 hours for the room to cool only 4 degrees. I barely slept 2-3 hours because it was just too hot. I got a 2nd key for the key card to keep the AC on all day, and had to set my room to Do Not Disturb, so staff wouldn’t turn it off. For 500€ a night I expect working AC and a bare minimum of room amenities, of which there were none.
